Talked with MANUEL when I placed my order and was super pleased with his help and knowledge about the machine. This is one super great price for a machine that is listed at number one in the Cpap machine market. Please beware! I purchased the wrong cpap machine. I took machine back and was told I would get a refund. I had to submit a dispute on my credit card. I still have not received the other half of refund for my HSA account. Im going to court house today! So I just received my refund yesterday Feb 4 2021. I returned the machine on Jan 4 2021 after purchasing it on Dec 30 2020. So if that was 3 to 5 business days then I mist be crazy! There prices are low, but you should make sure its the exact item you need and pay with a Visa CC so you can dispute the charge if you have to! I can post screen shots of my HSA transactions!

I landed in Miami for layover to Bahamas. Got to hotel and realized I didn’t pack power cord to my cpap machine. With an early flight out the next morning and not being able to sleep without the cpap, I didn’t know what to do. Then, by a miracle, I called Cpap Sales Miami, and at 2am, Manny answered and saved my trip! UNBELIEVABLE customer service!!!

I have been dealing with sleep apnea for 12 years now, although for the vast majority of that time (90%+) I havent even bothered with my cpap because I cant get the right mask to fit (Ive probably spent$1,000+ on masks), I cant get the pressure settings right, and so on.And because of the shear frustration of dealing with machines that dont work right, and Doctor after Doctor who dont have a clue what they are talking about, my health has suffered.After four hours of phone tag with doctors, distributors, therapists and vendors, fate lead me to Manny at Cpap Sales Miami, and he patiently walked me through my machine, how to properly set the pressures (my doctor didnt even know that one), and more importantly WHY I was doing what he was having me do.For the first time since diagnosed, I had a perfect nights sleep last night, and I am confident that I am on my way to improved health. Of course a single day does not guarantee success, but with Manny to support me on any future issues, I for the first time in years have hope.

The owner was not nice with me today he told me that I couldn’t get the machine from him cause he closes on Saturday at 3:00pm cause he needs to go out in his boat super rude and his website says he’s open Monday to Saturday from 9:00am to 8:00pm he needs to change the hours of operation if that’s the case then so I don’t know about the prior reviews showing on this page cause he was super mean to me without even knowing me .. so good luck to whoever buys from this place I would not recommend it especially that’s it’s a machine to help with someone health !!! 😞

In need of a CPAP machine at a great price plus great customer service? This is definitely the place to go. Manny was great from the start, even on the phone he showed true customer service. He offered to wait for me at his job or even pass by his home to get the machine. Forget about going thru your insurance, unless they pay the machine 100%, no one comes even close to beating them on price. 100% best price guaranteed. Him and his wife waited until I got there around 6:30pm and were really friendly. Even tho my prescription didnt really specified the pressure, he gave me good recommendations on how to set it up. Even tho he could have just given me the machine charge me and leave, thats how bad the prescription was, he took his time to set it up for me. Great place to get all your accessories and machines

I was super frustrated with my mask and found this place on google. I am so glad that I came, Manny Measured my face and got me the right size and purchased a new mask that was comfortable and was at a price that you will NEVER get online. This place saved my life. TSA had lost my CPAP and I was stuck. They delivered the machine to my hotel that day and then had me call them at bedtime to talk me through the setup. I learned more about my new machine than I had ever known about any of my past machines. I then proceeded to have the best night sleep in years. 5 stars is not enough stars.

It has become very difficult to find Respironics original filters. Medical Supply Superstore distributes only original equipment filters made by Respironics. Unfortunately, the knock off filters are NOT of the same quality and do NOT fit properly. Several companies are using references to Philips Respironic Dream Machine in their advertising to suggest they are selling Respironic made filters when the filters they are selling are cheap, inferior, knock off filters. Medical Supply Superstore sells Respironic filters that are packaged in the original clear plastic bags with Respironics detailed specifications. If the filters youre getting come packaged in any other container youre NOT getting original filters. If your filters are not stamped with PHILIPS RESPIRONICS youre NOT getting original filters. If the packaging does not end with Made in USA youre not getting original filters! Ive ordered filters from several suppliers and returned the inferior filters to those suppliers, and now Im dealing only with Medical Supply Superstore. Its a relief to find a supplier that actually delivers the original equipment filters, as advertised.
