This office has gone downhill, the nurse practitioners are very nice and try to help but you never see the doctor ever she will pass right by you and not acknowledge your existence, even if she’s known you for years, the front desk personal are rude at times and I’m sure it’s because of the complaints they get from patients it’s too much for too little she has an entire building with not one other doctor on site, this a money hungry facility and I would recommend you not come here unless your just looking for an easy script, The plus side is you don’t need an appointment, other than that it’s starts and ends there.

I had an appointment with this medical facility on October 11, 2021 for my pre-op testing, I specifically explained to them that my labs needed to be faxed over to my surgery facility before my surgery on October 26, 2021. I have been calling literally every day and have been getting the run around. They told me that my labs and my medical clearance were completed and that I was waiting for the Doctor to sign off on it, every day I’m being told to call back or that it’ll be done by this time. This matter is time sensitive!!!!! They told me that they would be open today which is Saturday and they lied !!!!!! My surgery is on Tuesday !!! This is very unprofessional! this is completely disgusting that I have to go through all this just to received my lab work faxed over . I’m very disappointed and I would never recommend coming here.

After going here for years I’m never going back to this office again. It’s always overpacked at this office. I waited 3-4 hours today and got diagnosed with laryngitis/bronchitis. All for them to not send the prescriptions when they said they did. Now I have to wait until Monday and I feel horrible. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Dr. Hoover is great but all of the front desk girls are rude and terrible at their jobs. And there’s only one other good doctor here, the rest don’t know what they’re talking about. I don’t understand how they can just book so many people in there if they can’t even manage the ones they already have. Please hire better staff, I don’t need attitude from rude girls in the front when I’m always nice and feeling sick.- Melissa Castillo

From Steven Carter, I visited 08/13/2021 with Emilio Castaneda. The service was exceptional and front desk staff was very welcoming. Alexa advise me of the credit I could receive plus I was given a dope coffee mug to use in the am with breakfast. Thanks Premium Health Care

Where do I begin? I had an appointment at 7pm today. At the time of making my appointment, I mentioned I had a requirement to have the physical completed by today (as I travel for work and it was the last day to make sure I received an incentive credit by my employer). I wanted to ensure there was ample time to complete the physical including blood work. The receptionist that answered and scheduled the appointment confirmed there was NO issue and ensured everything could be completed at the time of my 7pm appointment. She even stated that the doctor would complete any paperwork needed so I can take it with me. I arrived at 6:54pm. I sat there watching a group of 4-5 girls sitting and laughing/hanging out. I was asked to fill out the SAME thing I filled out online at the time of making my appointment. That should have been a red flag. During my conversation with the provider, I informed her of a severe pain on my arm and she explained she can give me an anti inflammatory, in the same IV since I was going to have blood drawn. She then said that an allergy test will be conducted as part of the physical. The allergy test was conducted (the nurse was wonderful). After the allergy test was completed, the nurse asked me to sit and wait to have my blood drawn. A minute after sitting down, a lady exited the room and rudely asked me what I needed. I said I was waiting for blood work. Her response was no sorry, its too late and Im not going to wait another 20 minutes for the blood to process. Come back tomorrow. At first I thought it was a joke, but then I realized the other lady next to her said the same thing and pointed out its 8pm, I need to go.Quest Diagnostic is already here and picked up the blood. I explained that I confirmed the blood would be done today and that if not completed, It would impact me by losing $750. She basically told me that she couldnt do anything and I needed to reschedule. I said, I was not only waiting for bloodwork but also for pain medication. She chuckled and said, I can give you the pain medicine but even your doctor already left and Im still here Why would I want you to do anything when you are disrespectful? How would want to be treated by you? How can a doctor leave with patients there? and lastly what kind of place is this that they talking bad about one another to patients. I asked the rude lady to call the manager. She called Sabrina who is the office manager and stated that Sabrina too stated that I needed to reschedule, Literally NO REGARD for my time, the impact or their service. They literally did not care, yet their care providers. I am beyond disappointed, I am disgusted at the treatment and the service. Clearly, they need new careers because they can care LESS for their patients. I will post this review everywhere I can so people know what an awful location Hoover Family Medicine is - and ensure I seek action for the loss of benefits and treatment. Avoid this location and all of those providers.

I can’t enough good things about Dr Hoover and her staff . They are always accommodating and helpful . Mercedes on the front desk is awesome as is NP Claudia . I forgot the names of the rest of the staff I have met but they too are truly awesome . Congrats to Dr Hoover amd her great staff !!!!

I have been coming to Dr. Hoover for 2 years. She is great and get straight to the point. She tells you what to do, a natural remedy instead of just giving you Meds. Yes it gets full, you have to wait but I do wait, just to see her. A good doctor is hard to find. Ashley and Jessica 😘 are great, friendly. People get anxious and hate to wait. But come and wait because she is a good doctor.

They charged more for a co- payment than the insurance card said. And they charge $50 besides a co payment for consultation for every little paper even for a doctors note for work.

Terrible service. My appointment was at 1030am I waited until 1130 and then waited an extra hour in the exam room. Waited again an extra 40 mins for blood test and then again 45 mins to get prescriptions .

I’ve been coming here for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Best doctors in town, the customer service is always on point and they make things extremely convenient for my busy schedule. Highly recommended!!

I have to get a mammogram done. When I went to the place the referred me, the order was done incorrectly. When I call the Hoover office, the front desk ladies were completely unprofessional and attended to help me with my request. My appointment at the place was at 10:00 am. I asked for the Manager Sabrina but she was busy training a new member a d she was not able to help me. I had to reschedule my appointment because they never send the correct for.to the vital image.

Been coming here for years. Ever since they changed the front desk staff I am sad to say that I am looking for another way to get my labs for my medical condition. I do as much as I can via telemedicine despite them having a great team of nurses , nurse practitioners and of course the doctors. phlebotomist team is awesome. Front desk was there asking Personel script info in the lobby that is Personel not to be discussed do to hipaa laws . Are these people even aware of that. Please do something I know u will end up losing people because of this.

Worst customer service in the world. They have zero consideration keeping you on hold for 30+ minutes without checking in. They are completly useless and misinformed. Please Dr. HOOVER, Find better staff because youre a great doctor with a great office but your admin staff is horrendous.

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! MY DAD came to the office complaining and worried about a stain on his finger. She disregarded it for MONTHS. ended up being cancer a year later and passed in 2 months. Please do not go here.

This is THE WORST MUST UNETHICAL, WORST CUSTOMER SERVISE AND WORST TEAM IN HEALTHCARE History!!! They dont see your medical background, prescribe whatever you ask for, and God forbid you have to need their assistance admistrative way thru documents or records. Manager was fired or quit for a reason. If there was a NEGATIVR 10 they will get that, AVOID AT ALL CAUSES!!!!!!

Terrible, unprofessional. Front desk is rude also asking personal medical information in front of everyone. Inconsiderate, not discreet at all. Doctor Hoover FORGOT TO WRITE MY PRESCRIPTION tried to make me pay for another visit. This place is so disorganized. parking is terrible. Never going back. Do not come here!

This place is a circus! They keep you on hold for over 12 minutes only to confirm an appointment. Upon arrival at the agreed upon time, it’s an approximate 45 minute to 1 hour wait. Additionally, the practice overbooks appointments without considering the very limited parking in the complex.It is clearly evident that they overbook patients and cannot properly handle the volume.My review is intended to share my personal experience and shall not be misconstrued in an effort to affect business operations. The opinions stated herein are factual to the best of my recollection.

The TV volume is excessively high, not to mention playing annoying talk shows of loud people jabbering. The staff was courteous. As was seen by a blonde female doctor for a phisical checkup. She ordered some blood work and that was it. Didnt check anything else, absolutely no phisical anything. Worst doctor Ive seen.

Every day the clinic is worse, it is a pity that Dr. Hoover is very good but what good is that if they only care about charging money, and you can never see Dr., you are always treated by apprentices, they take a century to reach the room and If you need to follow up on the problem, it takes even longer, on several occasions they have given me results from other years and if not some that are not yours, I repeat it is a shame that Dr. is placing her trust in such incompetent people, This is not an enjoyment we are talking about the HEALTH of patients

Completely disenchanted, the attention of the staff is distant and lacking in explanations, it looks like a military center, the delayed service, the high prices and they charge you for the studies and then for the medical visit they charge you again to top it off they do not receive all the insurance. which makes the consultation very expensive, for example they charged me in a week $ 430 for two ultrasounds and thyroid tests🙏🤔😔
