My nephews went to this office when they where kids and now my kids go to Main street Kendall office. Dr. Menendez and all the staff are absolutely amazing. My 7 yr old says YEEEESSSSS!!! when he know he is going to the dentist. Its a great feeling to know your childten are not afraid.

I have been taking my daughter to Main Street Childrens Dentistry of Kendall for the last nine years - since she was three years old. Dr. Elena Menendez is her dentist, and we are very grateful for the service provided during all these years. Dr. Menendez is very caring and professional and always takes the time to analyze and make intelligent recommendations. All the dental assistants are very amiable and patient with the kids. We met Carlos in our last visit and indeed commend him for his dedication. I always receive friendly reminders to make appointments and for upcoming meetings. Also, the office is clean and sanitized, with private rooms and spacious areas. Patients and parents do not feel crowded. I recommend Main Street Childrens Dentistry of Kendall without reservation.

This is the best office to take your children for any kind of dentistry. The doctors and medical staff are so nice with the kids and make them feel so comfortable with having uncomfortable things being done. Would absolutely recommend this office ! This was our first experience at this location with Dr. Correa, I will not be returning as she was not very patient with my child, she was very rough and did not care that she caused my son to bleed while just cleaning a few bottom teeth. I have a 4 year old and she was unprofessional. Not only did we wait over an hour to be seen, but when she did see us she was condescending. I feel bad for the dental hygienist who was doing a great job and trying to keep the children comfortable. The doctor however was terrible and we will not go back. Not a pleasant experience.

I went to see DR . Correa I had verbal discussion over my daughter’s protocol (Dental Plan ) they call it so I called before we had our appointment to talk I was told to go In and she had the same dismissive attitude! As a Parent the professional has to give off that gut assurance that everything will be fine , she doesn’t like to be asked or questioned about how we will make child more comfortable- in tooth removal and fillings her answer was that she doesn’t use cheap Anesthesia 🤷‍♀️The Bottom line , listen to your gut it takes time and work to find who clicks , this does effect your kids in the long run and hygiene is important! Won’t be going back !office staff and hygienist could not be nicer ,but they are not the ones that work on our kids ,

Dr. Menendez is so sweet, kind and gentle with my daughter. She does not fear going to the dentist or even having to get a cavity filled.

Low wait time and the hygienist was excellent with my 2 1/2 year old. The dentist was very quick but thorough and nice.

I been taking my son ever since he was 3 years old to this clinic. With Dr. Litman, she retired 3 months ago she was amazing. When I took him last month for his checkup and clean up. Dr. Correa that is there now. She’s unprofessional, did not go outside to meet me. To top it off she said my son had a cavity. I took my son to 3 different Dr’s and they did not find nothing. I called the clinic, asked to speak with the manager and the Dr. I’m still waiting for a call back. They have bad service and they don’t know what they are doing.

My oldest daughter has been going to see Dr. Litman for about 3 years. My youngest daughter started going in December 2019 after a fall that chipped her 2 front teeth. Dr. Litman examined her and assured that everything was fine. She advised to return if there was any sign of an abscess on the gum around the teeth. A year later, her tooth started showing an abscess after another fall while playing with her siblings. This time I had to make the appt with Dr. Correa in December 2020, since Dr. Litman had already retired. When i arrived for my appt, the front office did not have any record of an appt for my daughter, after i had specifically called a week earlier to move my previously scheduled appt up from the original date because i deemed it an emergency and didnt want to keep waiting to get my daughters teeth examined. Dr. Correa was very nice, but seems still very inexperienced. After going over the xrays, her only suggestion was to extract both of my 3 year olds front teeth. I asked if there were any other methods or options to deal with the infection on her tooth and she told me that the best thing to do was to get them removed since they are baby teeth and arent necessary. I was not ok with the diagnosis, but decided if i was going to get her teeth extracted then I wanted some form of sedation that they couldnt provide. Dr. Correa recommended another dentist and said they would be giving me a referral. However, they never gave me a referral at the check out desk. Since i was still unsure of getting her teeth extracted, I decided to get a second opinion. I called the office so they can send me the referral to go see another dentist and the receptionist told me she would email it to me. I called back 20 minutes later after not having received it and they insisted that they would send the referral to the Doctor they recommended. I then asked if they could send the referral to me so that I can go see another Doctor, and they continued to tell me to go see the dentist they recommended. At this point, i was furious and asked to speak to Dr. Correa. It took the Doctor almost 2 days to call me back. By then, I had already gone to see another dentist (without the referral they were holding hostage.) This dentist examined my daughter and said that extracting the teeth would not make the situation any better and there was no need to do something so drastic at the moment if the child was not going to benefit from it, especially since the teeth were still firm and she was not in any pain. She put my daughter on antibiotics for the infection and suggested to monitor the teeth with hope that they will fall out on their own in the future. Had I not gone for a second opinion, I would have unknowingly put my 3 year old through an unnecessary procedure. In my opinion, Dr. Correa still has a lot to learn and a lot more experience to gain (fortunately not at the expense of my children) I still dont understand how a pediatric dentist cannot feel any form of empathy for their patient or find other alternatives (when there ARE others) in this situation, unless its more beneficial ($$$) for the Doctor to remove the teeth than to try to save them. The only reason I have given them 2 stars is because their hygienists are amazing and very sweet.Parents, dont go along with what a Dr tells you if you dont feel comfortable about it. They arent always correct. Seek a second opinion, or a third one if need be.

Our experience from the Dental Hygenist, Lattty, to the Dentist was exceptional. Although she has only been there a few months she made my son and I feel so at ease. She was very personable, educational in present and next visit. I would highly recommend this main street dentistry to any and everyone who wants excellent service and care from front desk to dentist.

Great office and space! Fun and colorful... my 2 year old loved her visit. She got stickers and a toy from the treasure chest and it made her feel so happy and comfortable. The dentist was super nice to my daughter and so was the dental assistant. I was hesitant as it was her first trip to the dentist for an emergency matter, but everything went smoothly and she did so well because she didn’t feel scared. Thank you Main Street !

Horrible customer service and lack of patience by female staff member. Me and my son showed up for a 9:30 appointment and was told to reschedule because a inaccurate temp check of 101 on my son when we just came from outside and walking up a flight of stairs....didnt even give the option to do a proper 5-10 min temp recheck which would of showed his correct temp. Waste of my time!!!

Dr. Menendez is an excellent dentist! My son has been seeing her for 10 years. In this time she has always exuded kindness, compassion, and professionalism. She has a gentle nature and has made my son very comfortable with dentistry. I highly recommend her. The office staff, dental assistants, and environment are also great.

I have been taking our sons to Main Street Childrens dentistry for 14 years and always leave with a huge peace of mind and satisfaction that our boys are in the best hands. Dr. Littman is extremely knowledgeable in her profession and exceptional by connecting with children of all ages. Carmen (dental nurse/assistant) is a true joy that consistently throughout the years greets your children with such love in her smile and renders an extraordinary professional service to her young dental patients. I would also like to mention Julie the receptionist/secretary who is kind, diligent and detail oriented in making sure your visit is perfect! Lastly, the entire staff who names I don’t recall at the moment, I would like to recognize their professionalism and cordial approach to patients and parents. It’s always a pleasure and I wish all patients and future patients the same dental journey that our family has endured for almost a decade and a half.

We are new to Florida and getting established can sometimes be hard. Main Street Dentistry of Kendall has made the dental part of our transition a wonderful experience! They were fast, friendly and informative. My 10yr old daughter loved it there and was very comfortable. I am so glad that we chose this dental office and we look forward to going back in 6 most for a cleaning!!

Everyone in this location is beyond amazing! They really make the kids feel comfortable. I have a child that was terrified and both visits you can tell they have so much patience. They truly love what they do. They all work together. I almost cried from the happiness because they truly want the kids to enjoy going to the dentist.

I’ve taken my kids (ages 5 and 7) to the dentist twice over the past year and both times have been great experiences. From the waiting room with toys and a TV showing a children’s movie to “special treats” after the visit, the staff pays particular attention to what children need and want in order to feel good about going to the dentist. The staff is consistently kind and Dr. Menéndez spends enough time with each child to help her feel safe during check-ups.

I took my daughter for her first appointment ever and we had the best experience. She was a bit frightened to go to the dentist, but they took her fears away with patience and creativity. They are great with children !

Main Street is by far thee best dentist for kids. The staff is very nice and super sweet with kids. They made sure my daughter was very comfortable. The whole process was very fast and painless while keeping my 7 year old fears in mine. They sang to her the whole time helping her stay extra relaxed through her procedure. I have to say...We have been through some traumatic experiences with dentists. This place has been such a saving grace for my boys. The staff is incredibly patient, kind, and so gentle with kids. Been coming here for 14 years. Doctor Menedez is very sweet and loving. My son had a lot of anxiety issues when he first started coming to this practice and Dr. Menedez and her team where there to make him feel comfortable. She and her team are always very punctual and take the time needed with her patients. I hate that my son will son need to go to an adult doctor as he is already 18 years old.

My daughter went in for toothache and ended up having to have a few filings. The staff and Dr. Litman were extremely helpful and made sure they cleared all my concerns. They are very knowledgeable and make sure the kids feel comfortable and know what is going on.

The staff is great and really patient. The Doctor is very elaborate in explaining the whole procedure and referring an oral surgeon. I would highly recommend this office and its staff.

Very nice front desk and staff. My teeth were looking great within the first two months and are getting better since then. The staff are always on alert when you are hurting and very attentive to it. I was terrified of getting braces but thanks to them, it’s been an excellent experience.

I must say I was very apprehensive about going to the dentist with my 2 year old son. I thought it would horrible for him because I did not know how they would get him to comply with the cleaning process and especially since he gives me a hard time to brush his teeth at home. However, they were so wonderful! They were patient and caring. When he was tired and had enough- they used alternative methods like singing ABC, counting and rewarding his good behavior with stickers. This was my first visit and I will definitely go back in 6mths.

I have been going to Main Street Childrens Dentistry of Kendall ever since I can remember. The service that I received when I was a child was great. They were extremely patient with me. I used to hate the dentist and cry every time I went. I was honestly a hard patent. I am now 15 and honestly dont mind the dentist. I am no longer a hard patient, I go in get my mouth cleaned ,am polite and than I leave a happy client...until now. I recently had an appointment with Dr.Menendes and was taken care of by Herazmo. I was disappointed by the doctors lac of bed side manners and the lac of respect both of them gave me. I am not a high maintenance client and by the end of my appointment I decided to change my dentist. I will not pay for poor service nor will I pay to be disrespected. The only reason I gave them 3 stars was because they cleaned my teeth and because of how well they treated me when I was a child. I contemplated whether or not I should write this, but I felt like you parents should see the point of view of the child. Most of the comments on here are from the point of view of the parents service. You can take what you want from this but I will not be returning to this dentist.

My 14 year old has been coming here since he was 2. They are very professional and accommodating. They try to schedule your appts according to the school calendar to minimize being absent. The techs are patient and helpful and do their best to make kids feel comfortable. Dr. Litman takes her time with each child and has a calm demeanor. She always makes conversation individual to each child based on school, movies, hobbies, etc.

I think I can only remember once when the staff was subpar from their usual above and beyond service which is probably great anywhere else. The office is very well kept and children friendly. Horrible place I dont recommend it at all. The staff is super rude especially the manager there has a nasty attitude, the woman dentist really doesnt seem to be good with kids, she has no patience and no manners every time she comes to the room she is simply rude and doesnt seem like she wants to talk and be supportive/helpful like how she should during the process that they usually do with the kids (x rays and cleaning) This was all truly disappointing because I thought that i was going to like this place.

My family has been coming here for years!! 16 to be exact. The BIGGEST and my ONLY complaint is that they have grown so much it can be busy. But what should I expect? Whenever I refer anyone there or someone comes, they wont leave. Heres why... The office staff is very friendly and accomodating, I have NEVER felt that my kids were unsafe there, the atmosphere is open (literally) and welcoming to children....lots of color decor and every chair has an overhead t.v. playing a kid friendly movie that they can see while getting services, My childrens dentist knows them by name and case, and does not rush through them and answers all my questions( Im not telling her name cuz....well... Im selfish 🤷🏾‍♀️), and the most IMPORTANT to me....Parents are welcomed... even asked to be with their children
