Myself and several of my family members go to Dr.Fornaris dental office and we all love it. I had been so scared to the dentist for most of life but Dr. Fornaris and his amazing staff had made me loose all fear and now I can even say I enjoy going to the dentist. I’ve done everything from fillings, cleanings, implant and every procedure has been nothing short of painless, comfortable and professional. I love all the ladies that work in this office. I was referred by a friend who is a long term patient at this dentist office and now I see why, I was impressed by how pleasant everyone was and the technology they have also the fact that every one had a smile on. The Doctor took the time to explain the procedure and timeline and the cost was very competitive.Yesterday 9/18/2020 I had an appointment for a cleaning and it was an excellent experience just like any other prior visits, Elizabeth was very professional and pleasant she kept checking with me to make sure i was fine also the staff makes you feel very save because they follow all the regulations to protect patients from Covid 19Yesterday was another successful visit to my Dentist Dr Fornaris I should be ending the implant process by Nov 18th very thankful for all they do.1/27/2021 just has a cleaning appointment and as always on time and very satisfied with the results. A+ on customer service07/28/2021 another cleaning appointment and as always very satisfied10/7/2021 Due to an upcoming knee surgery next week It was recommended at the last minute that I needed to get clearance from my dentist and it only took a phone call to this great institution to go out of their way to accommodate my needs, as always everyone was very professional and pleasant starting with the staff, the Doctor and his wife who are always friendly and finally the dental higenist who gave me a great teeth cleaning and set me up to smile with confidence.

My experience with Miami Implant & Family Dentist is the best. At the moment they are doing an implant and I was telling Dr. Fornaris that may God bless his hands, I have not experienced any pain neither discomfort, he is the best. Also you get the best treatment and customer service by his staff. I highly recommend them. They are # 1.

I have been going to Fornaris for a long time and I’m very happy with everyone there. Recently I started taking my kids there too. But The change from pediatric dentistry to adult dentistry was a little rough. They did not like the change. Until my daughter got her cleaning done by Lisa. Now she only wants her cleaning done by her. She was so sweet and careful. She loved her. She already told her brother to make sure to see Lisa. Thank you.

I have been seeing Dr. Fornaris for over 1 year. Hes done some fillings, and Orthodontic work (Clear Correct). Hes very knowledgeable and his staff is very friendly. So why am I giving him 3 stars, you ask? Because the wait time is ridiculous! Its now 4:52pm, and I am still waiting to be seen for my 4:00 appointment. Ive never come here and not waited, and waited, and waited some more. There is no excuse for making people wait this long. Ive seen other dentists and have not had this experience. Id hope they improve this, so I can give them 5 stars.

I cant not say enough great things about this office and Dr.Fornaris. I know a lot of people are like me and are very scared to go to the dentist because lets face it its deff not the funnest place to go to, but Dr.Fornaris office is more than a dental office from the moment you walk in you feel the difference from other offices. they have the best front desk staff that treat you like family and always give you a warm welcome and when it comes to Dr.Fornaris he is AMAZING!! he uses the most up to date dental technology and his experience/knowledge is out of this world. I have done an implant and top veneers and my teeth have never looked so perfect I look/feel like a celebrity lol. As far as my implant, I was terrified about getting it and it was so painless and the recovery was a breeze deff 10x better than what I expected. they also have this cool machine called the ct scan which not many offices have it and they were charging me over $400! at another office to get it done and I got it done at Dr.Fornaris for FREE! deff check this place out you wont regret it at all.

It has been a wonderful experience, the staff is very professional, caring, and empathetic to my fears and concerns, my insurance was accepted. My experience was pain free, best Dr applying anesthetic, they have a lanap laser for periodontal disease. I had the lanap procedure and was amazed to see the improvement, my gums restored and my tooth mobility strengthen. Truly an incredible advancement in dentistry. Painless, quick, staff followed up with me to see how I was feeling. Office has latest technology, clean, great positive energy. I recommend the office and specially Dr Fornaris gentle hands and caring of his patietns.
