Horrible service the staff is rude. She do not follow up with appointments and the wait is long. My overall experience at Dr. Powell office is just horrible. I do not recommend Dr. Powell to anyone seeking a medical doctor.

Dr. Michelle Powell fails to understand the meaning of confidential or seem to remember the Hippocratic Oath she took. When a patient shares a private and personal matter with you ( a heinous crime, which I was a victim of) is to remain with you as the doctor who took the oath to do no harm. Instead you shared it among your nurses and staff, even your bus driver. It has been several occasions where I have over heard comments being made about me on the subject matter I shared with you. No it has nothing to do with my physical medical history either, so that excuse cant be used. Not to mention the blatant disregard and disrespectfor when I show up for my appointments by your staff.  You are in direct violation of HIPPA! Shame on you and your staff. Fortunately for me there are other doctors who would be glad to take me as a patient.

If I could give this office zero stars I would...Horrible doctors office,EXTREMELY long wait times,front desk staff is incompetent,not to mention YOU CAN NEVER GET THROUGH TO THE FRONT DESK WHEN YOU CALL.THEY HAVE SO MANY EXCUSES.They were suppose to electronically send my husbands prescription to the drugstore and they never did..my husband had to come back to the office the next day while he was sick to pick up the prescription ..I could go on and on.. why are they still in business is the question?. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!

I was recommended to Dr. Powell by my trainer for genetic testing. Her staff was not familiar with her programming and I was given the run around before finally being seen. I paid for my labs in February 2020 and I was told my results would be available in a month. I called in March and was told they weren’t in yet. I tried again in April and was told they were delayed because of covid. Although, my results should have already been back, as we weren’t quarantined until mid-March.Long story short, several phone calls later with rude front desk assistants, I am out of $150 with no lab results. No apologies. All I got was “it’s not our fault, it’s the lab.” “We don’t do refunds.” This practice doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Stay clear. Terrible customer service and overall bad business.

I was adamant to give my testimony because I have been going to Doctor Michele Powell for over a year now its almost 2 years actually and I find her to be an amazing doctor a doctor that really cares about her patients is she so on point Ive noticed this from the gecko she really cares about her patients and she gives all the time the time that you need she will give to you why did I not want to share it her , because then shes gonna be more sought after than what she is and she already has a bazillion Patients lol I love you so much Doctor Powell youre the bomb!!!!

I love Dr. Powell, she was my mothers dr, my dr, my wifes, stepmothers, daughters sisters and friends doctor too. I recommend her today tommorrow and anyday of the week!!! Shes genuinely cares about u as a person. Lets go Dr. P!!!

To many patients long wait times did t really diagnosed me properly my kidney ended up failing do to improper care she’s nice thought but nice didn’t have anything to with properly taking care of patients and they are mindful hungers in there if you have Medicare watch out for there scans

The office staff here were never out of line. Dr Powell and the Nurse Practioner were very nice and attentive and actually show that they genuinely care. Nice and respectful people... except of people’s time. I can not get past the wait time and being called and confirmed of an appointment just to come in and hear “i don’t have you for an appointment today”. That has happened twice. The wait time is no less than an hr... EVERYTIME. So if you’re in a rush, forget it. I like the professionalism they have but i can’t do the waiting for that long. It’s not fair, especially when i walk in and I’m the only one there and the staff seemingly is walking around with nothing to do.

I just love this doctor very much, cuz since I found her 16 year ago. Doc Powell is one of kind doctor. Before I found her, I had a man doctor that only was working to get a pay check. My health problems wasnt getting better to deal with. After that, I went on the internet and found Doctor Michelle Powell and what I read about her, she just had to take care of my problems and I can say she been wonderful to my needs to deal with my health problems.. I love Doctor Powell she one of a kind. If you need a doctor she is the one!!! 11-20-19 its been 17 years now that I found this wonderful doctor thats good at her work and anything she do. But 1-30-20 a lot as happen where I think its time for me to find a new doctor cause now she have a lot going on and the time for me is shorter then ever. I love my doctor, and hate to leave but I have to cause I am a old school patient and cant deal or want deal with young milk around there mouth trying to learn on me.

Awesome doctor to go to but waiting time is entirely too long. I go once a year for my normal check ups last year I waited 3hrs before being seen when I was 20mins earlier for my appt and trying to call about something so simple is ridiculous as well I waited on the phone for more than 10mins after pressing to speak to an operator. I normally don’t do reviews but this needs to be brought to someone’s attention

Okay, I am going to start with this.This is my 3rd time going to this clinic.the other day may 6,2017(FRIDAY) I did have an appointment for my son to read his blood results. For 3:30 due to he go to School and that is the time that was fine for me.On wed they call me to tell me that they moved my appointment from 3:30 to 11:30 amNot even asking me if that is okay with me. I say no, that I will be there for my regular time.They did not told me that I did not have insurance or anything. ...thats what they claimed.I get there to found out that they went to lunch and they supposed to come back at 2:00pmThats went the doctor told me her self and she suggested me to go and have lunch and come back.Well I did left and came back.Went I came back I went and wait it at the check in window for 10 minutes , because no one was there.Then I wait it for an hour before the nurse called my son to weigh in and take his vitals.Went she was almost done the coordinator joseph, is going to tell me that I can not been seem because my insurance was inactive. Not cancel inactive that is 2 different thing.So I reply to her so my son can not be seem rigth! She just say No.I was kind of disappointed because I was there for his blood test results and she is going to tell me that no insurance no service, it never came out of her mouth, to get her lazy behind off the chair and say to me let me see what can I do and talk to the doctor, she was so rude and disrespectful calling me different names that it was not my name.Never offered me to pay in cash (I would of pay that visit in cash....I was walking out of the door went I realized that she just denied assistance to a minor son with insurance. She dont even make the effort to call the insurance company in front of me...I did call my stay well insurance that same day and she told me that my son did have coverage. ...Please I tell you this much as a human being you need to have compation towards people , I am not saying that they need to work for free, I did have insurance went I was denied service for my son. She is very unprofessional, she do not have no respect and she dont suppose to be there dealing with people.Now I do not want to go back to that clinic. Never again.
