I have been to this Fluent dispensary 3 times and every time have been given a bad vape cartridge. The 1st one had a big crack in it, the 2nd one wouldnt pull at all, and this last one leaked all over the place last night for no reason.Their return policies are too strict for the shoddy, overpriced products that they offer. CURALEAF is a much better alternative for vape cartridges. They have more variety, better quality and much better prices.What a waste of $80!

Great place! Everyone is friendly and theres a chill vibe. Very clean. Decent selection of items, lacking in certain concentrates. Overall very good product, and new varieties every few weeks.

Fluent Cannabis and their Cutler Bay team is absolutely amazing. Ive been helped a few times by Stacy, and she just really knows her stuff. She has great recommendations based on terpene profiles, rather than just oh this has the most THC type of stuff. Stacy is friendly, knowledgable, and totally knows how to make people feel comfortable. Fluent Cannabis also has great products, beautiful packaging, and a very professional vibe.

Stacy was absolutely fabulous!! She wasnt afraid to strike up conversation while verifying me and was able to actually educate me a little more on Terpenes and the different strains! I told her Id go back specifically for her :D the product isnt too bad either, the pre-roll filters are the BEST.

Literally just left this place and all I can say is WOW! Really great product! I bought a cartridge and it tasted so yummy. The wonderful lady that helped me was amazing. She explained everything very well since it was my first time. The place inside wass so nice and classy looking. I loved my entire experience here, i would definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Wow. I was so happy to locate my favorite strain in flower. A wonderful beautiful bud that actually has the flavor and texture of real cannabis. I don’t know about others but I’ve been disappointed in the flavor of other dispensaries product. This one is so much better. Thank you. Additionally, customer service and ambiance were seamless with attention to detail. I DID notice I was supposed to get a free vape pen in addition to the 25% off for the first visit, and didn’t but I don’t mind as I have one and prefer flower. I was thinking it would have been nice to have a nice grinder... just an idea for the future❤️

I started going to fluent approximately two months ago, upon my arrival “Stacy “ ( Fluent Cutler Bay Mía FL )took the time to answer all my questions beings that I am not too familiar with strains and products. She was so, so, so respectful and professional and extremely ,, extremely knowledgeable of the products ,, she made it easy for me to understand exactly what it is that I needed for my health problem . I am a veteran and have serious anxiety problems , she just makes everything so easy , every time I go there. Throughout my years in the service, I have been to the Middle East, Europe all over the Carolinas and throughout my time, I have had the pleasure of being able to meet hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of different types of people from different parts of the world. I can honestly say Stacy ranks in the top 10% of ALLLLL those wonderful people we as soldiers were so proud to protect. The dispensary itself is clean and well run, but as for the flower the quality is sub par. There is only one strain (Odra) which is worth purchasing. The major critique though is their inability to provide an 8th that actually weighs 3.5g or more and the real malfeasance is the up charging of bud because of “quality” only to be sold down the river with a half empty jar filled with minuscule buds and under weight.

Fluent dispensary has some of the best workers I have ever met, they are very knowledgeable when it comes to there product, I couldn’t sleep before I came here, They gave me my nights back thanks to fluent my favorite place.

Theyre always out of the flower. Thats like a grocery store that is always out of fruits and vegetables. What type of business is that? Very disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Curbside pick up is a joke, they take forever to bring your purchase out. You figure with so many other dispensaries around ( Curaleaf, Truelieve, Satura etc... as a company you would strive to stand avobe the rest not the opposite. Fluent has achieved that, so Im taking my business elsewhere.

Great service and products!I started coming here after being referred by my daughters doctor. My 14 year old daughter takes THC and CBD for pain. The only store that had offered a pediatric patient discount was Curaleaf. But just now, this store just called me to let me know that they now offer a 40% pediatric patient discount! That’s huge! This stuff is expensive! When you have a child who suffers from chronic pain, you are willing to do whatever’s necessary to help them feel better. My daughter doesn’t vape, or smoke. She takes a tincture of oil so that she can get through her day. This is not a recreational thing! This is the only way my daughter can go to school daily! Over the counter medication does nothing. Besides, it would probably have long term negative effects on her health. I’m so grateful to stores like Fluent who put their patients needs ahead of profits! Thank you so much for being a great place for me to do business with!

I am a patient and I do not recommend this company to anyone, the service is pecimo, they cheated me by selling me a new pipe for $ 50 that does not work; When I returned with my receipt to change my product for one that works or to recover my money, it was impossible, with my receipt and just hours after leaving the store, when I asked for my return, they said that it was not possible, that my rights as a driver THERE IS NO BECAUSE WITH MARIGUANA THERE ARE NO RIGHTS TO THE CONSUMER and they did not devour my money nor did they exchange the broken product with me and swindled me .

Very knowledge staff I love the consistency up until my last purchase last week.Odra severely under performed as a matter of fact it kept me awake which is ver unusual.I am guessing it’s that batch, needless to say that I am taking a few days off and I hope a new batch comes soon.Inventory for my product according to text message alerts ( I love this feature btw) is so low it’s not in stock.**** I refuse to go to other dispensaries because there products are not as potent as Fluent’s....I am patiently waiting Fluent.

Not a good experience after all.first time We purchased an ounce and each container were sealed and the flower in them we’re almost full. We justBought eight more containers today and I got home and none were sealed and you could obviously see ifThere was cannabis missing. My wife is on the phoneThe dispensary right now and I hope they solve ourIssue about how they aren’t sealed and there is bud missing. We had to travel so far get to this dispensaryAnd now we have this issue.
