I truly felt like I was given true attention. I was treated amazingly by Dr. Jessy and her staff. The atmosphere and service was top tier. They even gave me an amazing parking (Valet). Everything was so great. I recommend this office. Best experience of my life.

Booked an appointment for a client of mine here recently and they provided an amazing experience- both with clinical and customer service- though the appointments may be a bit long, you feel comfortable knowing theyre taking their time to complete the work in the most correct and thorough way. Because of that, they were able to identify cancer risk factors in my client that no other dermatologists had spotted before--something that anyone would want/need to know!

Been coming here it’s a great office but I’m so disappointed with the new person named Maya in the billing department. She was extremely rude didn’t understand English, did not know anything about what I was talking about and she had the worse attitude. She could not explain why I had a balance and when I decided to just pay she made me repeat my payment information over 5 times. Finally I was able to speak to the other lady Merci in billing and she was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail. She was extremely nice and professional.

Appointments are always on time. Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes to see the doctor, which is usually uncommon. Also, I love that I can make appointments online and I get a follow up almost immediately. I saw Dr. Fox and he is amazing! Extremely thorough and so nice. I had to get some things cut into and it didn’t hurt AT ALL! The nurse that helped him was also great, I forgot her name :( The office staff is also super nice and inviting.

This is my second visit to Dr. Longwill’s office. I had some small cysts removed without any incident. PA Jason Santos and his medical assistant did an excellent job and provided clear after care directions. Jason listens very well to his patients and makes sure that all issues are addressed. I did not feel rushed. The office personnel are professional while the office itself is very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Having free valet parking is another perk which I appreciate. I highly recommend this dermatological practice.

Best Dermatologist office I have ever been to. I was in and out in less than an hour. All the staff was super friendly and attentive. Too long of a wait. First time I waited over an hour. Second time I waited over two hours. The ladies behind the counter lied to me and said it would be a 30 minute wait. At least five people had to cancel their appointments and left after waiting the first hour. At one point I had to sit on the floor because my back was hurting so bad from standing. Absolutely the worst experience in my 42 years of life. AVOID THIS OFFICE!!! They do not care about the patients, only care about selling their products…so sad

Dr Longwill, without a doubt, is the best Dermatologist in South Florida!I know this because I’ve been to 8 different dermatologists in the past few years and not one of them measures up to her. Adriana Sardi is amazing. I have been treated by Adriana for 6 months getting my skin on point after a year of neglect during the pandemic. The doctors at the office are so gentle and are able to articulate the exact cause and treatment. The staff is there for you as if you were a VIP patient. Never any line, nor waiting, not even to park, as there is a valet. And the highest quality of delicate hands for your skin care needs. Beautiful location, Dr. Longwill very nice and professional. The only reason I did not give this place a 5 was that that I saw a lot of people arriving and being seen first, I hate that! Wait was 40 minutes and unfortunately that is normal now a days. Overall good experience.

Not happy. I was quoted & charged to remove some skin tags but the PA Jason Santos only removed half. He was to fast! I noticed when I got home. 😡

Great staff, the only reason this is not 5 stars is that I waited over an hour to be seen by the doctor.

I am just leaving my initial consult. Before I set my appointment I asked what the first visit would cost and they said $150 where I also mentioned I wanted to remove my skin tags and pay using Care Credit. I show to the appointment and explain the same thing and they mention to use Care Credit the minimum payment is $300. I understood and said that it was my first time there and I wanted to do my evaluation before paying b/c if there was a cost for any treatment I wanted to use Care Credit. They had me pay the $150 out of pocket or I couldn’t see the doctor. I go through the appointment, the doctor was nice, and he offered to remove my skin tags. As I am leaving they tell me it will be another $100 for the skin tags which they never explained would have an additional cost (this also had to come out of pocket). The communication is very poor at this establishment and the customer has to pay for that lack of communication. There is no need to scam patients during this pandemic. I have the money, I just wanted transparency.

Very efficient, filled out my forms a few days a head, checked in turned them in and then got called into my appointment about 15 minutes after my appointment time which isn’t a long wait for a doctors office. This is my first time at a dermatologist, and it gave me high expectations for any other dermatologist. This place is clean and beautiful, organized and everyone is coordinated in my opinion. The staff are amazing and Doctor Jessy is wonderful, nice and explains clearly what you may have. Other than that I saw nothing wrong. Like I previously said, it gave me high expectations for any other place.

I’ve been to many cosmetic dermatologists in Miami and I continue to be impressed by Dr. Longwill and her staff. The location is conveniently off the Palmetto in Pinecrest. The entire building is for her practice and they have free valet parking, so it’s convenient and the privacy is nice. Her staff is super friendly and professional. I really like that the office is well-staffed and Dr. Longwill offers a very wide range of cosmetic dermatology services, so you don’t have to see different doctors and aestheticians to get your favorite services and procedures done. Beyond that, Dr. Longwill is an artist and perfectionist when it comes to cosmetic facial dermatology and will work with you until you are 100% satisfied. I really appreciate how careful and meticulous she is, unlike other doctors that try to get you in and out of the office as soon as possible and don’t believe in follow-up or check up appointments for cosmetic procedures. Make you’re appointment with her, you will not regret it. :)

I am constantly amazed and very appreciative of the attention to detail that all of the staff at Longwill Dermatology Center demonstrate. I just had MOHS surgery by Dr. Fox, with Cindy as his assistant and could not be more pleased with my experience. There is a wonderful blend of professionalism and caring throughout the center, which provides a high comfort level for patients . . . that is very important to me.

I visited Dr. Fox for evaluation of a skin rash. He had great bedside manner and was very patient and attentive in listening carefully to everything I said. He was quite detailed and thorough. In the end, he made absolute certainty that I comprehended his diagnosis and was content with what he was explaining to me. I highly recommend Dr. Fox as a Dermatologist!

Horrible service and treatment! Extremely unprofessional. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. There was already an issue immediately upon check-in, but I’ll come back to that later. My appointment was for 2:45. I arrived at 2:30. The doctor did not show up until 3:47! During my wait time, no one ever checked on me or even offered a simple, “sorry, the doctor is running a little late.” Nothing! He finally showed up at 3:47 and offered no apology, nor did he even acknowledge that he had left me waiting for over an hour! I asked him several direct questions, and he ignored them all. After giving me a cursory exam, I had to ask the same questions again since he had not addressed my concerns at all. Regarding one particular concern, after I asked him a second time, he said, “…we ignore those.” (referring to the blemish). That’s fine if the blemish is nothing to be concerned about, but when the patient asks you a direct question about it, YOU DON’T IGNORE THE PATIENT! He then said he was going to give me a simple prescription for another concern. He never did. After this, he took a sample for a biopsy and left me with one suture. Then he said I should undergo a specific procedure. He described the procedure but never explained if it was diagnostic or a treatment. He just simply said I should do it and that they would check with my insurance first to see if a referral was necessary. This left me with more unanswered questions. If this was diagnostic, ok. But if this was a treatment, then what are you treating me for since you have ignored all my previous questions and not given me any diagnosis? I was then excused and given a follow up appointment - just to remove the one suture, but not for anything else (something I can do at home with a pair of cuticle scissors - this feels like someone’s trying to run up a bill)! A week later I received a call from the doctor’s assistant only to have her tell me that my insurance did not require a referral for the aforementioned treatment. I told her how I felt about the way I was treated during my appointment, especially having been left alone for over an hour and not apologized to. Instead of apologizing, she actually tried to justify the doctor by saying that he likes to take his time with his patients. I told her that’s fine, but someone should have at least checked on me in the interim and apologized. After I said this, she apologized and offered to relate my feelings to the doctor. To this day, I have never heard back from him. After her quick, forced apology, she immediately went back to the suggested treatment and said, “So does that sound like something you’d be interested in?” Who asks that in a doctor’s office? Do I need the treatment or not? This sounds like a used car salesman, again, trying to run up a bill. I told her that he never explained the treatment. She snapped at me saying, “Yes he did, I was in the room!” I told her that he explained the procedure, but never explained if it was diagnostic or treatment. For someone who likes to take his time with his patients, he was very short with me. Finally, back to the check-in issue. Upon check-in, I was asked to verify my pharmacy and they told me they had a pharmacy that was 20 miles from where I live as my preference. I questioned where they got that information since this was my first time ever in their office. How could they have my preference? I then gave them the correct information (a pharmacy a mile from where I live), and they pretended to correct it. As I mentioned earlier, the doctor never submitted my prescription. It wasn’t until after this whole discussion with his assistant, A WEEK AFTER MY APPOINTMENT, that I finally got a call that evening from the pharmacy saying my prescription was ready. And guess what? It was from the pharmacy that was 20 miles away, not the one I told them to list as my pharmacy. So to sum up: from the clerical staff all the way up to the doctor, I felt completely ignored and mistreated. I absolutely do NOT recommend this organization.

Great service. Doctor Joshua Fox was excellent. I had a procedure done, and it was painless. Doctor Fox took the time to explain in details my condition and the procedure. Very personable and respectful. I decided to switch my dermatologist on the spot and will now use Dr. Fox as my primary dermatologist.

Went in for a bump I had on my left shoulder, saw Dr Santos, he explained it was a cyst, very common & had it removed, painless procedure! Then I explained my concerns with my lines on my forehead, he suggested Botox & Fraxel laser, i ended up doing both. Awaiting results but very happy with the doctor & the staff!

For the removal of skin tags I had quite a few and she did everything she could to make it as painless as possible. She discussed treatment options for my mild hair loss, facial skin discoloration and occasional outbreaks. Would highly recommend!!

While I love the service, they overbooked me and now I have to cone back in two weeks since they couldn’t do the entire exam all at once. Frustrated about having to come back and probably have to wait again. Hope they don’t charge me for an appointment since this isn’t on me.

On March 9th, 2021 it was my first visit at Miami Center Dermatology. I was seen by Dermatologist, Jessy. She was very professional, polite, attentive and helpful explaining my skin condition. I was recommended by a friend/coworker who stated she had skin irritation but it was resolved by Physician Dermatologist, Jessy who did a wonderful job of assisting with her issues. I gave a 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars due to the waiting period the assistant explained the situation and apologized for the wait. Be sides that I am very satisfied attending there and I felt very comfortable.
