Fast service. Pleasant staff. Quick to turn around on the results. Not needing a physician order for lab tests is very convenient and should be the norm. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that they have not updated their web site, which has inaccurate prices. My test was listed as $29 on the web site and was $49 at the door. The staff acknowledged this and charged me $39, still not the advertised rate. Not the staffs fault, but the owners should update the web site.

Receptionist who also draws the blood, handled pens, credit card, computer and then proceeded to touch everything including the needle she was about to put in my hand WITHOUT GLOVES. Of course no supervisor or competent person to be reached in person or by phone. When I asked her why she doesnt wear gloves she shrugged and offered me a refund.
