I paid credit 360 in full last July. The only thing they removed from July to now is a sprint bill. I had to pay $100 additional for that. Now the sprint is back on my credit report. I called them & someone said I would get a call back. I received nothing. Then because the credit bureaus haven’t sent my reports. I was told to sign up for credit monitoring thru them. I’m wasting money doing that too. This is by far the worst credit company ever.

I was hesitant to try this but, I gave it a try. I made my first half payment back in may. I understand we are in an unpresedentant time and mail Is delayed, but its hard to see people getting great results except me. I call every .month and I get the same robotic story and they give me a time frame and nothing. They resent my information to the credit bureau 3x and have not received any response how is this possible? I need answers was it really sent the first time the second time the third time? I have never written a review before but this i had to do.

I did decide to sign-up. I was given an online portal that I could log in to and see my account on a daily basis. After the first 45 days my credit score has gone up by 70 points.
