I am SO THANKFUL to have found this wonderful place and to have met Lina Acosta and her staff. I would have never imagined that a place like this would exist, but it does! It not only guides you to be a better parent but challenges you to answer important questions about yourself that affect your parenting.I have been to the toddler group sessions that gave my husband and I a better understanding of what was going on in our little ones head and consequently how to react and handle hard situations. Highly recommended, and I believe they offer group sessions for different age groups.Im also part of the online parenting group which is absolutely fabulous. In our fast pace lives its so convenient: write a question on Facebook and get it answered, there is also a group call once a week #genius.

Lina and the therapists at SPA are simply the best in making you feel at ease about your parenting, helping you understand the stage your children are in, and whats to be expected (so you dont drive yourself crazy!). They arm you with the right knowledge and tools to help you be the very best parent to your unique children. Thanks, SPA!!

Lina at The Nest Miami is MY go to person for parent and child attachment. I know when I refer a family to Lina they are going to love her and her programs as soon as they walk in.
