Had diagnostics done. Clinical staff was fine, found clerical staff very difficult to deal with. Had to reschedule a holter monitor because person at desk refused to believe me when I told them It wasnt working correctly. Staff doesnt listen or respond to patients needs. I also asked to have my records and reports mailed to me and to another doctor. They refused!!! Now I need to take another 3 hr trip to secure records from hospital. I will not go there again.

Drs. are wonderful, but sorry to say the office staff is incompetent, lazy, unhelpful, unknowledgeable and frustrating to deal with.
