The center is amazing. Best experience from A thru Z. All the staff are great. From Center Administrator to the assistant administrator. And greeters at the door. Medical assistants and front desk personal are great as well. They deserve 10 starts.

Amazing experience to get COVID-19 Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Friendly and professional staff, process quick & organized and all protective measures in place. Wish everyone could have the same experience as I did when being vaccinated.

UPDATE: I received a call from Ruth at Conviva to talk about what happen and clarify! I really appreciate her call we have a better understanding........they didnt violate any HIPPA laws!So far the care I received here is okay! I have just been for regular assessments and check-ups! Ive been here 3 times and this time (8:10 am 2/10) the lady who checked me in at the front said across the waiting room who my doctor is to the lady at the door taking temperature! Have these people never heard of HIPPA?! Just because you speak Spanish doesnt mean I dont understand you! I think its time to find another doctor! Why does she need to know who my doctor is?!

I really love this place. They are caring, always polite, the doctors pay attention when you have a problem. Everyone in there always helpful, and they all smile. I would recommend it to everyone I know.

If youre not 60+ yrs old..this place isnt for you.. this place was made to cater to the elderly which is fine but they should make it known that you will be seen last if youre not 60+..

Went in for a first time visit, receptionists at front desk were very helpful, the doctors assistant extremely helpful (should’ve been the actual doctor), as far as the Doctor (Dr. Hernandez-Casis)he was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was given the impression as that he did not want to attend me, he did not greet me as I was introduced to him by the assistant, he asked me the preliminary questions and checked me with a stethoscope, he did not ask me the reason I was there, what symptoms I was feeling, and barely said a word other than the preliminary questions I was asked, he then stepped out of the room told me to get my prescriptions and walked away, he did not explain what prescriptions I was given or the reason as to why. I attempted to ask him about the prescriptions and the reason he had requested and ekg and he continued to walk away as if I was not even there. Everything was later explained to me by his assistant who noticed when I was ignored. He informed me the Doctor requested a ekg which I was also not informed about by the doctor himself. I did the ekg and waited for a response to just receive a thumbs up from the doctor, not a single word or answer to anything that was said or done. I’m a service manager at the local Chevy dealer and honestly the level of service I received on the doctors end was horrible, and I will not be returning. If this how I am treated (I am in my late 20s) I can only imagine the elderly and how they are being treated by this poor excuse of a doctor.
