Medicaid patients should not go to this facility. I have experienced Conviva in other areas but this location is lacking the Conviva quality service. I will go into details of why I provided this rating and my stated conclusion. First visit to the facility the physician stated the visit must be short because she had an appointment. Weird! Medical assistant lack professionalism. I understand the culture but not everyone is used to that style of treatment. I went to the facility multiple times and clearly there is an emphasis by management to reduce utilization. The last visit the doctor offer me a COVID test and decided to send me home without a proper assessment. Totally misdiagnosed my flu like symptoms. I’m currently in the ER due to the misdiagnosed. They also told me at the beginning of the visit that they would not take my insurance anymore. Basically denying me services. I will follow up with the proper authority to make sure no other Medicaid patients get this treatment.

My first time visiting this medical facility. The entire staff were very welcoming and friendly from the time I walked in the door. The services were quick with no issues. Conviva gets 👍👍up!

This place is so unprofessional!!! The nurse practitioner or who ever the front desk person transfer you to she is very rude and has a smart mouth and needs to get out of the health care profession !!! they are going to lose patients and you have to be careful who you talking to on the other end of the phone.
