Wow! Brooke was so incredible. I desperately needed a trim and she went above and BEYOND! She even gave me a keratin treatment which left my locks silky and absolutely perfect. I 100% recommend this salon.For me , when it comes to a Salon , it’s all about the ambiance and the overall experience. This is one of the few moments that I have for “me” time. A stylist can have years of experience, leave me with a beautiful new look but if I don’t feel comfortable in their environment, I will most likely not return.I found Clara (stylist) via my sister and we connected in Social media. From the beginning, Clara was very helpful and followed up frequently to ensure that I had an appointment. I arrived to the salon with my newborn baby for Color and a haircut. I was very stressed about how the baby would behave and how it would affect the ladies working at the salon but has no choice but to bring her with me. Gia, Brooke and Clara were AMAZING not only because of their service and their knowledge but because of their understanding and support. All three of them were caring and professional. They offered me coffee right when I arrived (coffee is the way to my heart) and made sure that the baby and I were comfortable . Additionally, I was asked multiple questions about the services that I was getting to ensure that I was fully satisfied, Clara listened attentively and provided suggestions.I had a wonderful day at the Salon and left with a new look that I love! I was driving by the studio when I noticed it and decided to stop and go inside to take a closer look. The vibe and style from the studio are amazing, really inviting, looks super clean and the staff is amazing. Everyone working there is kind, friendly and respectful and they know exactly what they’re doing when styling different types of hair. Totally recommend!!

I really enjoyed my visit at Ninette - it’s got a cool boho chic vibe but what I really appreciate is the salons sustainability practices and use of clean products. Ask for Brooke, she gave me the cut I asked and was super knowledgeable and friendly when it comes to color and treatments.

Decided to finally get my grown out highlights fixed and Brooke did a wonderful job! The salon is small with a very cute vibe and all the girls there are friendly and inviting. Brooke did a fantastic job with my hair, she cleaned up the ends without taking away much length, blended my balayage beautifully, and really worked with me to create exactly the look I wanted. I would absolutely recommend Brooke and this salon. :)

I came here a few months ago and had a positive experience. I decided to book a haircut again for last week. The original stylist I booked with cancelled on my an hour before my appointment and then never responded to my follow up asking for a reschedule. I had to call the salon myself and practically beg them to accommodate me this week. My new appointment was scheduled with a different stylist for today. I just received a call from the salon saying the stylist has an emergency and cant make it at 5:30pm, but she can at 3pm. I work in the office so I cant make it before 5:30pm, something I had to repeat multiple times. The call ended with them essentially telling me there was nothing else they could do for me. So I just booked at another salon, and will likely never book here again.

The service was great. Check in and out process was smooth. I was even seen earlier then actual appt time. The wash was therapeutic and my hair looks healthy; rat nest ends be gone!

Brooke was great! Super easy to talk to and she made sure I loved everything about my haircut before I got out of the chair, one of my favourite haircuts to date!Also super easy to book the appointment on Yelp and there’s parking in the back.

I had THE BEST experience! Gia and Claira were amazing and very sweet. Gia took time to understand what I wanted and to explain the process and the pricing. Unlike other salons, there was no shocking sticker price at the end. My hair is beautiful and Ive gotten so many compliments already. I keep sharing the Instagram page with others. I wasn’t going to do this because it’s not in my character, however I did give them the chance to fix this and they didn’t do anything about it.I went in for a hair style (getting my hair curly for a party in the evening). Keep in mind I went in at 5PM.Friendly staff, I was treated really nice all along.I walked back to my hotel (20min walk) and by the time I got there the curls were gone.Obviously I called the Salon, sent them pictures of my hair hoping for a refund.Got nothing. They did called me back to offer me a touch up which did not work as my schedule was full.The owner blamed it on Florida humidity!! Really? Just use Hair Spray, Ladies!!!

Loved getting my haircut with Charliee! It’s always nerve wracking trying out a new salon, but as soon as I entered I felt at home! The vibe of the place is upbeat.. you can truly tell “all are welcome here.” My look is so healthy and fresh, would definitely recommend.

She is the only hairstylist I’ve found that consistently gets my highlights to be perfect EVERY TIME! I like to keep my hair style is pretty traditional but I have also seen her incredible creativity and artistic work on other other clients’ hair. She truly is talented! I live in downtown Miami in Brickell. I have tried the high end salons near my apartment and have found that they are overpriced, overrated, and lack customer service. While waking my dog one day I found this salon and the curb appeal made me decide to book an appointment. I had my appointment on 1/7/19. I moved to Miami 2 years ago and have been struggling to find a salon and stylist I like. I am pleased to announce after my appointment today I have found a stylist and salon. The staff is super welcoming and accommodating. My stylist was educated on not only the cut but also products they offered including an extra treatment that left me relaxed and rejuvenated. I can not sing their praises enough!!! So glad they are here and are amazing!! Wont go anywhere else from now on!! Love them

Wonderful place for complete hair care! I have very long hair with blond highlights that was in a pretty tired shape. After the initial consultation with Giannina, I went for partial babylights and long lasting nourishment treatments during my first visit. The result is truly amazing - perfect hair color and my hair is simply shinier and healthier and this lasts. Love it and definitely going back.

Ive been going to Nina for over 7 years - since back when she was at her old location in downtown Miami. She is without a doubt the best hairstylist Ive ever had and she values every one of her clients. She is very professional, punctual, and gives you her full attention. My hair isnt the easiest to cut or style and yet its totally on point every time I visit.Her new spot is easy to get to, bright and fresh with free parking in the back. I cant recommend her enough.

First of all the salon is very very nice. The decoracion and all the details impressed me.. I have done my hair before with Nina and I just love her style and her input when deciding what to do with my hair. This past weekend I went for a make over and IM in love and all my friends want to go with her now. Ive tried to get in touch with them to set up an appointment for a consultation and took them till the next day to call back , I decided to set up one regardless.i didnt feel welcome the first step i walked into that salon, i had virgin hair and I decided to not through with it and decided to actually leave instead and let them know ...which it should of been okay because it was only a consultation but when the hair stylist WALKED ME OUT THE SALON before she closes the door on me.... she looks at me and says come back when you save up. That was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. thank God that there were no other custumers because i would of been humiliated more than I had already felt.very unprofessional ! And flat out RUDE.

Purchased a Groupon. Great hair cut, but seemed like he, Charlie, kept trying “suggest” services but when it came time to pay just seemed that the “suggestions” were so the 18% mandatory gratuity was more. No AC, it was broken and no one told me about it before coming in. Came here for my bday and at first seemed like he was being nice but he was just trying get more money out of me, not very nice in my opinion. Very disappointing on my birthday.

I was given an appointment at 9 am, I get there and it’s closed. I wait about 20 minutes before I leave, and see the store hours show they open at 10 am. As soon as I drive I get a call that the hairstylist had just got there, which I had just left. The least I could’ve got was a courtesy call letting me know this since they do get all your information. I drove here all the way from Kendall just to drive back home, waste of time/gas/tolls, etc. Went somewhere else.

I went to see Charliee Batres and I told him I wanted my hair to flow and I dont want it choppy. HE SAID FLOW LIKE THE WAVES IN THE OCEAN. I was like yesssssssssss. Thats when I knew he was the one for hair.Charliee is so great. His shampooing and massage skills will make you melt. No words can express how fantastic his hair cutting and styling skills are.Cant wait to come back to him!

Best of the best! I drive from Ft Lauderdale to get my hair done at Ninnette. Been doing my hair with Gianina (Ninnete) for about 10 years now. Her hair studio offers a beautiful and stimulating artistic space, great service, amazing quality of work and staff. The way they do color is probably my favorite. I get a lot of compliments on my natural looking highlights all the time. She truly cares about everything and pays attention to all of the details. She also chooses her staff very carefully. A++ always.Oh and they are Certified Sustainble!!!!

I visited for the first time yesterday and will definitely return. The salon is impeccable and the attention to detail is on point. I received a shampoo, conditioning treatment, cut and style from Paolo. The shampoo was woderful i received a massage on my scalp and she really took her time. I found it to be very relaxing. She is a true professional and has a great demeanor. The products they utilize in their back bar smell wondeful and provide a great result. Will definately be back. And they do have their own parking in the back.

Sweet little gem spot nested right here in Miami!!First of all the salon is absolutely adorable, couldnt get over how perfect the color scheme was and how every little furniture accent matched perfectly with the salons vibe. Then the services... omg. Got my hair taken care of by Charliee and boy he did not disappoint. What a sweet and absolutely talented stylist!! He gave me whats probably the best hair/head massage Ive gotten in my life, a beautiful haircut and finished it off with a bomb princess aurora blow dry. Not to mention that despite being my first time in the salon, he made me feel like I had known him for years and spent most of the time chatting and laughing. If you are still at home considering this salon dont wait and just book with Charliee, I can guarantee you you will strut out feeling like a princess like I did‍.

This was the worst salon haircut I have ever gotten. Even though the staff are friendly, they should not judge because of the people that sign up with them. They did a bad job when it came to cutting man’s hair. The comment below was my girlfriend speaking for me since they want to be coincided since she didn’t “sign up” with them. I don’t recommend this salon for three reasons: They don’t listen to what you say, they will annoy you to sign up with them to get more publicity and they’re too over priced for a cut in such a bad area.
