My daughter gave me a groupon for 1 hr deep tissue massage here, Ive never heard of this place before but I am so glad I did. The place is very hard to find I was lost for almost 10 minutes but I called and the receptionist gave me very good instructions. The place is very clean and big. My masseuse was Colby, and I have to say without a doubt that it was one of the best massages Ive ever received. Colby is very professional and he knew which spots to hit at the right pressure. Definitely will be coming back again.

Envy Body is a hidden jewel in Kendall. It is a small place that offers many different treatments. My facial was fantastic. Joann has excellent hands and is very knowledgeable and caring. She offered great advice without trying to sell you a cream or another service. She was very caring and professional. I will definitely come back.

I purchased a groupon for 1 hour massage, it was incredibly relaxing. The location was hard to find, as it is tucked away upstairs. I had to fill out a medical history form so go 10 minutes in advance of your appointment. Great service and very clean place. It was worth the price.

Absolutely perfect experience from the moment I called to schedule! Friendly, professional service from entire staff! Now the massage was out of this world! Im a Reiki Master by profession, who basically needs my entire body for work with for over 60 clients a month! Did not realize just how badly I needed it until her magic hands worked me! I just had a facial done by Johana that was better than the facials I’ve had at some luxury spas in Miami.

Its my 2nd time here and I kinda Of regret buying a package of massage for my bday. First reception guy wasnt wearing a mask at all and my massage was 30 min late by the time I got in the room and settled in for masseuse. As a single mother of twins with limited babysitter time is EVERYTHING! If I rescheduled or canceled I wouldve lost my money cause its not within the proper time to cancel and reschedule they didnt have anything available until end of June. Im so upset sitting here waiting and the fact that I just paid for a massage pack of 5 for $235 with $20 bday discount is upsetting. I wouldve never purchased this package if I knew my second time coming to this facility was going to be like this. I masseuse is nice but the way the business is run I dont recommend it. Not on time or professional. Im not going to be able to relax and enjoy it cause Im worried about my babysitter needing to leave and blowing up my phone. This is the ultimate disrespect of other people time. If I came in late they wouldnt wait for me and If they still went ahead with massage theyll cut it short. Plus the fact I cant cancel or reschedule without being penalized due to their f$&% up is so messed up. I even asked the the owner when she came out about rescheduling and her response was Im going to see you now. I wish I could just get my money back.Update after the massage I got my money back for the new package I had bought before the whole DELAYED happened. I’m so happy I did cause they really made my big 40th bday experience bad. As a new mom with twins punctuality is super important to me due to my babysitting situation. I know things happen even with me where I end up late some where due to rain or the kids had a bathroom accident or whatever but the other person shouldn’t be affected by it. In this case due to other clients being late I shouldn’t had been the one suffering the consequences it should’ve been them by their appointment being cut short. It’s too bad cause I liked that it was close to my home and the masseuse which is the owner is great at giving massages.

I’m going to preface this by saying that I got a Groupon for three chemical peels to this spa for $95. The spa is not in a great location and there’s no restroom, have to use the public one that the whole building and all the offices use. Not their fault, let’s move on. Upon arriving for the service, the aesthetician immediately tried to either up charge me or tell me I should get a regular facial first before the peels. So she tried to reschedule me, with no consideration that I’d JUST driven there, and this is something they could have shared with me by phone or email prior to my appt. we’d communicated through email and phone so it’s something they should have said. I politely declined and asked for the first service. I asked her what would happen if I didn’t get a facial before a peel and she said and I quote “you just won’t see all the results you want as effectively.” I said ok, I’ll get one before the second and third peel but I’m already here so let’s do the first. And as she’s talking to me while doing my peel, she’s giving me instructions for care and she’s saying “if your skin can’t take it or you break out let us know and we’ll exchange the remaining two treatments for something else.” So, I haven’t had an acne breakouts or rash or anything weird of the sort in my face in over a year and a half. But this peel did make me breakout in a severe rash (not their fault of course). So I called them (never answer btw) and then I emailed them. I let them know the first treatment gave me a rash and could we exchange the other two peels for something else. Now they replied to me letting me know that not getting a facial before the peels was to blame for my breakout (remember this is not what they told me when I went.) so I mentioned to them that I noticed they had a Groupon for a facial for 45 bucks and could they just exchange my two remaining new peels (which is $60) for one facial. At this point they started telling me how they don’t receive anything from Groupon and they only got like 45 bucks for my peels (which sucks but it’s not my fault, if they don’t like Groupon then don’t use it) and that they wouldn’t do that and that I would have to pay $74 difference for a facial. Now keep in mind, that this is a customer who had a reaction and this is what they’re saying to me. Rather than trying to work with me. As a business owner myself there’s quite a few routes I would have taken before I said that to a client. Anyway, do I recommend them? No, no I do not. Luckily, Groupon did work with me and refunded me. Guys, be careful here.

Every time I go here I have the best experience. I’ve had a deep tissue massage with Colby & Johana both fantastic! They’re attentive to problem areas, knowledgeable, and make you feel comfortable. They tell you stretches and stuff to do at home to help alleviate pain! The environment is quiet, quaint & cute! 1000% recommended to everyone !

Unfortunately, our experience was not pleasant. What was to be a relaxing and enjoyable day, turned out to be an agitating experience. I organized a spa day for my mother and I, and it was everything but relaxing. I paid for a deep tissue massage and we mostly got a rub down or an elbow/thumb jabbed in our bodies. The waiting room was right outside the room and you can hear all the conversations and phones ringing, which was not relaxing at all. Johana, which was the person who did my facial, was the one who massaged my knots out of my upper back after I had gotten the Deep Tissue massage which took time from my facial. Nothing was done to compensate the issues in hand. I would not go back to this place.

Johana is absolutely the best therapist Ive been to. She knows what muscles need more focus and exactly how to treat them. I recommend to anyone thats looking to improve their bodys ability to perform through deep tissue, sports massage, etc.

Situated in a block of offices. Very nice staff and quiet place. I had a seized upper left back and shoulder. Melanajia took care of it all with a VERY deep tissue massage which left me nice and loose. Am definitely coming again.
