Raul came towards the beginning of the time frame that the company assigned. He did an amazing job installing my “Phillips - Hue White and Color Ambiance Discover Outdoor Floodlight - Black.” The light was installed on the ceiling of the outside rim of my house. It was raining and he still got the job done with no complaints. I was unable to do it myself, but he made the job look so easy. I hope I am able to have him come out again when I replace my other outdoor fixture with the same fixture that he installed.

This job was all about the tech Jeffery. Jeff was early very knowledgeable very friendly and extremely personable. The job was done quickly and professionally! I will definitely use this company again and they get my very best 5 star recommendation.

The electrician did a great job and quickly. I was quoted it would take all day but it did not. However, I did overhear someone, maybe the boss, calling him over and over. THAT I did not like. That was taking away from him working on my home. If the boss wanted him done faster he shouldve come do it himself. I think him calling had my electrician stressed and I do not like that. What if he had made a mistake because he kept calling? Bad leadership.

I needed to relocate a light fitting a few inches over to center it over a new vanity. I called Electrik Pros and the helpful customer service person asked me to take a photo and text it to them to facilitate a faster quote process so that someone didn’t have to come out in person. The supervisor called me back to discuss the cost and the process over the phone based on my photo, during that same conversation he was able to schedule someone to come out same day to do the work. The team arrived early and called me to ask if I was available, the were very professional and friendly. They did a great job relocating my light fitting and cleaned up afterwards. The payment process was contactless and immediately processed which I appreciate as well. I will definitely call them in the future if I have other electrical projects.

I am a local guide and have about 100 reviews of different businesses. Jonathan came out and gave me a quote. I approved it and he started working immediately. He changed all my outlets to Decora Outlets. The bathroom outlets have a built in night light. He also installed a motion sensor switch, that as soon as I enter a room the light turns on. He was able to install a fan very nicely in my family room where there was nothing prior. He also did a flawless camera installation for me. First of all, let me just say that Electrik Pros is well represented by professional that are very courteous. It actually pains me to give them a low rating because I know they strive for better, but it just wasnt delivered. The initial installation of my transfer switch was on time and went well, but they were not prepared to complete the job because they were missing a part. They scheduled to return and then rescheduled because the part had not yet arrived. Again, still professional. Well, a tech arrived to install the part, and thought all was well. But come to find out, one of two phases were missing from the breaker for the air-conditioner. As a result, my family and I were without AC for 6 hours!!! So, after all this, the job is still not complete and Ive paid in full.

They offered a zoom visit I showed Johnathan what the problem was he gave very fair quote. Raul came and did the work. He was extremely professional wearing a mask as we are supposed to with covid. He actually took the time to answer my curiosity questions. I found out they can do more than lights. Next time I have a problem with anything electrical including ac thermostat I will give them a call. Highly recommend

We had a bit of a mishap with a DIY installation at home and lost power to almost an entire room’s worth of outlets. This was made worse by the fact that it was in our home office! We called Electrik Pros and despite it being a late Friday afternoon, they had someone out in less than an hour. The electrician who arrived, Dennis, was top notch. An absolute pleasure who explained a bit about what we had encountered and quickly had everything back in working order. From the dispatch who first took our call down to the person who arrived, everyone we spoke to was fantastic and timely. Would completely recommend this company! Thank you!

I was not happy with the services. First , the technician explained to us that all systems need to be replace because it’s an old model . Then I had to call FPL because my meter was damaged by the technician. A new one was replaced by FPL . Lastly, another electrician came out this morning and fix our problem. So I was billed 269 dollars and nothing was resolved that night..

The technicians are very experienced, clean and professional. I hired them to change all of my switches and outlets and install a few light fixtures. I called on the 3rd then on the 4th I already had someone at home doing the estimate and scheduling, on the 8th the job was completed on a full day. I did got a bit upset because the job required 2 technicians and half way through they called the lead tech out to an emergency job. I also didnt liked that they had an itemized list of everything that needed to be done but they had to do a home depot run twice, instead of coming with all the materials ahead of time. Overall my rating goes to the well job done and the first two technicians however, management could use some work. The helper tech left after the lead tech was called, was very stressed and feeling overwhelmed because the boss was constantly texting him to hurry but it wasnt until the last two fixtures that he actually came to help. When I raised my concerns I was answered with excuses rather than just admit that it couldve been done differently. I did not feel appreciated because my time and money has the same value as high end customers.
