We were looking for extra hands with our twins on a short trip to Florida. Elite Nannies offered various packages and had multiple profiles to choose from. We went with the oncall package and chose the candidate that best matched our needs; the security that Rosie gave us was worth every penny.She showed up 10 minutes early each day to ensure that she was on time, offered to stay later if we needed her too and helped us out by driving her own car and transporting one of our family members to our various outings as we didnt have room in our car with 2 car seats. She didnt hesitate to jump in and offer help and was always hands on with our children. The benefit of having an extra set of eyes and quick hands allowed us to relax a little and enjoy every moment.We would 100% recommend Elite Nannies and wouldnt hesitate to use their services again in the future.

I called to hire a nanny for my kids, I read the reviews I did see that they were not responsive and didn’t answer, but I took a chance anyway. The reviews are correct they do not answer. I called on Monday and I was told I was going to receive a quote and a call by the end of the day, no one has called me no one has sent me a quote no one has emailed me I called three times NO ANSWER! it is now Wednesday afternoon still nothing. I do not recommend.

My husband and I inquired this companies service prior to our arrival in Miami within 5 days of needing an on call nanny. First via Instagram and was told I’d receive information via email. Got nothing. Then I called and spoke to someone who said they’d email resumes to hire the nanny. Ok. Well we chose the nanny and then heard nothing. It was literally the day before we needed the nanny that my husband decided to call Nanny Poppinz, who was prompt with everything. We ended up getting a nanny for the evening we needed through them. I don’t recommend this company for on call services because their response time or even communication in general is terrible. Check out Nanny Poppinz instead.

I have been trying to call, left a voicemail and still waiting for a call back. I called about three times and the fact that there was no response was quite alarming. Considering that the nature of the business requires trusts (a stranger taking care of you son/ daughter), its kind of difficult to see how it would work when not even a simple call is answered.

We just moved here to Miami and needed to find a realiable, honest, and caring nanny for our only child who is 4 years old. Elite Nannies guided us and we are now amazingly happy with our nanny Lupita who is like a second mother to our daughter. We totally recommend this agency as it is not like your typical cookie cutter nanny agencies in Miami....the one to one help was beyond our expectations.

We were visiting Miami for the holidays, and booked a week of childcare one month in advance, paying $180 for one of the premium care packages so we could have the same nanny the entire week. On our first day we were waiting for our nanny to arrive at the hotel, after 15 minute we called Thalya, no response, we tried again after an hour and someone answered only to tell us no one was unavailable. After cancelling our lunch reservation, Thalya eventually emailed us 9 hours later saying the nanny was waiting in the lobby the entire time. Why she didnt try calling us, or asking reception to call us, remains a mystery. What is most concerning, however, is that Elite Nannies was not contactable while live bookings were underway - one can only imagine what would have happened in an emergency situation.After this experience we didnt trust Elite Nannies to provide care for the rest of our time in Miami so cancelled future bookings and found another childcare provider. To her credit, Thalya agreed to promptly refund us the $180 agency fee we had pre-paid. It came as no surprise that were still chasing her for the refund one month later before she stopped responding to our emails, forcing us to lodge a dispute with our credit card provider. Truly incompetent service with many hours wasted.

I called this 754 number and the lady said to send her a text with my email for prices for what i was looking for..and I never heard back. So now you will receive a bad review! Bye!
