Nice, quick attention and staff was nice enough. Incompetent billing practices however, arrived for my first appointment and was attended quickly not even an hour it was. Charged for the whole thing even after they took my insurance card and said they worked with my insurance, now they say the insurance wouldnt pay?BS. Im sorry but Im not giving you guys a pass here, not coming back.

This is my type of place, very professional, and quick services,and the best thing that they dont force the vaccine to the employees.God bless your staff.

Seems to be a theme with unethical billing practices. My daughter went for a 1 hour hydra facial and extractions on her chest. She was in and out of the office in 30 minutes and was charged 225 for an hour of service!! She called and spoke to the manager who rudely let her know she was actually charged less than the regular rate. I disputed with the credit card, got 105 back credit, but was then billed separately for the 105. The new bill states that it was a $175 30 min session of which we owe 105! This practice is unethical to say the least. I question their billing practice and will be reporting them.

I have been a patient for many years and skipped last years body check due to the pandemic. I was just about ready to book and appointment when I found out that the practice allows its staff not to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and to interact at a VERY CLOSE PROXIMITY to the patients .I was stunned. How is it possible to have someone a few inches from your face, masked or not , unvaccinated and breathing on you? This is a medical office and it should follow science and not be so careless.If this is their policy, this office doesnt work for me.I advise anyone looking for a professional and ethical Dermatology officeto look elsewhere.

I LOVE Kimberly Cray and think she is better than any dermatologist in the city. This morning I went for a facial. Michelle was wearing a mask but when I asked her if she was vaccinated she said “NO She wasn’t obligated to be” I would have had to remove my mask for a facial and would have had her breathing on me for an hour.I left.While I realize there is no mask law, and I’m sure she is a fine facialist, I am SHOCKED that in a respected medical office patients would be expected to have an unvaccinated person in such close contact with a patient. WE ARE IN A GLOBAL PANDEMIC!You are a MEDICAL OFFICE- not a retail store.I’m shocked and to be frank totally disgusted. Are you not aware of the thousands of people who have died from Covid? I think a medical office should be aware of science. Every Dr’s office I go to understands this.I’ve been a patient for well over ten years but this was shocking to me .

Service level has gone down. I have been a patient for about three years now and there has been a significant change since early 2020 aside form the pandemic. Recently, I called for a somewhat pressing matter and explained that I have been told to schedule a same-day appointment whenever I have the need; I was scheduled 4 weeks out! Needless to say, I have now switched to another practice.

Small company who I visit since 10 years ago, got bought out by a large group and became a cold, cookie cutter dermatologist, cold, not personal and with poor service. Poor and lazy accounting process did inform me diligently of one Bill of $120 due 90 days, no call, texts, bill sent to wrong address and taking the easy route they sent me to collection for $120 dollars!! I paid collection agency today but will stay in my credit report!!! Called them toComplaint, the said “sorry company processes!”.Never going back!!

Took my son here, the staff is so family friendly and great energy in this practice. The providers are amazing and Ana is the best! I highly recommend any patient to see any of these amazing providers! God bless them!

DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!! they are extremely unethical! I had a cool sculpting done with DR Elizabeth and was told that I could still go for a second session free of charge, I live out of state so I called booked my appointment and flew all the here, when I got there they told me I had to pay another $3,000 and that Dr Elizabeth didnt work there anymore so they were not gonna do the procedure, I am extremely disappointed dontd this place to nobody, if there were 0 stars I would put it.

Still dealing with a billing issue from two years ago.i would love to resolve this amicably but they have already submitted to collections and reported to the credit bureaus
