Dr Morales is a great doctor but his office staff not so much. Been trying to reschedule a procedure for 4 weeks and left several messages but no one ever calls back. Im going to cancel altogether and will have to find another doctor.

Calling the office for an appointment can be frustrating but the ease of making an appointment on line Isa very easy and appreciated

Called today for an appointment, they give me one for 3:45 pm, I was there on time to only find out they were 5 patients in front of me.. how unprofessional to say the list.. Learn how to honor appointments. There were people waiting for more than 3 hours, super unprofessional and I was paying out of pocket.

Doctor Morales has something very rare. A human touch and time for his patients. My experience was excellent, with him and his office.

Office is terrible you I had an appointment at 9:45 and it’s 11:00a now and I still haven’t been seen by the doctor. I mean what is the appointment of having an appointment might as well just come in unannounced. I understand that appointments are never on time due to the time that doctors spent with their patients but wow. Than when I asked the girl at the desk she said they will be calling you next they called like 4 people more and I’m still waiting here I’am so unsatisfied with the wait time and how they kept saying I was never and I was those were “fake news”

The doctor is great but the office is horrible. We have been calling and leaving messages to get biopsy results for weeks and no one has called us back. Depending on those results my daughter will get her treatment plan. Meanwhile she still has abdominal pain. COMPLETE IRRISPONSIBLE medical office. I work in healthcare in a hospital and we do not treat our patients like this.

After reading through all the reviews and seeing the common comments about poor staff this is major red flag. While the Dr is great it is so sad how terrible the staff is. My mother has had a terrible experience with the staff and their rude attitudes. I am appalled at the way they have spoken to her as I’ve heard them on speaker. I hope Dr. Morales can see this and be made aware of this common complaint.

Today I visited Dr. Pedro Morales, it was my first time, I almost never make a comment but I had to do it because it was excellent care, all the girls were very nice and the doctor was super friendly, you forget that you are in a medical center, he makes you feel as if I have known you all your life with a lot of professionalism, thank you doctor I recommend it 100%
