Very POOR customer serviceJust tried to call and schedule an appointment the receptionist said they don’t have NO APPOINTMENTS available and then she said well we don’t have the calendar out yet 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Dr. Chow is amazing. He took his time to explain my child’s condition thoroughly and answer my questions. Doctors like him are hard to come by. Highly recommend.

The front desk girl has a horrible attitude, that now I’m not even going to schedule my daughter with this office .

Scheduled an appointment and provided insurance information over the phone in advance. Then came to the appointment on time and waited for 45 minutes to be told that they were not covered by my insurance. It would have been nice to learn about this ahead of time so that I did not have to drive with three kids and wait to be told that the doctor would not see us.

I went yesterday really bad customer services i have to wait outside almost 30 minutes i was whith my two kids i was trying to make an appointment there was not helpful at all i did not like it because what i can expect the way i was treated how my kids giing to be treat

Elegant selection of frames for all tastes. My kid was uneasy with chooing but the girl there was charming and helped thru the process until he felt comfortable with his choice.

Very bad service

I have to admit that they are very professional they spent over 30 minutes trying to find the perfect frames. They took pictures for my son to see how he looked with his glasses. The selection of frames that they have differ from any other store that we have seen. Recommended.
