My husband and i use the lakeworth florida facility. We would like to commend Lee Epstein, our doctor, and his assistany yammi. His quick thinking last week virtually saved my husbands life. We highly recommend this doctor and this facilty.

Terrible customer service! Since Conviva took over, our contract and payments have been an issue - every month!! I am currently ON HOLD with their corporate office and the timer shows over 25 mins. No one has come back to say anything! Im simply look for our account rep, Jennifer for answers (and to change reps)! She also ignores all emails and calls from myself and our physicians. This is terrible service!

Did not have a good experience at all. NP bedside manner is terrible. Would not recommend! Will not be following up!

I had never had any problems with payments in all the years Ive worked with Humana until Conviva bought into the company. Ever since conviva came in the company and its ethics and values have gone down, Im a contractor and payment to us contractors is always inconsistent and never on time, at one point they owed us over a month an a half pay. Sad to say that even though we thought it had fixed the issues it went back to its usual careless treatment of its contractors. If you are looking to offer your services to this company I recommend you look elsewhere. They do not hold employees and or contractors with the due respect they deserve.

Llamé para preguntar como contactar con una persona responsable de autorización de procedimientos médicos y no saben de nada.Ayer me llamó un agente bastante irrespetuoso para decirme que no se había aprobado un procedimiento por falta de información, no me dejó esclarecer nada, para colmo la enfermera que pusieron de interprete cortaba las ideas y decía lo que mejor le parecía, no hablo Inglés fluido pero lo interpreto bien, además tengo gran experiencia como traductor e intérprete de varios idiomas. Entre ellos todo era risas faltaba poco para una cita amorosa.
