Not sure why the good reviews. This place has a small selection of glasses and very expensive too. We could get two pairs of glasses at For Eyes for the same price as one pair at this store. Because of COVID-19 precautions, the way theyre handling patients is spacing them out with one chair in between patients in the small waiting room. Possibly 4 to 5 individual patients could sit in the small waiting room. If there are no more chairs you have to stand outside waiting. The doors are locked so you have to knock to get inside. If they remember to, they will check your head temperature at the door. We had the first appointment, came before opening time, yet already the waiting room was half full and we still had to wait despite having what was supposed to be the first appointment of the day. This place is closed on weekends and only open on select Saturdays (first Saturdays?) of each month (heads up for people who have weekday working schedules). The customers here are mainly Hispanic as Spanish is mainly what you hear them speak. The optometrist, Dr. Coralys Galloza Bonilla, is a young, attractive female. She got her license in 2018 so is fairly new to the profession. Shes nice and somewhat thorough with the exams. The store, however, you feel pressured to buy glasses. When you ask for the vision prescription, it feels like jumping through hoops to get it. Theyll tell you the doctor needs to write and approve it and because the doctor is with another patient that went in after you, you have to wait a long time for it. Theyll tell the doctor that youre not planning to buy glasses and than you feel bad about it. If youre here to buy glasses, Id recommend going to a place with bigger selection and no pressure to buy. If youre here just for an eye exam, Id say its a decent place for that.

This place just opened back up amid the pandemic. The staff is bilingual, very efficient, and so kind. I felt my examination was thorough and Gretter took her time when asking questions. She helped tremendously with insurance questions when it came to lens and contact coverage. I felt welcomed and comfortable. I walked in with about 3-4 people in front of me and they took me quickly. While I waited for the optometrist I browsed for glasses and the ladies answered all my questions and helped me pick out a frame I loved. Dr Corales Galluza was AMAZING! I felt so cared for !! This is the very first time where I felt my eye health was taking seriously as if it were her own! THANK YOU DR. GALLUZA!!!! SHE IS SERIOUSLY THE BEST. I APPRECIATE THE WHOLE TEAM! Also, the location is perfect and there is a good amount of parking. Thank you guys!

Absolutely best vision care and optical provider in South Florida! Very friendly staff provided me and my husband with excellent service from start to finish. Too-notch doctors of optometry were very professional, all necessary test were done to insure eye health and proper prescription measurements. Appointment time was honored, and they have a great selection of eyewear at all price ranges. Highly recommend Pro-Vision Care Optical.

Everyone at this center is extremely polite and hospitable. Welcomed with a smile and asked to fill papers you feel they are enjoying what they do. They are all young women but seem very committed. My experience in the optical pro-vision carne Center was excellent, a group of workers who give you a very special and pleasant treatment.

Honestly getting to a place where they take care of you so well. That they make you feel so special is very good. Being able to see Dr. Amalfi after some time was incredible. But seeing her staff how professional she is and from the receptionist to the girl who measures your bifocal points are so attentive. That should be the best option for anyone looking for excellence ... I highly recommend them. !!
