I used to go to this salon for many years. Then Irene’s service declined terribly. Was treated rudely because I wanted my hair done a certain a way and she didn’t . I pay so I am sure it would be how I want it. Then Carlos one day helped her out - washes my hair where it was so rough and it felt it was being done on purpose- never ever went back. I took my business to another salon have been happy ever since!!!! The owners should pay more attention to what those people are doing they just do whatever they want all they do is rent the space. Classless.

They do fabulous hair here. Juan Carlos is the hair master here. He can do anything for your hair and make it come out looking movie set ready.

I love going to Serendipity. Juan Carlos is the best! I highly recommend it.
