I usually dont take the time to write a review, however i think this merits the time. Its a long review, but worth reading. I found out a month ago that I had hearing loss. It may be normal to lose some hearing as you get much older, but Im 56 years young and when I was given the news I went through so many emotions, embarrassed of what my family, friends and co-workers were going to think about me. I immediately scheduled appointments with several hearing aid stores. Alonso Hearing Aid was the last place I went to. Like first time users, you have no idea how the hearing aids work, how are you going to feel, if they are going to fit your needs, the list goes on.... The first place I went to let me try a pair of hearing aids at the store (it was way too loud and the background noise was too much). The second place didnt have anything for me to try. When I called the third and last place (Alonso Hearing Aid) I explained that I was more comfortable speaking to someone in English. They scheduled an appointment for the next day. I went in and met Dr. Alonso, he asked me several questions and recommend Signa 7X. He re-did my hearing test and he performed additional test. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly. He loan me a pair of hearing aids for a week, helped me program them on my smart phone and showed me how to use the app and gave me his cell phone in case i had any questions or any problems. I left the office that day confident. Fast forward a week, I went back today 4-22-20 and left with the actual (purchased) hearing aids. Again, he explained everything in detail. I have a 30 day trial period before the warranty starts. His staff is very helpful as well. Im still embarrassed, but I feel confidant that if I every need anything Dr. Alonso and his staff will be there 24/7. Thank you

Excellent service and Hearing Aids quality

I was very pleasantly surprised. I have previously gone to MD-run medical clinics with audiologists sporting Doctorate degrees. Ive been through it all. Carlos Alonso and his staff do it all just as well or better.I went here to have a set of hi-tech hearing aides fitted and programmed. Carlos and his staff knew all about the iPhone and Droid apps (in detail)... They explained what they were doing every step of the way, they told me about the programming options, and they gave me hands-on instruction in use and care.Hint: you have to hunt for the suite in the office park. Go for the odd numbers!Excellent service. They know what they are doing. Highly recommended.

Before coming to hearing Alonso, I had already bought hearing aids in two companies, when Mr. Alonso began to explain to me how he was going to examine me, right there I observed the big difference, the tests he gave me, I not only understood what he was doing to me but also They were more professional and deeper than the previous ones, he and his partner treated me very well and the product I bought is twice as excellent as the previous ones, I dont think I will have to go anywhere else in the future.
