Amazing service! the front desk clerks were so helpful and had an amazing experience!

Amazing and very professional place. I have had a great experience at this place. Nothing but professionalism and cordiality.Those who is leaving negative reviews are the ones that has been bribed by the competition. I just find very unfair to this clinic all the negativity said right here. Unfortunately google allows people to expressed everything they want, even though it hurts people and businesses reputation.

They poorly trained their doctors on the mask policies During covid. We have more than 100k cases in Miami dade and when I was waiting to be seen by the orthopedic in one of their clinics the doctor that was going to see me was walking around without a mask! They have water with cups available for people thus encouraging people to remove their masks. Maybe have bottles of water and keep them for emergencies when people actually need it? I wanted to go there to get better not to catch covid.

If you want results this is NOT the place to go!!! We have been waiting over 10 months for CT scan. We make the appointment and somehow, some way, we get a call every Saturday morning from the clinic telling us “the machine is down again”. GET IT TOGETHER CEDA!!!! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS ORTHOPEDIC GROUP!!!

I had an appointment schedule to see Dr. Crespo at the south Miami location. First red flag was when they told me she only works a few hours out of the day so I had to work my schedule around her. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30am. Second red flag was when the scheduling department have me the wrong address for the location in south Miami. When I finally get he right address and I get to the appointment it was around 9:15am. I sit and wait. Around 9:30am I asked he girl in the front desk where he doctor was, she said that she didnt say art until 10am therefore she didnt know why they scheduled me for 9:30am. I waited until 10am. Still no doctor. I ask again and they tell me that the office manager that wasnt in the office texted messaged the doctor and she didnt respond. So I just left. Missed 2 hours and a half of work for this bs. Horrible service.

See your patients on time, I wait an hour past my appointment time, everytime
