I was attending this medical center for a physical and had a great experience. I truly dont know why the reviews say otherwise but If this medical center was ever bad let me tell you it has changed. Great service that give clear Guidance to people. The staff ( Nurses, doctor, student physicians, and more) truly want to help you and they have a passion for the the medical field. The doctor that attended me was great and i had other family members who went and also had a great experience. They can speak english and spanish. I truly left satisfied and will be happy to return in future appointments. Any complaint I had was addressed and they patiently explained the problem and how it can be fixed. The quality of care is simply amazing and they work very well as a team.

This place is a scam, you make an appointment to see Dr. Fox, they confirmed and you end up seeing a nurse Practitioner. En un engano to catch patients

Super slow service, I wait for a test more than a hour. More than 3 secretaries and none of them were capable of help or give the right directions. Definitely they need better service and personal guiding patients.

Ana Rodriguez is my doctor since 5 years ago and I feel so grateful to have found her as my primary provider. Her care with the patients is unbelievable. She makes me feel secure, at ease and she handles all of my concerns with patience, professionalism and responsibility. She always makes me feel like a top priority. She has a passion for caring and helping others. She is an amazing doctor and I highly recommend her!

Absolutely horrible service from the office staff and the medical care provided was minimal and rushed. My insurance was charged for a physical and they never performed any physical evaluation of me. That is called insurance fraud!! If you need to make an appointment there you will find yourself having to see a nurse practitioner not a doctor because unfortunately there is only one doctor in that office who by the way is also a police officer so he is not there all the time. Don’t waste your time or put your health at risk by going to Fox medical centers.

Staff is very friendly and great but can be slow to return call backs. Dr Kevin is a great doctor with many skills, certifications and hobbies. See for yourself as you admire his decor while you wait in patient waiting room. Maybe its a distraction so youll forget what you came in for.

Staff is great. No complaints. Ask for Kristy, she is the gem of the office. She’s always in a good mood and has helped me in all my visits. I feel very comfortable with her. She’s helped me with appointments, medications, referrals, even COVID tests!

Recently I had to change Doctors. This is something that makes me very nervous. From the minute I called this office the staff made me feel very comfortable with my choice to make an appointment. That next day upon my arrival, I was treated very well. The staff is amazing and Dr. J fox made me feel very welcome and didnt rush his time with me..thank you fox team ..amazing job !

I never write reviews, so I must have had gone through a horrible experience for me to even write one. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. Including the manager, in which you would think she would be helpful and understanding with patients but she couldnt care less. I have been hung up on so many times by the office, I cant keep track. Ive had to deal with so many managers as no one knows whats going on. Stay away from this office. No one cares about you, youre just another dollar sign. There are so many doctors in Miami for anyone to put up with how horrible this office is.

I have tried about 2 weeks to make an appointment by phone to review my test results with my doctor. Every time I have called I waited more than 15 minutes and no one answer the phone. Finally, I went to the office by myself. They have told me they cant accept walk-through and I need to have an appointment. Then they took my phone number to call me and set an appointment. It is about a week Im waiting for this call!

Dr. Fox were paying more attention to his secretary than on the consultation. Made various comments to his assistant that has nothing to do with my visit. Than after all told me that I needed some physiotherapy but never gave me the referral!!! And for last, my insurance requires a form that the doctor has to fill up with all results of my test and it has been 1 month already that I have requested and nothing has been done, not even a phone call!!! Honestly I will never, ever going to come back to that office!!! Good luck!!!! After a month after my reviews still no returning call from that office!!! Unbelievable!!!!

I called drs office on Tuesday to let them know about my test results per drs instructions, have been waiting on drs note since Tuesday to provide to my employer that I need quarantine and have had to call multiple times and today is Thursday and still nothing. Everytime I call its a long wait and when they finally answer they tell me the same thing theyve been telling me since Tuesday, well relay the message to dr and make sure you get this.

PILOTS: Go here! Dr. Fox is not only one of the most affordable doctors around he is efficient, professional, and friendly. His place is decorated with all kinds of aviation decor and through all three companies I have worked for he seems to have knowledge of all of them and doesnt treat you different even if when I worked for the little guys. He recently helped me out big time when a doctor up in Palm Beach had a broken EKG. (Long story) but I will forever drive the hour and a half or more through Miami traffic to get my medical through him.Also I really surprised at the negative reviews. All staff is extremely friendly and helpful and I have never had to wait more than normal wait time for a walk in office. 10 stars if I had the option.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Fox for many years and love his attentive staff and excellent service. He is thorough with each patient and always on call in case of an emergency. I am thankful to him and his staff for their help and patience. I highly recommend his practice!

I had a very nice and smooth first time visit at this office. My wait time was not long at all. I was attended by a nurse named Christy, who was very kind, courteous, and professional. Dr. Kevin was also very courteous. I would recommend this office.

Dr. Christian Atkins is a great doctor who listens to you and takes you seriously if you have a concern. The staff is nice and helpful. Its tough to get an appointment but otherwise I am happy Im a patient there.

Dr. Kevin Fox is my primary care physician. Great receptionist staff and I always get taken care of. Easy in and easy out. Even when I have to ask for some unscheduled lab work Im never there for more than an hour.

Ive been a Patient of Dr. Fox and Diana Zambrana for almost 20yrs. Only one hiccup with a former x-ray technician, and that was over 10yrs ago. Other than that, Ive been very pleased with the Medical Attention received. Highly recommended!

Horrible Horrible Office! Please dont waste your time. this doctor and his office has no principles at all. Wait over 2 1/2 hours for our first visit, then to pick up lab test i was running 10 min late and they made me reschedule my app. Doctor is a clown, he is on his cell phone the whole time of your visit and wont pay attention to you at all. No parking space so be prepare to leave your car in the street. I wont recommend this office or doctor at all.

I have been a patient for years & I appreciate Dr. Kevin’s knowledge in his field I was referred to a surgeon by one of the other doctors in the office had an appointment to have the surgery but when Dr. Fox seen the surgeon & hospital which was Larkins hospital he referred me to a different surgeon immediately. After I did some research on the hospital I am so happy he toook the time to do so.

Dr. Kevin Fox is amazing but unfortunately, his staff is by far THE WORST EVER! They leave you on hold forever, never send in your prescriptions, they always sound frustrated to help you. It is a shame Dr. Fox does not have a more qualified staff. He needs to clean house and get some real professionals.

My daughter sees kevin fox when she goes there. He is excellent with my daughter and she is a asthmatic. My daughter have been going there for over 3 years now. My 1 experience there wasnt so good. It was with the front desk staff. Not all of them have attitudes. But some of them have bad attitudes. But overall i will say they are a 5.0 with children . I cant speak for adults. But i have learned in the working field. Professional comes with age and maturity. Everyone that is 25 is not always grown up. My daughter also saw Jonathan fox because it was a time kevin was out. He was very good as well. The fox Doctor have a great reputation.

Terrible with timing. Waited 1hour to be seen only to wait another half hour. Disorganized staff who dont know whats going on and keep missing information. Two weeks went by for an mri preauthorization that they should have submitted but didnt and when I called, I kept getting inconclusive information. The medical centers are incompetent and inadequate in their work. I regret going here.

She is still in touch with her human side and has not desensitized from the world around her...Everytime I go see her she remembers exactly what I had done or needed a month ago.I woyld recommend her to everyone

I honestly couldnt even understand how it happened but here is what consisted of my search for a new doctor ...waiting in a room with over 20 people and I was helped within 10 minutes, in fact everyone was. I got to met kevin fox, he was a great guy gave me advice on some dos and donts. The staff was great and very pleasant too.

ABSOLUTELY the worst practice and doctors. Do not visit them. I had 104 degree fever and i arrived today 6/28/14 at 11:00am on the dot and the power driven employee-Alejandra i believe her name was said i was 2 minutes past 11am so she denied me access to a doctor. They have no regards to patients welfare. The doctors employee minimum wage employees that hate the world and take it out on patients who need help. They are a sweat shop. I said i would inform Dr Fox and she laughed in my face saying he doesnt care he doesnt need new patients. STAY away.

I had the worst experience dealing with referrals. I originally went to see doctor in kendall office. Called to make apt to recieve results then was told doctor no longer taking BCBS and was referred to see physician in homestead office. Recieved referral to specialist whom was not taking new patients until 5 months later. So called back to homestead office was told Katherine which deals with referrals has left homestead office and now works in kendall office is the contact personnal. So I call Katherine which stated she no longer deals with referrals and to contact homestead. Its just been an stressful, unorganized ordeal. I certainly wouldnt refer neither office for patients. Poorly organized.

The worst experience ever !!!! the staff is not polite, rude, they made you wait for more that 40 min. and then putted on hold for a longer time. Unbelievable !!!.They are always on the lap top and they dont pay attention when you talk to them.The doctor is always rushing and he doesnt spend time listening.Ill never go back, my first and last visit.Dont waste your time going there !!!!!!

They wanted to charge me $5 to print one page of my blood test results. There are personal pictures of Dr. Fox in all the halls of the building like we are in his living room at his house. Bad service and bad customer service.

Worst Nightmare ever !!!! Please KEEP FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THERE !!!! The staff is the worst of the worst Bryan and Robert are so mean and no helpful at all, you can die and they doesnt care at ALL. The last drop, my son could not get his surgery because in three weeks they couldnt send the approval by fax to the insurance, come on is not that hard place the paper and dial a number. I am going to change to another doctor so my 4 kids and me are gone, bye bye !!! BTW no stars at all the system force me to give one !!! >: / It is a shame because the all the doctors and assistants are excellent, but the front desk staff and who ever answer the phone mess it up everything. I wont fix anything with this review, because my son cant breathe and his insurance will be cancel in March and I cant afford his surgery but at least I will help the ppl to not pass through this. : /The worst nightmare of my life !!! The drop that spilled the glass was that they canceled the operation to my son because they could not ask for the authorization to the insurance, please it is not so difficult to put in paper in the fax and to mark some numbers. My 4 children and I go to another doctor. I wouldnt give it a star but the system forces me to give it one. Its a shame because doctors and assistants are excellent but with those employees they spoil everything. With this review I cant fix anything, since my son has trouble breathing and in March his insurance is canceled and I cant pay for his surgery, but so I avoid something like this: /
