The dental hygienist, Maggie B was so kind and welcoming. She was extremely knowledgeable with her (over 30 years experience) and took her time to ensure I was understanding everything she was trying to teach me to do in regards to my dental hygiene. Thankful to be in the hands of someone to passionate about what they do!

I give five stars for Maggie B. hygienist she is the best! You really can tell she has a passion for what she does. She educates and gives you knowledge on your teeth/gums. Definitely highly recommend her!

I am so happy I was referred to Dental Center of Kendall. Im not a huge fan of dental visits but Dr. De Lima and the office staff are amazing. Theyre helpful and friendly and make you feel very comfortable. My hygienist, Heather did great work and bedside manners were on point. Rosie, the office manager is amazing! I definitely do not regret switching to this dental office and I highly recommend.

This is one of the most expensive dentist with the worst customer service ever. I paid in advanced the treatment for my wife and I and every time my wife had an appointment she waited more than 2 hrs to be attended by Dr De Lima even when she arrived 15 or 20mins early. In her last appointment she arrived 10mins late and the staff told her in a rude way that she have arrived late and the hygienist have left the office, really? For 10mins? She called for the manager but she never showed her face to extend a complaint, her name of this “manager” is Rosallyn Seupersad. Obviously we decided to change the dentist provider. So if you pay in advanced be prepared to receive the worst service ever!

I went for my regular dental cleaning 6 months ago and was charged extra for mouth debridement and irrigations with chlorhexidine (each quadrant $25- I later found out that a whole bottle costs only $10) which is not covered by my dental insurance. Today I was called to reschedule my next dental cleaning and I asked specifically to get my regular dental cleaning covered by my insurance and when I refused the extra mouth debridement I was denied an appointment. I heard from other customers the same issue. It appears it is their way to increase their revenue. When I asked to speak with my dentist to override this, they told me its not possible. I have had dentists all my life and this never happened to me. I am changing dentists...

Ive been going to this Dental center Since 2006 and they are very professional ,They had the office on the 10th floor at the Baptist hospital in Kendall drive , now they moved to a brand new facilities which is on the first floor of a brand new building near by, is beautiful and with plenty of rooms but they are same professional people they do a very good work Very friendly and very professional

It’s a pleasure to go to the dentist and the best dentists and dental hygienist along with assistants are so friendly as are all receptionists. Both: Dr. Alexandre Ribeiro & Lina Aguilar are the best of the best; very friendly, soft, super knowledgeable and polite, explaining everything in detail. I’m very satisfied with my results (I got a dental implant recently and a general very comprehensive exam with a correction of a couple of problems (some cavities and an additional crown, mostly for cosmetic purposes) and for sure, this has been a very positive and tremendous experience for me over this espectacular dental care center at Baptist Health. The hands of Dr. Aguilar makes her looks like an angel. Thanks a lot for this outstanding services. I think that, everything coming form Baptist Health is the best.

I can only say that this Dental Center at Baptist was a great experience. From my first phone call setting up my emergency appointment due to pain They saw me withing an hour of my call. Awesome!! Dr. Aguilar, very sweet and professional. Oral surgeon Dr. Hew was amazing as sweet and professional too. I totally recommend this Dental Center. They are GREAT!!

My wife and I go to Dental Center for our dental check ups and our Dental Cleaning.Our Dentist is Dr Sosa and she is wonderful while she attends to your dental needs. She is very professional and she has very good bedside manner. While she is working on your dental procedure , you do not feel a thing!! She is a wonderful Dentist.Also, our Dental Hygienist, Mayte performs your dental cleaning with a magic touch. She has a soft touch approach on the cleaning of your teeth and along the way she informs you as to the condition of your mouth and what you can do to improve on your next visit. She gives you a cleaning dental kit after your visit to take home. She is a professional with a courteous manner in making your visit the most pleasant.

Horrible practice. The only thing good about here is Dr. De Lima. The staff is super lackadaisical. They do not try to help. Their lines are CLOSED before 8am but they insist they are open. They do not call patients to remind them of appointments nor do they call you to let you know they can’t see you anymore if you’re running late. Charges are not explained to you beforehand so you’re left standing there expecting to make a payment you never knew about. The front office is completely clueless. I got recommended here and it was the worst decision.

I am currently sitting in one of the dental chairs waiting for someone to come back and googling other dentists near me. My appointment was at 6:30, I showed up 10 minutes early just in case I needed to fill paper work out. I wasn’t called back until 7:45. I waited an hour and 15 minutes past my appointment. Then I was take back for X-rays FINALLY. The tech took them within 10-15 and said the dentist will be with you shortly. That was 26 minutes ago. I’m not sure what’s going on, maybe they forgot about me. They aren’t rude or nice, I feel like they are just getting people in and pushing people out. No compassion and clearly no hurry to get patients taken care of. If I could rate zero stars I would. Do not waste your time here.

I accidentally chipped my tooth and was very uncomfortable. I was so was pleased and thankful that my dentist could accommodate me into her busy schedule without an appointment. Once my dentist bonded my tooth, I felt so relieved. The staff is always very courteous and professional. I appreciate the care and understanding that was given to me. I have been a patient for many years and I would definitely recommend this facility for your dental needs.

I have Delta Dental ppo high and i went here to have an extraction of tooth number five, goes over to the specialist in Cutlerbay they never can extract your tooth, therefore they sent me to their other office in Kendall at Baptist Hospital and they wanted me to pay them $300 to remove tooth #5 I found another dentist and with my insurance i paid $95.50 . Towncare dental is a big rip off so make sure you check around about the prices they tell you they using your insurance but they making their own prices .Also if you in pain and dont have all the money they do not care, they walks out the room knowing they over charging their patients , if you do not have all the money they not helping you! Giving all thanks to Silver Palms Dentistry, for not over charging me and my insurance, keep up the excellent work and thanks for being honest “!!!

This was my first visit to the center, from the assistant ladies to Dr Friedman, I had nothing but good care and professional information...I thank them very much.

I had a VERY positive experience at this center. This is the FOURTH dental professional I saw re the pain in my mouth and Dr. Aguilar is the ONLY one with did a thorough investigation and determined the reasons. The scheduler and the person at the front desk were pleasant, and her assistant was very patient and compassionate. The only reason I wouldn’t give a 5 is because of the wait time. Although it wasn’t the worst, it could have been better.

Dr. Mauricio Ramirez gave me the single best dental block I have ever had in my life, and I have had quite a few.

Im normally not a fan of going to the dentist, but after coming for my first visit to this practice (first in YEARS) I can see why all of my friends have been recommending them! Ive had 2 visits since (deep teeth cleaning and a teeth whitening) and have another 2 visits to go (cavity filling and wisdom teeth removal). Very friendly, patient, and easy to make appointments.My husband needed an emergency root canal and went somewhere else, that place made him wait 4 HOURS before telling him he needed a root canal (which he already knew he needed and had told them) and that they dont do them there. I called Dental Center at Baptist and they scheduled him for 10am the next morning. Easy as cake.We both have always hated going to the dentist and now we actually dont mind at all.

Went in today to fill in 3 cavities Dr. Aguilera was amazing. Procedure was completely painless compare to other locations I been to in the pass that made me think twice before going to dentist I will come here again any time. Extremely happy with how it went thanks Dr. Aguilera

This is a one stop shop for all your dental needs. The staff is professional and friendly. The facility is clean, state of the art and organized. The only area for improvement is with childrens dentistry. They only have dedicated days and specific personnel, so getting an appointment is difficult and then they over book so you end up waiting for a long time. Find a pediatric dentist for the kids.

Dr. Ribeiro, the periodontist is an excellent doctor but not only that, he is a caring doctor too.

Staff was great and the Dentist was awesome. All kind and compassionate. I felt very comfortable with the dentist service and knowledge. I had absolutely no pain and could not think of anything else that needed improvement. I had a great experience and will recommend to family and friends.🤗

Excellent Dental location that fits in with all my other medical services at both Baptist Hospital buildings and Miami Cancer Institute, on same site.The dental staff were professional and helpful. My visit with dentist, Dr. M Ramirez, was most supportive, pleasant and walked me through my dental concerns and,Most of all, honest advise and chat over dental services not required. When in the past with other dentist, they just did the work that was not necessary.

My mom has stage 4 cancer and she needed to have dental work done before she can continue her cancer treatment as ordered by her oncologist. The team here has made everything incredibly easy with scheduling and actually getting the work done in a very short amount of time due to the urgency of her illness. Everyone has gone out of their way to make my mother feel comfortable and welcome. They are a team of true professionals and Dr. Lina Aguilar is an ace.

Dr Manzur is the best dentist I have ever found! I drive an hour to see her because there is no one better. I’ve seen her since she first became a dentist. (15-20 years?! 😳) I’ve gone other places because of moves/changes in insurance but will not again! She is always looking out for her client and does what’s best for you. The office is super nice too! 😊😊

I have been under Dr. Nancy Sosas care for over 5 years. The staff, assistants and doctors all have a kind and professional demeanor and are on the same page. I am always greeted with a smile when I arrive! The patient rooms are always clean and the front desk stays organized and presentable. If there is a co payment required for any dental work, I am notified in advance before anything is done, not leaving room for any surprises Ive experienced in other dental offices. I have been coming to Dental center for over Twenty-five years since the time that I had started working for Baptist Hospital. I had done Regular maintenance to Surgery with the Great professional from the Doctor, Technical association experts and the receptionist near the counter doing the follow up appointments treatment for my preexistente condition for the future date.

The entire staff is consistently welcoming and professional. Dr. De Lima is extremely knowledgeable in her profession. She is emphatic & compassionate towards her patients. I am always pleased and leave with a sense of comfort that I am in good hands. Their Hygenist Regina is extremely kind. She cares about her patients and is very thorough and detailed in her work. My visits to this dental office have always been a pleasure.

The dentist and support staff are very good. However, the administration is a nightmare. They charged me $36.00 for a half a minute instructions. The manager or insurance person does not get back to you. I have been waiting over a month for a calculation of what my peridontal bill would be before I go. They keep making excuses or dont get back to me. They are a state of the art practice with horrible administrators. I will go elsewhere!!!!

Everyone in the office is very friendly and my dentist Dr. De Lima is great but the best person is Mayte. Mayte is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. Dr. Manzur is an excellent dentist. I am a RDH and I take my mom there for her dental care. She does amazing work and also has the best bedside manners. A true professional!

Not great. The staff is friendly however the wait is really not professional at all. First visit I came for a consultation only and waited 2 hours (10 min of which were actually spent with the Dentist/staff). Next visit had another consultation this time with the oral surgeon. Same thing, waited an hour and a half then finally got taken back and saw the surgeon for 10 min total. I work evenings so my morning time is very valuable. Honestly if I didnt feel like going through the hassle I would just go elsewhere. :(

If I could give zero stars I would, I was a patient there and was told that I had cavities and that I needed deep cleaning on both upper and bottom of my mouth, of course even after insurance this would cost me almost $2,000 out of pocket, well I did one side of my mouth and the hygienist butchered my mouth so I did not go back and decided to go to another dentist. Come to find out I don’t have cavities at all and don’t need that deep cleaning that would cost me so much, they deceived me so I would spend that money in their office. Now come to find out they’ve done this to other patients. Horrible Horrible Horrible!! I should report them..

Ingrid is the best hygenist Ive ever had. She truly cares about her patients being pain free and wants to impart knowledge. She has literally helped save my teeth, this saving me embarrassment and thousands of dollars in implants. Amy at the front desk is wonderful. Since I can remember, I have been terrified of needles. When I came in for my 4 Wisdom teeth extraction, I was super nervous, everyone that took care me was super nice, Doctor Joseph was amazing, he assured me I would not feel a thing, that it would be a happy dream those are the last word I heard and then I was out, opened my eyes and the procedure was done, I couldnt be more satisfied! This clinic is the best! Highly Recommended!

I feel like this practice tried to scam me. I believe the dentist (I saw Dr. Aguilar) over-ordered procedures and treatments that were not necessary for my mouth. With my insurance, my cleaning would have been over $100 out of pocket. The dentist ordered a full mouth debridement, gingival irrigation, and a medicated periodontal rinse. She also identified a couple of cavities and advised that I get three fillings replaced. The procedures on the treatment plan were not explained to me, and no reason was given for all of the gum treatment.I went to another dentist for a second opinion a few days later. The other dentist ordered a regular cleaning, found no cavities, and advised my gums are healthy. I will never return to the Dental Center at Baptist and will advise friends to avoid it.

Worst decision I have made. I took my mother to have dentures done here since she is diabetic and her teeth needed some attention. They tell you about payment plans and financing but none of it was available to us. Also, they dont start service unless the bill is paid. When you go for adjustments on the dentures, which is highly recommended by the doctors and assistants so you get the work you paid for, you have to wait up to an hour to be seen even with an appointment...more than a year later my mother is left with a denture thats far from acceptable and a credit card to pay still.
