I regret going with Live Well Therapy Group.My wife has been trying for over 2 years to get me to open up and speaking with a therapist about my anxiety and some childhood trauma. I opened up to Dr Roberto Paladines and within the first 10 minutes of the session could tell he was disengaged and did not want to be there, and clearly did not read the patient intake form clearly enough. He made me truly feel worthless.Needless to say, I shut down the session 15 minutes into the call. Cold, tone def, low EQ are words that first come to mind. I dont think Ill be going back to therapy again because of this experience.

By far the best. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I was completely comfortable and happy. I’ve been to multiple practices but this practice is for sure one I will keep coming to. The staff and therapists are sweet and caring. They see what it is you want to discuss in your therapy sessions and pair you with the best therapist for your needs. Love this place if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I had such a wonderful experience at Live Well! The front desk staff were so accommodating and answered all of my questions. I was informed up front about my insurance benefits and what my copay would be so I did not have any surprises. I liked that I was able to book my own appointment electronically. I was paired with my therapist based on my needs and I really liked that they took the time and extra measures to make sure I found the right fit for me. This was my first time going to therapy and I was very nervous but the staff at Live Well made me feel so welcome.

So back in September i had made an appointment it i had to cancel bc something came up. So i went to make another one but i guess they had stopped taking new clients and they would let me know when they would accept new clients but they still took my information. Fast forward to a the end of april i really was going through a hard time and i wanted someone to talk to. So i request a new appointment and they tell me i have to resend my information so they can match me with someone. I had explained my concern As the last time I submitted my information nobody ever got back to me. So they tell me one of the therapist is Open on a certain day that was close to when I submitted my information and to verify if I wanted in person or telehealth. So I confirm my appointment for telehealth And come the day of I’m waiting for an email or a confirmation or any instructions on how to do this tele-health. 30 minutes past my appointment I still haven’t gotten anything and I emailed them with my concern that I haven’t gotten anything regarding my appointment. They email me back in an hour after my appointment was supposed to start telling me they thought I was going in person when specifically in the email I said online and they wanted to reschedule me and I told him no and I explain to them that that’s ridiculous if it’s on documentation and I entered the same day not even a long time after they something email. Overall a really bad experience. They could’ve called either 15mins or something saying i’m late but they didn’t. I was very disappointed and now i have been in a search for a therapist that takes my insurance and taking new clients.

Avoid this practice at all cost. I received service on 12/05/2020 and was charged by credit card although my insurance pays 100% for all services and associated costs. After their office not disclosing that I paid out of pocket to my insurance and instead collecting double pay now that my insurance has paid them too, I opened a complaint requesting my refund. Karla, who has been the receptionist Ive talked to this whole process continues to give me the run around in that the person in charge to verify reimbursements is only in office on Fridays. Mind you, I have YET to receive a phone call, email, ANYTHING to let me know they are looking into giving me my money back! That said person has been sick or some other excuse as to why my money is being withheld. Im told Id get a call, then I dont. No follow up whatsoever. Its as if I dont say anything theyd let the issue sit as long as possible since they have been paid. TWICE! Even my insurance tells me they cannot do anything and that I should not have been charged but since they are contractually obligated to pay them for services they reported I received, they had to pay them. We are coming to almost the end of February 2021! This is THEFT downright and Im exhausted mentally that Ive given up on trying to get my money back at this point. Please avoid this place. This review is mainly directed to the incompetent and dishonest staff not therapists that work there.

Originally I was so happy when they responded my request for therapy because I had seen their Instagram and it looked great. I had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment but that’s understandable because there is usually a waiting list. The disappointment was when my appointment day came and I was on time waiting at the virtual-waiting room for my therapist. Specially since they called me in the morning to confirmed and I thought everything was ok, because all my paperwork was submitted correctly.While waiting, I spent 15 minutes thinking my therapist was running late and then I get a call that they couldn’t “verify my insurance”. I tried to be understanding and sent them pictures of my insurance ID as they asked, but did not even get a call back for follow up or reschedule. What it’s frustrating is that I’ve been waiting for this appointment for so long and I truly needed it. They had 4 whole weeks to check and verify my insurance, which is why I do not understand why this happened. Completely disappointing...

This is the second time I come to this place and I like the service, especially how they have everything on a computer, like when I make the appointments I do it on my personal portal, and I like that because I have the flexibility of change, cancel or adjust my appointments from home.The only thing I don’t like is that they don’t accept my insurance and I have to pay out of pocket but other than that I like to come to this place.Even though there’s a Yelp check-in offer that says that you will get a discount on your next visit, they won’t accept it because the lady told me that that’s for another location so I really don’t understand why the offer is there.The parking lot is a little small but I always find a space to park.

Very professional office and caring. My children come out of your office, floating on air. Is remarkable how joyes and kind they come out of their session. I recommend, Live Well Therapy 110%! Im incredibly grateful! Thank you!

These people are dishonest. They will charge you even when you insurance as covered the copay of $30.They charged me $105 for a service which the therapist Magaly Gomez requested not to charge me.Gabriella Garcia is extremely rude and unprofessional. I give a zeo rating.I am still waiting for my refund.

Waste of time, this place only cares about your money. I really do NOT recommend this place. If I could I would rate this minus ZERO. They charge extra money on the copay and then they dont reimburse. Watch every time they charge copays, it is what they like to do.

This place is a joke. They direct you to make appointments on line and then when you show up theyre excuse is it wasnt confirmed. No one answers the phone. They sent a email after I made a appointment in the portal requesting information. I sent it back the same day. Sasha dropped the ball. I guess responding to reviews is more important than actual emails Needless to say I wont be coming back and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.Update: I responded back to your email 2 days ago( the same day you sent it)which means I shouldve had a response (you stated you reply back within 2 days), which you did not. Whats the point of scheduling a appointment online if you dont get back to people in a timely manner(before the date they schedule the appointment)?

A good place to waste your money Youll spend most of your time talking about nothing related to your goals and get obvious suggestions for everything else and to add on top i got insulted a few times by the therapist. Not what you imagine from a place to get help.
