This place is amazing my nails have grown since I started going there. My nail tech Niurka is amazing.

What a gem of a salon! Maydelin, the owner, is incredible. She always greets everyone with a big warm smile and offers a glass of wine or champagne (or any drink) when you come in. Her energy must carry over to the rest of the staff because everyone else is just as warm & inviting. They make you feel right at home and the prices for the services cant be beat! 10/10 would go again, and again, again! I love this place

I love this nail salon! The best in Miami, I highly recommend, the owner is so connected to her customers and the prices and quality of service are reasonable to keep me coming back every two weeks. Its the girl time and the conversations. I feel so good.

Nyurca is an amazing manicurist, and all the employees very dedicated to their job. The boss is very kind, always offering a coffee or wine. Best team work!

Horrible service! a man did my hair and he was so unprofessional the whole time cursing and did not do a proper job of my hair , cut it too short, burned my ear and dyed wrong color . He was obviously having a bad day, I felt so bad for him I still tipped him $20 and he did not even say thank you. Very rude man That should not be in the business of doing hair. By the way since he did not say thank you for the tip , I went right back inside and took my tip back ;) that’s right

I live in the Brickell area of downtown Miami, and if your a lady in this part of town, you understand how over priced and under whelming the quality of nail grooming services are. BODY AND SOUL SALON AND MED SPA, is a heaven sent alternative 10 minutes drive from Mary Brickell village. The ladies are as polite and as efficient as can be. They greet you at the door with a beverage of your choosing and a shellac/gel manicure only cost you $25!!! (Before tip). They do clean work and a proper French, nothing fancy with nail art, but they are fast, talented, and well mannered.

Do not get your lashes done here. The only lash tech they have is not trained and used super glue mixed with lash glue. I still have not been able to find a lash technician who can remove them!

Okay not to bash the place but as far as hair, the gentleman did a terrible job. I went in there for a keratin treatment, I have thick, unruly, curly hair. Mind you, I have went to get a keratin treatment before at another salon, so I expected the same results from there, flat shiny hair. Instead I got dried out, poofy, humid style hair. At the beginning when I walked in, he looked at my hair and gave me this crazy look as if he were uncomfortable and says I cannot guarantee it will come out straight and sleek. The whole point of me wanting to get rid of the poofy hair is to geta keratin treatment, DUH. While he starts doing my hair, curly hair is annoying to untangle, yes I already know that. He just was huffing and puffing like he didnt want to deal with my hair and saying ay dios mio, oh my God. I had to tell him, look if it is such a big deal and you are going to have that attitude, I will get up and leave no big deal. I had to put him in place for him to calm his attitude. He did not even rinse out the keratin, just left it straight in my hair and burned my scalp. If you cannot do hair, you should not hold a license. His own boss had to babysit him throughout the entire process. Terrible and I will NEVER go back there. $100 in the trash. Unprofessional attitude, even after he did a terrible job, I still gave him a $10 tip, what does he do? Snatches it and does not even say thank you. Boo dont get your hair done here. Terrible job, I felt like an idiot walking out.

I did not like the experience, because the person who attended me did not have organized the instruments that I should use, they fell to the floor and did not even clean them with alcohol, then when using the cuticle cutter he cut one of my fingers, the lamp that is used for the gel did not work, a disaster in their work ...
