Dr. Ryan Brady’s treatment has been truly life-changing. I was referred to Miami Spine and Posture Clinic after suffering a lower back injury. My physical therapist mentioned that my upper cervical may be misaligned, contributing to lower back pain. I must admit, I was skeptical at first, but I had been following conventional treatments with very poor results. So I made the decision to try it. Immediately after my first adjustment I noticed a whole host of health improvements. Such as increased mental clarity, greatly improved breathing, and my hyper sensitivity to light and dry eyes simply vanished, along with other symptoms I had been struggling with for many years. I couldn’t believe the immediate and dramatic improvements in my health, sense of well-being, and quality of life. Also, my back pain was gone within a couple of weeks. Dr. Ryan Brady is sincerely concerned about the health of his patients. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely careful with his adjustments. Also, customer service is great, the staff is very friendly and inviting. If you have back/neck pain, or your posture is less than ideal, I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Dr. Ryan Brady is a kind, compassionate, professional, extremely knowledgeable practitioner who takes the time to explain things in detail and respond to all questions. He has a delightful table side manner as well. I am the most discerning type of consumer and as a health professional myself, can say without a doubt that hes done the work, put in the time, required for his profession. He definitely knows and understands the functional medicine model, versus the dozen or so practitioners, including MDs Ive seen in Miami in the past 15 years. I didnt realize how much room for improvement there was in my posture until after seeing Dr. Brady-- he took x-rays and analyzed my posture and I had a great deal of improvement that I could see for myself after just one NUCCA adjustment. In the Miami Spine & Posture Clinic, I’ve had a great experience under Dr. Bradys care. When I first came to Dr. Bradys office, I felt misaligned in my body and it felt uncomfortable. Just after the first visit after the assessment, I felt clearer in my head, lighter inside, and more confident in myself, which was unexpected. And, my body was adjusted to a level where I felt aligned, had balance, and could walk with comfort and ease, which was also unexpected since that was only my first session. It is with great pleasure, and absence of chronic pain, that I write this review of Dr. Brady, Miami Spine & Posture Clinic. Since high school I had suffered frequent migraine headaches and I am now approaching my 50th birthday. I have had the good fortune to experience chiropractic care for all of the years during that time and found that adjustments, no matter what the style, gave me relief but absence of pain was only temporary. I have lived in 3 states since then and have had more chiropractors work to resolve the migraines than I can remember. I am a Neuromuscular Therapist by profession practicing a form of specific, deep tissue massage technique and have relieved hundreds of other peoples pain over 17 years (including migraine headaches) but had yet to find a solution for my own debilitating migraines. I had a great number of very well- trained deep- tissue therapists work on my neck and often treated my own neck and shoulders trying to find relief for the pain I suffered. I continued to seek treatment from Sacral Occipital Technique (SOT) chiropractors in my area welcoming even temporary relief from monthly migraines. (I had been a regular patient to 3 different chiropractors in my area in the last 15 years). I had even started practicing yoga 5 days per week for a year hoping for a solution. I had never heard of NUCCA chiropractic and was referred to Dr. Ryan Brady 3 months ago. I went to see Dr. Brady feeling desperate and hopeful to find relief of pain that was interfering with enjoyment of my life leaving me feeling frustrated, depressed and desperate for a solution. His office is over an hour away from where I live but I would have traveled any distance to find the answer and relief from my pain. Dr. Brady took a series of specific x-rays and precise measurements and carefully evaluated my cervical spine and alignment of my head in relation to my cervical vertebrae. His explanation of the source of my pain was different than any I had heard before which made me feel hopeful. He then proceeded to adjust me and re-evaluate me in between adjustments being very patient, sensitive, compassionate and informative. I could hardly feel the NUCCA adjustments which were completely different than any other chiropractic technique I had felt before. It is a great testament that the most profound change can come from something so mild and comfortable but expertly and precisely executed. I continued to see Dr. Brady 2X per week for the first few weeks, then 1X per week and now in my third month 1X every two weeks and often find that an adjustment is not necessary during the visit because I am holding my new alignment. Since the first adjustment I have not had migraine headaches! I had just one headache a couple weeks after beginning treatments but it was mild and short in duration. I can also see a physical change in that my head is straight and in alignment with my neck when I look in the mirror. This has truly been a life-changing experience for me and has greatly improved the quality of my life. I feel healthier, happier and VERY grateful to Dr. Brady for his kindness and his outstanding skills as a Doctor of NUCCA Chiropractic. Thank you!
