Last week our power went out, on a Sunday night in August with a 3 year old and a 9 month pregnant wife in my home. Yunior spent about an hour with me on the phone and texting that night addressing the issue and temporarily restoring our power. He moved around his schedule last minute due to our situation being urgent and had a crew out the next morning to do a complete upgrade of the electric in our home. Thankfully he was familiar with our old 1930s house and its undersized electric system, so with just a few pictures he knew the panels and material needed, and got the job done in a day.He was professional and had an open line of communication whenever I needed him, while his crew was here working and everyone on the job worked efficiently and professionally. The price for the work was very fair especially considering the speed they were able to get it done and the times we are in with labor and parts being so expensive. What an amazing job this team did. From responding quickly to the request that our water heater was not working, to diagnosing the issue at hand, and then doing a complete panel repair in a day. We had scheduled with Junior from Dynamic Volt to come and do the job and he never showed up and never communicated he wont show up despite calls, SMS and email! Very unprofessional.My condominium was asking for Certificate of Insurance and license so maybe he did not have what was needed and instead of communicating clearly he just went dark... I contacted him because of the positive reviews that I read online but I guess they are not be trusted... Find another electrician.UPDATE:If you want proof of how unprofessional he is just read his lengthy response below. Instead of just apologizing for not showing up on the scheduled appointment without any prior communication to reschedule (he did not send me a single SMS, email or voicemail) he makes ALL kids of excuses. Reminds me of the kid in elementary school that used the The dog ate my homework excuse. Come on man. The only time you called back was AFTER you read the negative review and AFTER you had missed the appointment!

Yunior is the man. He gets (eats, breathes & sleeps) customer service. He is always available by phone or text. He came to our house Friday night at 7 pm to check on the job completed by his team earlier in the morning and told me he had 2 other clients to visit that evening. I live in a townhouse condominium ( 14 buildings) and we were looking for a company to install sensors at our lights attached to the buildings, some timers and repair some exposed wires.So I contact Dynamic Volt and I received Yunior reply in a couple hours. He scheduled the visit to the next day and the proposal was at my email box at the end of the day, and after 3 days, the work was done ! In 5 days I was able to receive his call, receive an estimate and had our problem solved. I do want to say that because it is not usual to have such a prompt reply from some contractors .Yunior walked around all the condominium with me and also gave some suggestions.He sent to us a detailed personalized proposal, very easy to understand and clear. Everything was there . I was notified by Florida Power and Light that they would cease electric service to my property, in Hollywood, for safety reason as the housing for their meter had become rusted inside. I sent a message out via Yelp, as I was in dire need of an electrician to do residential work, ASAP. Within an hour, I received six responses from companies and set up appoints with five, (the sixth stopped responding). Yunior Rojas, via telephone, understood the importance and urgency of my need and offered to come to my property that same day.He arrived at my property, early for the scheduled appointment, and we discussed what I needed. Mr Rojas was extremely knowledgeable in this field, easy to talk to and understand (I know nothing about electricity except how to turn a switch on) and spoke in a way that a layman could grasp.Unfortunately this job was worse than initially thought due to the age of my property, it was built in the early 1970s, long before Hurricane Andrew changed the landscape of South Florida, and forever changed the South Florida Building Code. In order to change the meter housing, it needed to be brought to building code standards, otherwise a permit could not be obtained, as the law is the law. The included raising the stack (where the wires come from the pole) three feet above my roof, and replacing the outdoor electrical panel.Mr Rojas, within a couple of hours, provided me with a detailed, written estimate and did not demand payment for anything. A down payment would, of course, be necessary as it would be for any type of work. Cover materials and permitting fees etc.I made a decision to hire Mr Rojas and Dynamic Volt and provided the down payment. Mr. Rojas kept in touch with me while the permitting process was taking place and updated me on scheduling. I did not feel the need to ever question the validity of this transaction, the entire thing was very comfortable. If I did have a question, I would text Mr. Rojas and always got a response withing 15 minutes.Today (12-09-19) was the day was would commence, two short weeks after contacting Dynamic Volt. I dont know how he got the City of Hollywood to issue the permit that quick but he did. Took me a month to get one to install a door after all. Mr. Rojas stated that his crew would be there at 8am to begin work. 8, ha, he and his crew were there at 7:15, as I found them sitting outside, patiently waiting to begin work. I thought it surreal that they were early. I mean, Ice made appoints with a certain phone company, and they couldnt be early in lives were at stake. But here was the crew, bright and early, ready to go. Once they saw that the household was awake, they jumped right to work. They had a generator on the van and Mr. Rojas offered to keep my refrigerator powered as electric would be out for a few hours.These guys, from Dynamic Volt, commenced work and disconnected electric to my home at about 7:40. They worked, non stop (no breaks at all) and got the job done by 1:30. Let me quickly recap, they had to strip the existing equipment, disconnecting every outside wire, remove equipment from structure, neatly cut through the roof, install a new ground rod and then re-install new equipment and rewire everything, and complete it where city inspectors and FPL inspectors were to sign off on.When they finished, aside from new metal boxes, one could not tell they were there. They cleaned every little bit of wire insulation, screws etc from the yard where they were working. The quality of their work, and professionalism, is something I havent seen of late. Outstanding work that they completed. If you need an electrician, my advice to you is to contact Dynamic Volt, you will not be disappointed in any way.I just noticed, going to google, Dynamic Volt is a Kendall, Florida based business. Yunior Rojas and his company helped me with an electrical nightmare. Yunior responded quickly and was very easy to work with. My electrical issues required extensive rewiring, moving my panel location and pulling permits and dealing with the city of Miramar inspectors. Yunior’s knowledge of the electrical codes and his professionalism proved to be invaluable when dealing with the city. Yunior was always responsive to telephone calls and texts which made dealing with a major situation much easier. If you have an extensive, complicated electrical issue Yunior and his team are the only electricians I would recommend.
