Dr Garcia is a fantastic doctor, and a very compassionate and caring person. Many years ago my mom was his patient and as challenging as she could be he had the patience of a saint with her. He made her feel comfortable and went so far as to personally drive her home after a procedure when it was far out of his way rather then allowing her to take a taxi. I will forever be grateful for his dedication and humanity. The rest of the medical community should strive to live up to his example.

I am very happy with Dr. Garcia. He and his staff are highly competent, professional and demonstrate true care for me as a patient. He takes time to explain what the issue is in a simple and easy way to understand. Most importantly, he has really improved my blood pressure and overall health. Dr. Garcia and his staff are the best. I needed a cardiologist release for surgery on my hand and I had not been to a cardiologist in a while. They gave me an appointment as a new patient right away and took care of all my tests and accommodated me ASAP so I could have surgery right away. He is a kind and caring doctor who takes his time with every patient but does not overbook his office and there is rarely a long wait to see him. As I read the reviews on Dr. Juan Garcia they all reflect a degree of frustration to conditions and situations that appear to be selfish and are unrelated to him as a Doctor and a professional. Our culture has changed. Life situations have changed and health services have changed. Our daily lives are filled with challenging personal encounters that constantly send us into turmoil. All of these things cloud our judgement and we react quite differently than we might under more favorable conditions.Im a long time patient of Dr. Juan Garcia. He is my Cardiologist and professionally he has literally saved my life. He was the lead Doctor on a procedure that saved my life. This was 10 years ago. Fast forward to present time. We are friends and I have a special personal insight into his life. He is a man of high moral character and he believes in God and his fellow man. Dr Garcia is a great doctor. He has all of the testing equipment right in his office, so you wont need to go anywhere else, and is very thorough and thoughtful in his exams and advice. Hes also one of those doctors that loves his job, is always learning and is nice and polite!

Dr. García is a great professional. Went to see him for the first time referred by another doctor. He took his time and explained everything to my husband who was the patient. After having a heart monitor on for 4 weeks, we went back to his office for the results. He referred my husband to go see an electrophysiologist. And because we told him we were going to see the physiologist he recommended but also going to go get a second opinion he got very upset! He told us he would no longer keep seeing my husband and to stay with the other physiologist and to also get another cardiologist since he will no longer see my husband. He ordered his assistant to make copies of my husband’s récords and gave them to us. It is a shame that such a good doctor reacted like that to what is every patient’s right!! Every patient is entitled to seek a second opinion! May God bless Dr. García!

Dr Juan C Garcia was the Cardiologist on duty at the South Jackson Hospital emergency room; I had suffered a myocardial infarct. He took charge of my case within 10 minutes of my arrival. He also stayed until I was stabilized and proceeded to describe in details what would take place within the next three months. Everything He mentioned happened how Dr Garcia described it.I have been under his care since 2006. After several visits to his office I have nothing but praise for Dr Garcia and his staff.

Another rude receptionist answering the phone. We are out of options. Please make sure that your receptionist is retrained and that she learns how to be civil and courteous with patients.The rude receptionist is his wife. Another doctor that allows his wife to treat his potential patients horribly. Please be advised that this doctor is retiring soon therefore his attention will be limited.

I called and because I dont have insurance they did not want to take care of me even though I told them I would pay myself ,they dont see the urgency and the human side its just disgusting

Dr García is an excellent health professional, but above all he is a great human being, I was surprised to find a doctor who takes time with his patient and without haste, takes his time to listen, explains everything while educating. Excellent office staff, all very organized, the waiting time was only the one that took me to fill my record. In these times, he is something out of this world!
