Just had my first appointment. Everyone from the young lady that made my appointment to the young man at the front desk where VERY NICE! Polite professional in every way! The dental assistant was a knowledgeable professional that explained step by step what she was doing. And lets not leave out the Dentist also a very professional Lady that knows what she is doing!!! Would recommend to everyone! Oh and Im bringing my daughter on Monday.

The attendants are rude, short-tempered, loud and arrogant. In short, quite ignorant, they act like they are doing you a favor by simply talking to you. However I found a true gem in Dr. Pena, she and her direct staff are true professionals, polite, respectful and dedicated to provide the best service to their patients, if I could give her 10 stars I would. It is a pity that so great a doctor works in so lowly an environment, but not everything is perfect in life. I highly recommend *her*

I read some of the previous posts and went expecting the worst. I normally don’t post my reviews but this time I felt it was needed.I took my 90 year old mother in for some dental work and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff was extremely polite and professional, the Doctors where great! Goes to show you can’t just go by the bad reviews of unhappy customers.

Made an appointment for a filling and they were quick to schedule me. Waiting time was like any other location. They are busy so that was a good sign. Staff and Drs were friendly and professional. Read reviews about the wait times, but at any busy clinic, dental or medical, there will always be a wait...

The nurses,The dentist, and orthodontist are super nice i love it when I come here I’m 13 and I don’t hate the dentist thanks to them I’m getting my braces soon and I know they’ll do a great job ❤️❤️

Went there 5 different times and I now have severe throbbing pain in 3 of my fillings. The wait is always about an hour longer than your appointment time. They rush during your procedure and dont take the time to carefully examine you. In one day, they accidentally numbed the wrong side of my mouth, worked so fast that it hurt even after using anesthesia, and walked away from the procedure to speak to a friend and his baby that came to visit. Most of the doctors and the manager speak about personal, non work related matters and occasionally shout out to each other. This dentist is extremely unprofessional both in their behaviors and the work. I highly recommend you see any other dentist.

Do not come here unless you have lots of time to waste. Im currently in their waiting room for 2 hours and have had nothing done. It looks like there is a lot of staff but no one is working. They are very unprofessional, hanging around and using their phones. Wait time is HORRIBLE! I would suggest going somewhere else

This place is a bad option if you have a life to live. The staff is extremely unpolite, the service is horrible, and the waiting hours are long. My family and I were waiting for service for over 2 hours and when my kids finally got attended the lady was in a full on conversation with her co-workers about unrelated topics and constantly checking her phone. This place is a waste of time andI don’t recomend it at all.

HORRIBLE!!!! I waited TWO HOURS for them to only do an xray and No cleaning because they said I have to get it approved by my insurance first. Werent they supposed to do that before?! Then they sent me on my way and said Id have to come back another day. NEVER GOING BACK!

Today I had a bad experience ... because in the last appoinment my child had, he scheduled an appointment for me on a Saturday ... which appointment does not affect my son during school hours but personally it does with my work .. .and I saw it as disrespectful because I was at the place at 9:10 and they never even opened a call the day before to confirm the appointment ... or check the date ... the staff who are at the front desk must to take responsibility when giving medical appoinment because here letting go to work is not a game ... it is money lost and tpo ...

Orthodontics does not follow the protocols established by Covid-19.They make you wait in the car, then they call you to come in, they are supposed to be ready for the doctor to attend you, but when they enter they send you to a waiting room with other people.Supposedly only the patient enters, they tell you, but they do not apply it.Upon entering, they do not take your temperature, they do not sanitize your hands or send you to wash them.The attending physician only wears a normal mask.
