I was taken care of in a very professional manner, the wait was short. The staff from top to bottom were very pleasant. Five stars!!!

I had a short wait time but Dr. Camacho and his assistant gave me the time to explain my concerns with skin tags and a reddish mark on my cheek that my previous Dermatologist just brushed off. Dr. Camacho listened to me and took pictures of my cheek and ran a biopsy. Dr. Camacho and his staff are truly amazing!!

I just have to say , very professional , but nurse held my hand when she noticed I was afraid. Procedure went well, they explain everything, made sure you understood. Appointments were scheduled well. I will recommend them.

Great Dr. My dermatologist is Dr. Gutierrez. She is very professional, caring, and takes her time in addressing my concerns and issues. The place is clean, prompt and now there is better parking for the patients. I do recommend Miami Dermatilocy Center.

This was my first visit to this dermatology center. It was easy to get an appointment and I didnt have to wait too long to see the doctor. I think that Dr. Camacho was very fair because he didnt try to sell me any product or do anything for my problem. He explained to me that there was nothing to be done for it. I appreciated his sincerity.

I took my teenage son for his first appointment and it was a very pleasant experience. Even after filling out all the paperwork - which was a pleasure because it was only one sheet - we only waited like 30 mins. Once inside Cary (the nurse) was very friendly and knowledgeable. My son was seen by the PA (Jessy) who was also very pleasant and knowledgeable. They listened to our concerns and addressed them immediately. We were very happy with our visit. In addition, the receptionist was very courteous and friendly also.

Another great experience today. Front desk was wonderful and Dr. G. was her usual competent self. I now live in Sarasota, but as long as I am able and the staff will put up with me, I will remain a patient. Thanks for the great care over the years.

Usually this office is extremely busy. I happened to go in on a calm day. The staffs were pleasant and helpful. The doctor is, as usual, very attentive. I will return again definitely.

Yesterday I called to find out whether they would take my insurance. I was surprised when the lady scheduled my appointment for early in the morning the following day. I traveled from Homestead to Tavernier mainly because of ease to make an appointment on short notice. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the facility. The service was prompt, thorough and professional. Treatment was clearly explained and questions were answered clearly. I would recommend this facility to a friend.

I think this group is great. They got me an appointment quickly compared to other places and the exam was fast yet thorough. All of my questions were answered and i did not feel rushed. I brought my little girl with me out of necessity and they didnt mind at all.

Ivan D. Camacho is Amazing! I had a burn/irritation on my cheeks as a result of something i let sit on my face overnight and he gave me an ointment which visibly reduced the appearance within 2 days! So thankful for this place and Ivan D. Camacho.

I had surgery on my hand after breaking it from falling off of the bed, in the middle of the night.Dr Korhi is fantastic and pretty cool too. If the billing department had it together, I would have known my surgery and all my rehab was covered by insurance. I would have recovered without any issues.

Was able to prescribe rx for my daughters severe eczema, who has shown great improvement with it. There was no wait at the office, nice and professional staff.

My dad was treated at Miami Dermatology Center for many years by Dr. Leal-Khoury and most recently Dr. Camacho, so when I found something on my skin that didnt look right I made an appointment. Dr. Camacho and his staff are professional, kind and reassuring. They take the time to listen to your concerns, examine you thoroughly and answer any questions you may have. I walked in worried and left relieved knowing that if I ever have serious on my skin, this is the team I want treating me.

I was there this week for the first time wanting a chemical peel. The dermatologist saw my face skin and suggested me instead a facial and creams to control my acne which at this point in my life is not bad, just a little breakouts every now and then. Anyways, I got a facial on the same day and my skin felt sooo clean and amazing and glowing the next day. I still have acne scars but damn my face skin feels amazing Im really going to get facials once a month cause theyre so worth it. Great place to get facials!

I was nervous since it was my first time at a dermatologist office and I was thinking of having a mole removed. The Dr. Camacho was very nice and walked me through everything. I got the mole removed and was out of there in about 30 minutes between prep and all that.

The check up was very thorough and Mae was as usual very professional and friendly. I will continue to do my periodic check up with her and or someone at the clinic.There is an area of improvement and that is that the waiting in the past couple of times has been over 45 min, which to me is not right to me.

Once I was in the exam room, everything went smooth and fairly fast. The wait outside was a bit long, but there were alot of patients and it was moving constantly. The Doctor and the staff are very pleasant and Dr. Khouri is very professional and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the surgery she performed and have had no problems since. The scar is hardly visible.

It was my first time to a dermatologist and I had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and made my first visit very comfortable.

Worse place ever! Doesnt even deserve one star, they should be shut down. I am not even sure how they are in business. Went 2 weeks ago for face issues, Doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me and said Rosacea and ordered a couple scripts. Nurse was a complete zero, didnt greet me, didnt say hello, didnt even look at me. I actually had trouble understanding the doctor with his accent and I looked at her to ask her and she ignored me completely. She stared at her iPad imputing information. The doctor actually changed his mind from a gel to a cream, I walked out to ask her if she changed it in the system and she had rushed out to lunch. Even the receptionist said to me, well we take lunch at noon, and i said then why would you schedule me for 11:50am?!?!?!?!? They made me feel like I was a burden. Upon leaving, I already knew I would never come back from the lack of attention from the doctor and the nurse with zero personality but I never realized how much worse my experience could get. Lets just say they NEVER answer the phone!! They never called in my script b/c they had wrong name of pharmacy, after days and days of calling and leaving messages that no one ever returned, they finally said they would call it back in. Pharmacy still never got it! This went on for 2 weeks. The office said they were doing it, whether they did or not, I will never know. Shouldnt an office follow up with a pharmacy for the patient especially when you know there is an issue? Well that would be an example of good customer service which this office has none of. They are all completely incompetent! So I finally get someone to answer the phone and she has the nerve to tell me that the nurse prob cant call it in again today b/c it was 4:50 and they leave at 5pm. So after waiting for 2 weeks for a script to be called in (not rocket science) the receptionist has the nerve to tell me it will have to wait until tomorrow?!?!?!? UNBELIEVABLE. But wait it gets better..... they call it in that day and guess what, they of course only called in 1 script, forgetting the antibiotic! I am shocked.. After all this, you cant even follow up to make sure you are calling in the correct scripts. Like I said incompetence. Dr. Susana Leal-Khouri, I see you have good reviews, you must work out of the key Biscayne office b/c I cant imagine a good doctor would ever put up with a completely incompetent staff who does not know the definition of customer service. This office should be shut down.

Very nice place, helpful staff and the doctors are very tentative and helpful.

I would recommend this doctor. I have been seeing her at the key biscayne location for approximating 8 months for acne. Her plan of care is direct. She explains everything and always answers my questions. Her clinical assistants in the back have all been very nice, helpful and relatable. Wait time is not too bad, maybe 15 minutes average in waiting room and 10 in the room. Always accommodating for appointments.

Waited one and a half hours for my appointment expecting to meet with Dr. Khouri. Instead met with a doctor that didnt even look at my acne problem before prescribing me a topical treatment I had used prior. Very disappointed since it took two months of planning to get an appointment on a day I had off. Only redeeming quality was the very nice receptionist (Liz) and the fact they carried Elta MD so I could get the sunscreen I like.

So I called Miami Dermatology Center and asked if I wanted to come in and get a mole removed would that be something I could have done there, and the receptionist said yes of course. So I made an appointment and went in. I was called into a room was in there no more than five minutes, that includes waiting for the doctor and his examination. He literally looked at me and said they dont look cancerous you need a plastic surgeon. Well I knew they werent cancerous, that wasnt what I went there for. So on top of losing money at work because I left early for this appointment, they tried to charge me a $70 copay. Why are you charging me when you did nothing, and I was totally mislead being told that they provided a service that clearly they dont, and to top it off theyve sent me about five emails to post a review for them even offered a Starbucks gift card. Really? This company should be ashamed of themselves, and I will be disputing with my insurance company as well as creditors. They will not get my money. DO NOT USE THEM!

Waited 2 hours for an appointment to reknew an acne prescription. Had to walk out. office staff looked empathetic but incompetent. Typical miami service. How do you make someone wait for 2 hours when they have a scheduled appointment? I watched other patients being attended to before me and all the girl at the front desk could say was you are next over and over.

Dr. Khoury is so focused on you and how she can attend to your needs. She is caring and professional. A realartist as a dermatologist and a surgeon.

Waited for the two front desk ladies to stop talking before they acknowledged me. No smiles or any sort of welcome. Waited 25 minutes for my appointment which I was supposed to have at 1:30pm. Normally I do not mind waiting but when the 1:40pm and the 1:50pm appointments went before me . I was not thrilled. Dr. Khouri was very professional as always, but I felt pressured into buying creams and services I did not want.

Dr. Susana Leal Khouri is very knowledgeable, easy to talk with, asks your opinion, presents options, and the expertly performs what is needed. I really appreciated the time and attention that she gave me. Dr. Khouri inspired so much confidence during my consultation that I asked if she could accommodate me that day. I left her office looking significantly younger without looking artificial. She also prescribed a medication that made a persistent rash disappear -- a rash that had been seen by three previous dermatologists. She is definitely the best dermatologist who I have ever seen. I highly recommend her.

Just had my first visit. Staff seems efficent and friendly. Dr. came inpromptly and took a biopsy. So now must wait for the results to come in.One suggestion I would like to make and that is to please make thewaiting room a little cooler. THIS IS UNHEARD OF, AS MOST LABSSUPPLY RESULTS IN JUST A COUPLE OF DAYS. I HAVE NO IDEAL WHEREYOU SEND THE BIOPSY, BUT IT MUST BE SOME FAR OF LAND.MEANWHILE, IF THERE IS SOMEWAY YOU CAN EXPEDITE THE LAB, I WILL BE VERY GREATFUL.IN ADDITION I WOULD LIKE TO SIGNUP FOR THE PATIENT PORTAL, SOTHAT I CAN BETTER COMMUNICATE WITH DR. Dr. Susan Khouri has been my dermatologist for 15 years. She introduced me to Botox and fillers and Ive been her biggest fan since. I have recommended numerous friends and colleagues - they have all been very pleased with their individual results. She always determine just how much is enough and poses excellent bedside manners. The office staff is also very nurturing, well trained and attentive to your needs. Dr, Khouri is timely and considerate of her patients time as well. It is always a pleasure to visit Dr. Susana.The receptionist greats all patients with a welcome smile and helpful with any questions.The assesing staff member is very thorough in reviewing medical history and and any new dermatological assestment. Once Dr. Leal and assistant comes into the examing room a friendly and professional exchange always takes place. Dr. Leal is very meticulous on her exams and gives a clear explanation of what has to be done. It indeed a great pleasure for the patient to be treated in just a professional and friendly matter. Folow up appointments are very easy to schedule, emails and or text messages are sent for remienders and confirmations.

Dr. Susana Leal-Khouri is a great dermatologist!! Ive been seeing her for the past 2 years. First she treated my ACNE with several topical lotions and a dose of antibiotics. I also suffer from MELASMA so I used her fading cream and retinol cream, which she personally mixes in the lab. They are very potent! Better than anything else Ive tried. I liked them so much that I purchased them for my mom in California!I had been suffering with adult acne for almost 10 years and my skin had the scars to prove it. So Dr. Khouri suggested treating my ACNE SCARS with the FRAXEL laser. I did three sessions and saw a great improvement. My friends are finally telling me how great my skin looks!!!Finally I decided to try BOTOX injections! I am 34 years old and wrinkles are starting to creep up. Because I have been an ongoing patient I developed full confidence in Dr. Khouri. I wouldnt trust just anybody to perform this procedure. It was fast & practically painless. The results are amazing!I highly recommend Dr. Khouri. I will continue to see her for all my cosmetic and dermatology needs. Her staff has always been very helpful too!
