I don’t recommend This place. The staff was insulting. The lady that did my cleaning hurt my gun so much. Doctor Javier is not professional. It didn’t take the time to listen to my concern and what I want to do with my teeth. Don’t waste your money here.

Dr. Javier Andrade is always on the cutting edge of dentistry, oral health, oral disease prevention & now another star on his crown....patient & worker safety. He is a luminary & his office is efficient, safe & effective. I love his very ethical treatment of his patients & staff.Every area of service from the front desk to the treatment areas are spotless & his staff constantly check to ensure we are all practicing proper infection control to keep ALL of us safe.If I forget something, they very lovingly & patiently remind me of what to do. I have no fears or pain when I visit his office....because I know we are all on the same winning team. He uses great software which reminds me of my appointments, so I don’t miss a beat! I feel very blessed to have found him...

The office is modern, clean and comfortable. The Dental assistant was gentle when taking my new patient x rays. The doctor was polite and informative. It was great to have the intra-oral camera and be able to see the fillings that Im in need on the TV.

Very expensive, they are more focused on make spent more money on implants than helping people with their dental problems . I went there and they told me that I was going to need implants and started to offered me financing options and all that . So I walked out and I went to another Dentist and the diagnostic was way!!!! Different. They were able to treat me and save my molars 🦷 with root canal . Also my wife spent more than 10k on implants with them and they got loose so my wife called them for emergency and they ignored her and ask her to wait two days to get help . That was the most disappointing and upsetting part of all , because when she was paying so much money they were friendly but now whe she need them the most they just didn’t care . Run away !!!!!!! Also the guy called few hours later and told me my review was Nasty!!!!! . I’m sorry but I have the right to express my thoughts and my wife was in pain and in need of you and as a health professional you didn’t even care o talked to her

Visits to the dentist always has been a nightmare for me but Dr. Javier Andrade along with his staff offers an excellent level of professionalism and dentistry service, his staff is always willing to help you in everything you need. I was attended by Leticia for my regular cleaning, unbeatable care with a lot of patience, good sense of humor and empathy, she was always communicating me all procedures she was doing during my visit and also provided me feedback about improvements in my personal care at home.

The best experience I have ever had in a dentist office. From the front desk to the dentist chair everyone was nice and you can tell they like working there. Since my dentist retired 10 years ago I have been looking for the right one. I finally found the dentist I am going to stay with.I went in to get a crown fixed, that another dentist did terribly. They have the machine to do the crown in the office, no waiting!!! My new crown is perfect.I saw Dr. Andrade and Dr. Viego they were both wonderful. I will be going to this office from now one.

I arrive seven minutes late to my appointment (I thought it was at 8:30, it was for 8:15) I was then left to wait 45 minutes because the person who was scheduled after me was taken in before. Appointment times should be respected. If I was at 815, and the following person at 830, I should have been afforded those 15 minutes.

This is a good office for dental maintenance. The doctor and staff are great, however I dont recommend getting invisalign. Save your time and money. Something that was supposed to take a year or so turned out to need more time and at the end, my jaw bite changed, my teeth are still not fully straight and the invisalign treatment reached its limit and the doctor referred me to his associate to get bracetts? After spending $5k, and the time invested, I expected to have the outcome that was projected. My advice, do your research before getting into expensive treatments.

As a new patient my experience was beyond my expectations. Very well trained staff super friendly and welcoming. The office is very nicely appointed with the latest technology nice pleasant and soothing music. The chairs have massaging programs you can choose from and Nina the dental hygienist has great hands and is very commited to delivering an amazing experience. TWO THUMBS UP. If you are looking for a sound professional dentist look no further Dr Javier Andrade is certainly among the best.

I requested an appointment because i was in pain and needed to remove a molar and the did x rays and then they took me to an office and gave me a usd 17800.00 proposal to fix my mouth and i left with my pain and no solution. I am going to Colombia to get my teeth fixed for less than a third of the cost here. Buy the way just to remove a molar , he charges usd320.

Everything was perfect. No pain at all and no waiting time for me and my wife... i´ll definitely come back

The service was amazing, I was very impressed about the knowledge of the team that works with Dr Andrade very friendly and they help me from the start until the end of my precidured.

Dr. Andrade and his staff are professional and very efficient. Their office has state of the art equipment, and he uses laser technology to minimize invasive treatments and pain. I went to him after being given an extensive and very expensive treatment plan by another dentist. During my visit Dr. Andrade reassured me that he could implement a much more gentle approach than my previous diagnosis, which I was thrilled to hear. My treatment was painless and I have had no issues since. It was also much more cost efficient. I am very happy with Dr. Andrade and his practice. I highly recommend it!

Great facility but the service was less than expected. I was referred here and the dentist was very thorough in explaining my xrays and the dental work i needed but afterwards i was placed in a room and told someone would come discuss insurance coverage but no one ever came. So after exactly 30 minutes of waiting in a room away from everyone, I left disappointed without a desire to make an appointment because no one felt apologetic for forgetting about me. However they did tell me finally after the 30 mins that my insurance covers all of the proposed dental work which took all of 15 seconds to say.

The higienist was awesome. She was caring, patient and very gentle. She communicated with me during the entire cleaning process and asked frequently if I was doing ok.Dr. Andrade came in for a check-up. He was quick, did not go over the X-rays with me. He just confirmed I needed a root canal and gave me a quick explanation of what he would proceed.I felt my business or having me as a client made no difference to him. No feeling of appreciation came through and to me that is crucial in the health business. You want to feel valued as a customer regardless of your condition or status.

I highly recommend Dr. Andrade and his outstanding staff. He actually explained my dental x-rays to me in such thorough detail and I have to admit I was very impressed! He is not only highly competent and honest dentist but also empathetically aware of his patient’s comfort during procedures. The entire staff is beyond wonderful. Everyone makes you feel as if you are their priority. Dr. Andrade is one of the BEST dentists I have seen. I visited his dental clinic for three years when I lived in Miami, and I was amazed by the well equipped and super advanced dental facilities. The staff and personnel are very friendly, patient, and the cleaning technician is detail oriented. What is most impressive and makes me write this review after I left Miami and moved to Gainesville is the exception skill and dedication to professionalism Dr. Andrade has demonstrated. The dental doctors and MD students at UF, when they checked my teeth yesterday, could not help compliment the crown that Dr. Andrade made for me on the front. These dental students cannot recognize it is a crown by visual inspection and they were impressed by how well Dr. Andrade matched the color. I appreciate so much and feel lucky to have such a great dentist in Miami!

I have been a patient for over 5 every time I go, Dr. Andrade and his staff exceed expectations. Dr. Andrade is characterized by his proffesionalism and work ethic. Excellent office with high end technology, with an even better group of proffesionals (staff) working side to side with Dr. Andrade. Highly recommended!

My husband came to Dr. Andrade for 2 cavities 2 diffrent times and ended up worse with sensibility to both teeth. Unfortunately, when he did have to come back Dr. Andrade looked upset he had to redo the filling for the cavity. At this point this still didnt solve my issues and the sensibility to his teeth has gotten worse. His office staff is truly great but Im not sure he would be my prime choice for dental procedures.

The truth is all the staff is very nice, 10/10 customer service, the best experience was with Leticia very friendly and professional. The only thing I do not think is right is to have the syringe with the medicine in my mouth to tell you that the price is 55 dollars and when you ask if you can access your X-rays you have to cancel an additional 35 dollars. Initially when I made the appointment I said that I only wanted a quote for a veneer and they informed me that I still had to cancel the 90 dollars because that was consultation and x-rays and the cleaning was practically a gift for the offer today when I ask for the x-rays they tell me that I have to Cancel 35 because with the offer cancel the cleaning and consultation and the x-rays are free.

The best service, great team, super professionals and responsible. I just finished my Invisalign treatment and choosing them for this process was one of the best decisions of my life.100% recommended.
