Called them because of their reviews. A woman answered, was bothered when I asked that I needed a Oxygen Concentrated, she ask what I was going to do with it, as soon as I told her I was sending to another country she started an attitude, I ask for the price, she made a bothered sound and put me on hold for long time, I waited, and when she answered back again I asked if she didnt want to sell to me, she made another sound as she was upset snd put me on hold again. Even with all the reviews, I do not reccomend it

Last year my father-in-law caught pneumonia while visiting Florida and the doctors would not let him fly home without a portable oxygen machine. I looked around on the internet to determine the best machine and then I shopped around for pricing. The best price was from L & M Resources. But even better than the price was Manny who delivered it right to our door the same evening and instructed us on how to use it. Manny is the nicest guy, so friendly and knowledgeable and he delivered it at night with a smile. I thought I would never see him again. Then today, almost a year later, I called a CPAP manufacturer for a referral to an authorized dealer who would fix my 10 year old discontinued cpap machine and they gave me a number for servicing my machine in Miami. When I called and described the issues to the gentleman who answered, he explained it sounded like the mother board and with labor and age of the machine, suggested I consider purchasing the newest model of the same manufacturer. When he gave me the price, I couldnt believe it and jumped at the opportunity. And if that wasnt enough, he delivered it right to my door that same evening. When I opened the door, we looked at each other and both recognized each other. It was Manny; the same man who had delivered the oxygen concentrator to my home last year. Same smile and help. He explained that he delivered it the same night because he knows that people need their cpap machines every night and he didnt want me to have to go a night without it. He spent another half hour showing me how to set it up and giving me advice on other accessories.I am writing this letter to recommend Larry and his company to anyone who needs medical devices that he supplies. You will get the best medical equipment at the best price, the fastest personal service, and the best product knowledge from a wonderful person who deserves your business.M.S.
