Dr.Valerie is very friendly. She informed you on what she doing and explained what you should do to help you with what ever problem you have. She answered every question that I had. I did not feel like I was being rush out of her office, like the prior doctors that I seen. She made me feel welcomed at her office and so did her staff who is also very friendly.

The service is excellent. Office opens punctually. Good attention and high care in dealing with the feet. My mother is a usual patron.

Dr. Valerie is an amazing podiatrist with excellent bedside manner. I have been seeing her for the past 5 years for various chronic foot issues. She takes her time to figure out what the problem is and what is causing it. She also thinks outside the box with her possible diagnosis and will try conservative treatments before reaching for the needles. The office staff is so friendly and professional. This is the one podiatrist I am not afraid to go to!

II you want to go to an office that does not know what the right hand is doing from the left you are at the right place. I would not recommend her because of lack of office personnel. Please read all I have stated in other post.

Dr. Valdivieso-Diaz has been super helpful with some foot issues that I experienced due to running half marathons. She has also been amazing with helping to identify why my 11 year old son could be experiencing heel pain. Id highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great podiatrist.

Clean local, really sanitizing, the staff so gently. The Dr gives the treatment (nail cutting, calluses removal, atc.), the auxiliar makes the manicure and finishing. Amazing!!!!
