The “Office Function(s)” was beyond extremely “Below Poor!!!” There is absolutely “No” communication, with the receptionist!!! Never was I granted the results, of the “Monitor” which was put-on me, for the last three months, the echocardiogram was cancelled on three different occasions(Appointments). I was in Kendall Regional Hospital Saturday(July 10th.). I was taken on a rescue squad, to Kendall Regional Hospital, with taquicardia…pulse: 215. On last Monday, the office of Dr. Hugo Diez, tried to get a hold of Dr.Correa’s office for an hour, and never was the call responded. I had to make an appointment with another cardiologist, outside his office. Today, July 19th., I was called from Dr.Correa’s office. After six months after my appointments were cancelled, on three different occasions. In my opinion, Dr.Correa’s office is the “Worst” office functioning place, I have ever-ever experienced, in the history of mankind!!!
Dr. Correa is to the point. I like to know you get what you came for with no long wait times.
Very bad, after doing the exams and telling them that I had no copayment, we received a bill to pay of 346.00, lack of professionalism, lack of everything, for me the worst experience ever
