It was the most relaxing experience we have ever had! The staff were super helpful and very informative. Our masseuses were excellent they made sure we were comfortable at all times and definitely helped us release unwanted tension. Our experience was exceptional from being in the soothing waiting room to laying on the heated beds while getting massaged. My partner wasn’t sure at first but after he was thanking me for such an amazing time and asking when are we returning. We will definitely be back and will look into that membership!

I am 29 weeks pregnant & have had body pain all over my body for months... I went in and had the best massage I have ever had with Sandra! She is the best! She is so kind, gentle & detailed. She got the knots out of my body and made sure I was comfortable during the entire session since I am almost 8 months pregnant. The receptionist was very kind & informative about getting a pregnant massage (since it was my first time doing a prenatal massage) the facility is clean & relaxing! I don’t know why I didn’t book a session sooner! I will most definitely be coming back and bringing my husband as well 🙌🏼 Thank you to Sandra, you are awesome & made me feel 10x better!

I have been cancelled on two times. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I was sitting in the room and they said sorry facialist is running late. they had the audacity to offer me a massage and charge me for it. SO rude. Never again. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE. do not come here!!!!!

THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE, LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, NOT TO MENTION EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. The day before my appointment I received a call from them stating that one of their staff was infected with COVID and all appointments needed to be cancelled. I understood and called back the next day to re-schedule. Amy advised that they never cancelled our appointment and advised it was cancelled by me which of course comes with a $50 cancellation fee.THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND THEY DON’T ATTEND TO COSTUMER’S WHO BOOK THROUGH GROUPON.

I went with my boyfriend because its his birthday and he loved it , it was such a nice experience everyone was very nice and lily Jimenez was also a great part of the experience, Im definitely coming back next month.

The worst customer service, I buy a 60 Min COUPLE massage to share time with my husband and after booking my appointment a week earlier, filling out the papers and confirming twice my attendance when I arrive to the Spa the owner tells me that they dont have the availability for couple massage, that they only have individual massage.. I DONT BUY A INDIVIDUAL MASSAGE..!! They said, since I buy on Groupon a “Special Price” they dont guarantee the availability, since who have priority are the members of the Spa.. Although the massages were fine, I wouldnt come back because of the terrible experience.

Waste of my time. Booked a couples massage a week in advanced, confirmed the appointment twice including the day before I was scheduled. Only to pull up on time, and tell me I was a “no show” and my appointment was scheduled at an earlier time. They have a terrible scheduling system. I read other reviews who had this same issue and they refuse to change. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I did not bother to reschedule because I rather spend money else where

Worked here for a month. Had multiple instances where we had to cancel a couples massage because two therapists who were booked together couldnt get along. If youre paying with a Groupon they will cancel your appointment if a member or a person paying there wants that time, many times I had to cancel an appointment only a few hours before the client was scheduled to come in with some b.s. excuse about how the therapist got in an accident or caught covid (manager made me cancel appointments that were booked 2+ months in advance, and even one that was booked for an old ladys birthday). Had many instances where clients would show up for their appointment and the massage therapist/facialist would suddenly announce they didnt want to come to work that day. I was only there for a month and these disasters were routine for them. The owner of the spa is literally the front desk managers mom, and the front desk manager is only 19 and clearly very unable to do his job since hes in charge of making sure the spa runs smoothly. Would never let these slimy people touch me in a million years. Why go here when Massage Envy is literally only a block away?

My wife and I were gifted a couples massage at The Mark Spa for Christmas, we went and the service was amazing, the staff were very accommodating as my wife is currently 5 months pregnant. We had the most amazing massage in their Cherry Blossom room, which my wife especially loved. The massage itself was spectacular, the music and atmosphere was very relaxing. After the massage we decided to treat ourselves to facials and they left us with super smooth and fresh skin. We met the owners who were super nice and congratulated us on being pregnant and they gave us a coupon for a half off massage as a Christmas gift. Overall the experience was mesmerizing and we will be returning for sure. 11/10!

The Mark Spa is an amazing place to relax. When you enter you feel the good energy and peace that we often need after a day of work and stress. I really like his design, and the environment, and especially the privacy. The staff here will make you feel like a King. This the second time I have visited the spa, and both the massage, and the facial treatment I got was the relaxing time I needed back with true professionals on staff here. It is definitely worth having your membership. Congratulations

They steal your money!😡 I feel the least the store owner could do is train their receptionist to tell customers about this one time deal. Super unprofessional! Scammers!!

November 24, 2019 I called and spoke with someone who I asked several questions to regarding a purchase for a massage I made. My questions were all answered so I purchased a couples massage for my parents on Groupon. It seems to me as if I was speaking to a ghost that day because I call TODAY 12/18/2019 to confirm my appointment for TOMORROW 12/19/2019 and it seems as if the person who assisted me 11/24/2019 was a complete GHOST because the appointment I made was not on their system. This is the SECOND time I have a horrible experience with them and I HAVENT EVEN ATTENDED THE PLACE YET. I spoke to Maria today who seem helpful and apologized for someone’s mistake, but I’m not understanding how an employees mistake is the customers fault. According to her I’ll be “receiving” a call from the “manager” just like my fiancé is still waiting for a call back since NOVEMBER.

I’ve called so many times , they mostly don’t pick up and when they do there’s this extremely rude girl , far from accommodating , no customer service . Will asking for a refund , not interested on any services from them .

I loved it all here for many reasons:I thought they have good prices in addition to my massage bought in Groupon.The place is impeccable.The service is wonderful.They offer massages, facials and other things.They have services that are cheaper for you.The massage I received was amazing. I loved how I relaxed and the way they massaged me hard. But I liked it so much that I already made another appointment.

They must better train the people who serve at the front desk .... I have been a customer for 3 years (even before they opened their new headquarters) and the experience today to make an appointment was horrible. Also, the promotion by Groupon is modified at your convenience.
