SUPER RUDE FRONT DESK advice everyone that’s calling to be more than patient. My older mother called to sechedual an appointment with Dr.Costa and a lady in the front explained something she did not understand. My motherasked me to call and once I did the lady in the front assumed I was my mother and was aggressive from the start! And telling me how many times she has to explain this and he is technically yelling at this point... and when I told her I didn’t like the way she was speaking to me because I simply didn’t understand the protocol she hung up the phone. ( SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE ...) I’m astonished at the lack of respect the front desk had. I feel deeply sorry for the doctor because having staff that works this way must be horrible. I’m surprised at the way she treated me and feel disrespected. I have worked front desk for many years now and always try to explain in the best of my abilities even if the patients don’t understand I try to help them.
I called for an appointment and they asked for my blood work to make an appointment. I sent them the same day and two days later I called again to make my appointment and I said that I cannot make an appointment because the doctor will leave for two weeks of vacation. Ok and I ask him what can I do and he tells me nothing. Q later either. Draw your conclusions
