Currently doing laser hair removal for my upper lip. This is an area that I’ve been self conscious about and decide to give this a try. The location is very nice and clean , the two staff members I’ve met have been very sweet and accommodating. As for the actual service, I’ve only done two sessions, the first was fast but painful which is expected for such a sensitive area. The results are there and I do see a difference in the hair growth and now even more after my second session. I am satisfied with everything over all and can’t wait for the end result and possibly try a different area next.

Love this place so much. The ladies here are super nice and helpful, they made sure to answer any questions I had. I do my lashes, laser hair removal, and facials here. Great prices and service, would highly recommend.

Came here to get my Hydra facial done. It was my 1st one ever I must say that I absolutely loved It. I had an amazing experience at Avanti Skin medical spa. The facility its absolutely clean and the products and machine used are high quality. What to say about the attention received ? The ladies working there are super friendly and knowledgeable ..I cant wait to come back for another hydrafacial ..I drove one hour to get there and I can totally say it was WORTH IT!

I used to love this place.... Shelia was amazing at doing lashes until she started charging me more then what she usually did. she went from charging me $40 lash extensions refill to $120 on refill. which is ridiculous I have other ladys charge me $20 and they do a way much better job and not only that she charged my mother for laser even though my mother never got the service and never signed a wavier stating she will be charged monthly. its ridiculous! staff is okay but there really unprofessional!

Amazing staffs at work. My mother was astounded by the results of the process and it was a game changer for her skin and everything. I really suggest going here, you won’t regret their amazing service.

Worst Med Spa in Miami. Speaking from the experience my sister had with Avanti and it was horrible. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Good luck trying to get an appointment here because they will constantly re schedule your appointment even after you having missed over 2 months of your service, in this case she was getting laser hair removal. They have no consideration or care for the customer whatsoever. Their customer service is straight up TRASH. They barely even answer the phone and when they do apparently Sheila or whoever else picks up is not in office so they can’t even attend you properly. We figured they have their personal phone connected to the spa. They will tell you that they will call you back and leave you waiting forever because they never do. Super unprofessional. Also, my sister has called during working hours as stated in their website and when she calls they tell her they’re closed??? This business is all types of messed up. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else. Also, just so you’re aware half of these 5 star reviews are basically asked for by Avanti. Yes, they will ask you to leave a good review just so their business looks good when really their customer service sucks, and they don’t even provide you with the service you’re paying for. Truly feel bad for all their customers being scammed by this business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I have been coming in for laser hair removal for a few months. I love it here, they make you feel so welcome and comfortable. They offer so many other services, it’s like a one stop shop for everything beauty! I highly recommend it.

Sheila is amazing! Very sweet, patient and truly listens to what you want. I went in to have eyelash extensions done and couldnt have left any happier. The place is clean and very relaxing .I loved my experience at Avanti and would totally recommend to anyone that is on the market for any of their services.

The place is great. Excelent atmosphere. The staff is very professional and they treat you like a family. Also they offer a lot of treatments with fabulous prices. In my opinion they are the best option.

You have to call the owner to schedule your apportionment. You can only schedule when she answers and at whatever time she tells you. I called 3 days straight: day 1, she told me to call the next day at 10 am to schedule because theyre closed. Day 2, I called at 10:15 and 5 other times throughout the day. Day 3, the owner answers and tells me to call back tomorrow at 10 a.m. (same excuse). I asked her what the problem is in scheduling appointments because I have found it impossible to do so. She told me she never spoke to me a couple days prior (call log evidence shows, THAT was a lie). This woman literally argued with me about calls Ive made! Owner is incredibly unprofessional. Needs work in the customer service department. Rule #1, NEVER, EVER, yell or argue with your customer, especially if youre building a business! I cant speak for the treatment aspect of the business but if the customer service is the same as the services offered, it may be best to stay away.If the owner does in fact care to read this: Miami Dade College offers very affordable non credentialed business classes in Customer service, marketing, and business management. Or may be best to reach out to your electrolysis board on any upcoming business workshops.

I was at Avanti this morning for laser hair removal. I arrived early and was cheerfully greeted by Cheila and Marlén. The facility was clean and tidy and smelled wonderful. The girls were awesome and the service was spectacular.

There’s way better Med Spas in Miami, HIGHLY do not recommend this one. They’re new and inexperienced, lack good customer service skills. Save your money and go somewhere else. My recommendation is if you’re in the area, go to VIP Laser where professionals really are at. You’ve been warned.

STEER CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE. Literally the most unprofessional spa I have come across. I noticed on Groupon that they were having a special of $60 something dollars for 6 sessions of a small area laser hair removal. I was interested in getting my underarms done and I know that underarms is considered a small area everywhere (search it up). However, when I call about this promotion they tell me to not purchase the Groupon and that they will honor this price upon arrival if I just pay at the spa. When I arrived to the spa they had the nerve to tell me that underarms is not a small area and that it is actually a medium area and that the price will end up being $90 something dollars instead (not honoring the price they said they would upon speaking to them on the phone) . These people clearly have no knowledge of what theyre doing... on their Groupon it even said under the small area category that underarms was a small area but they told me that they had called Groupon days before to change it and they havent. LOL ok. Sketchy, False Advertisement, and this is most likely a lie. These people will literally lie to you to just try and get more money out of your pocket, please do your re search in the service youre getting beforehand. It is clear they are inexperienced. There are plenty of other Spas in Miami that provide the same services Avanti does and you can for sure find a better spa with the great customer service this place clearly lacks. Do not waste your time here, good thing I decided to not give them my money.

I have had so many procedures done here i don’t even know where to start! They make my lashes look fabulous! I have lupus so i always have a horrible rash on my rash, but no more! Between the IPL facial and the ZO Obagi products they carry and started me on two weeks ago you can hardly see a rash at all! Couldn’t recommend them enough.
