The dentist Dr Hui is Avery good dentist as a matter of fact hes one of the best ever !!! However some of the technician ??????? I went to have my denture fixed the technician that attended to me was very nice but I found her work mediocre I am disappointed this. Place was my favorite I like the receptionist she is very nice polite & professional but that technician today really disappointed me Im mad my denture isnt fixed property ! Now I have to find another dentist or do I stay 😩

Exceptional quality service. After looking a lot all over Miami for a trustful professional, I am glad I went to Dr.Hui. I have gone through a lot of issues with dental treatments and am very careful choosing the right one.The team is also very good and high quality. I had an implant crown replaced, retainers, cleaning and am happy and much more relaxed now knowing I have the right place to go to. Have no plans to look any further or changing. Also theres always options for the most convenient payments.

I had a horrible tooth ache. I came in and they took great care of me. Even though I was in excruciating pain, I felt like I was among family. My visit to Premier Dental was great. They take care of my dental work since I moved to Florida. The staff is very nice and attentive. Always making sure I have my next appointment scheduled and that I understand what are the procedure and costs before hand. Great place with all the sanitation measures taking in account.

I have been coming to Dr Hui for many years. He is always kind, friendly, patient and highly skilled. He discusses treatment options and recommendations and is highly focused. A great dentist. Office staff are kind and competent, and print out a detailed estimate of costs of treatment if you ask. Covid protocols are carefully followed.

At the recommendation of a friend, I called North Dade Dental on Friday. They saw me this morning! (had an old filling act up and cause some problem). I arrived early, the lobby was very appropriately set up for distancing, was given the paperwork. the staff was very professional, the dentist and assistants were very professional and fixed my tooth - it is better than new. I am VERY VERY happy!! Am looking forward to a great relationship with these fine folks.

I came in today To get a replacement for my retainers because I had left them in my car and apparently the sun shrunk the retainers. I went to this dentist because they were the ones that did my braces. I needed to replace my retainers the orthodontist Dr. Marinko is very rough and jammed the retainers in my mouth. Very uncomfortable feeling and was forcing the retainers in my mouth that couldn’t fit. He was just like I have to force them and come back in two weeks. My anxiety was taking over me so I walked out.

After years of contemplation, I decided to get invisalign. Yesterday, I went in for a consultation and immediately felt very welcomed by the staff. As someone who appreciates timeliness, it was great that I was able to be seen right away.. I didnt experience any significant wait after my appointment time. My healthcare provider, Sonny, was extremely patient in answering all my questions and explaining the process to me. She has such gentle spirit and cares deeply for her patients. Dr. Hui, though I met him briefly, was very attentive during his examination. The facility also has state of the art equipment to help prepare patients for aligners. I think Im ready to start on this journey to a brighter, straighter smile at Premiere Dental!

I could not have had a better experience with this dental office. I had a medical emergency and they were very helpful and professional. I did not feel anything during the procedure. The dentists were very gentle and explained everything every step of the way. I did not feel rushed or anxious like in other places. I would not hesitate to come back for my implant and recommend their practice. Thank you very much guys 🙏🏻

I have been going here for almost 16 years. I have moved several times and have traveled back to Miami to be seen here because this office ALWAYS has my best interest at heart and I will continue to make the haul back to Miami to be seen here. (I have traveled from California to see Dr. Marenco and from Atlanta twice-)I don’t think I have ever been given any anesthesia in this office but almost every other dentist I have tried (when I moved) I would have to- because of how heavy handed they are with cleanings and polishing.The staff is great!

Save yourself the hassle and never consider them as an option. This office is a joke. I made an appointment for a cleaning over a month ago, the earliest they were able to book an appointment was 4 weeks after the requested date. Fast forward to 8:57 a.m. the day of the appointment (3 minutes before the appointment) and I received a call to reschedule, mind you, I had already traveled 35 minutes to the place and had already waited a month to see the dentist. I understand that cancellations do occur, but I cannot tolerate the lack of professionalism in how this was handled. I felt disrespected. Personally, there is no greater disrespect than playing with peoples time. Fortunately, I didnt set foot in this office because if they cant do a simple task like keeping appointments, I cant even imagine them taking care of my teeth.

I went for a wisdom tooth extraction. I was really surprised at how fast it went and virtually no pain. The surgeon was an expert and made the entire process much better than I imagined. I would recommend them.

Armando is a fantastic dentist, highly recommend him if you’re coming here.The problem is the organizational structure and scheduling in this location. It is below average at best and therefore, 2-stars. The staff is indeed very friendly and nice over the phone as well as in person but this is unnacceptable.I drive an hour to get here and my time is valuable. They schedule me for a 10:00am, ensure me the dentist will be here, reconfirm with me, and then let me down. Why schedule a 10:00am when clearly the dentist does not arrive until 1:00pm? Sorry guys 👎 all else is great.

I really love this place! I’m glad I didn’t check the reviews. I did not have ANY bad experience. As soon as I went in the website to make an appointment, I was been contacted by the team to scheduled me an appointment ASAP. This person was VERY nice (Edda) as the whole team (this is a magnificent system since I was in another dr’s appointment waiting to be called and making this one without any noise and even smiling while chatting with Edda!). I got there just on time and they called me immediately! No waiting! The staff was very understanding, patience and very supportive to find a way to accommodate my needs and make sure to hear my medical history. Dr. Elperin and his technician explained everything to me with no rush and did a really good exam. As well as the girls at the front desk! (I wish I can remember each of their names!). I’m definitely staying with this dental center and we will get the family plan for my children and husband that they offer there too!Thank you Premier Dental Care for such of beautiful welcome!!!! See you all next week!!!

The young lady that did my cleaning on Friday was excellent, she has a great vibe and she knows her stuff.I am very please with her.She cares, i can see that she is doing what she loves, and its not another job for her.Premiere dental is very lucky to have her on board, hoping that they appreciate; and value her dedicated hard work. Awesome! Eventhoug this is a busy office, I was treated courteously by a wonderful and caring staff great doctors. It is a convenient location and plenty of parking!The whole family is treated at this office and always with the same care and knowledgeable staff. Would not hesitate to recommend Premiere Dental Care.

These people are rude. I tall guy dentist and his assistant are unfriendly. They laughed and made rude facial expressions amongst themselves while looking at my family member chart. He cut me off while talk after asking me a question. They dont greet in the front or the back. Attitude and Character will keep their rating low. They should have more of a love all attitude. Not a pick a choose who they want to like or say hello to. God please help these people and there attitude. What goes up God will bring down.The 2 ladies laughed at my family member while checking out. Both ladies rude also. You dont laugh at people and make comments and jokes about them. God will judge this office. Trust me...The office Im talking about number is 16209 in North Miami Beach.

This place sucks. Dont waste your time. They dont honor the Groupons they offer. They add additional charges and you cant do anything about it. Went in for a routine cleaning from a Groupon I bought. Left paying an additional $35 for something the doctor recommended. I asked if I could skip would the doctor recommended be done on me and they said no. It seems like they have a lot to doctors but I still had to wait sometime just to pay and been seen.

This was my first and last visit. I had given them a courtesy call to let them know that i was running late (drove in the rain 30 min to get there and I was in the door exactly 15 min after my scheduled appointment time) After making a big deal of that, i was treated passive aggressively and made to wait unnecessarily, not given paperwork until 30 min later, basically punished. when finally taken back an hour later was told i could not receive a cleaning without X-rays, which i didnt want. Not fun.

I hav been receiving invisalign treatment . I made more than 3000$ payment already. And last month I started a training in different city let them know I will pay the last amount when I will be back. they were ok with that. but suddenly I saw they charged me. I dont confirm it. YOU CAN NOT CHARGE PEOPLE WHEN EVER YOU WANT. we made our deal follow your words.

Very disappointed of the last service I received. After scheduling me to take new impression for my Invisalign to order new trays (because i wasn’t satisfied with my results), they told me they would rush the order so i can get my Invisalign within a week and they would call me as soon as they receive the new trays. A week pass, a second week pass and still no phone call, so i call the lady on the friday and she couldn’t tell me why my Invisalign wasn’t there and that she would call me the following monday. No phone call again on the following monday so I call AGAIN the fourth week and the receptionist said she didnt see anything on file and put me on hold for 20 minutes !!! So I hung up pretty upset and called again the 5th weeks to finally have the answer that no tray has been ordered because i need to do a crown first ..? How come they didnt told me I needed to get a crown first and why they made me come over for another impression to order new tray if they didnt have the intention to order new ones ? And how come it took over a month to tell me this ? The lady who took my impression promised me she would rush the order so i can get my trays quick so my teeth don’t have the time to shift.. anyways, this shouldn’t happen.. and the receptionist should had found the problem the first time i called not a month and half later.. im supper upset right now

Horrible service customer service. I had a 1:30 appointment and I was there early since 12 oclock. it was 2:30 I was still waiting and everyone in there seem to be lost. I already paid my copays then my hygienist had the nerve to get the next appointment when I been waiting since 12. I was treated like a charity case. I wouldnt recommend this office to anyone. Long story short I had to reschedule my appointment although I was there super early with no logically explanation. I find that very disrespectful and unprofessional.

My moms experience here was anything but Pleasant Im specific specifically talking about the north Miami location the office is chaotic confusing the Dentures my mom received were so disproportionate they made her look like the Grinch. After fighting with the staff they finally are working on her denture

I had an ugly experience in this place, I was recommended by my partners insurance for the first time since he told me that they did good jobs, the first time a girl who spoke very kind Spanish made me an appointment for a check-up for the next month On the visit at that time and suddenly at the reception of the clinic a woman came into the conversation in an abrupt way, a woman seems to be her manager, this woman named My, because she rebuked her in English that because she took so much time with me, the He shouted in front of me, then he referred to me saying that they tell me to leave because he was not going to attend me until the following month, (which I never had a problem with giving me a later appointment) I left I returned today and the Spanish-speaking girl was still there (very nice as the first one) and next to it is Miss My this lady reprimanded him in a bad way that I delivered my documents all in a bad way, he felt that he did not like me and until now I do not understand what I did to him .Finally I look for a thousand excuses for not attending me, arguing that I called the medical insurance because it did not cover and I look for x reasons, I left the place but it bothers me because they waited for me to arrive on the same day of the appointment to say no and second it does not bother me that I was not attended to, it bothers me how this woman treated me twice, I think that to work in customer service you have to be more friendly or place her in a position without contact with the public.I do not recommend it I will never go back it made me feel very bad
