I went to this place and I couldn’t get in. Then when I asked some neighbors if there was an office, they told me no. So not only did I have to walk around construction to get to the place in the heat. There’s no proof this place actually exist.. I’ve called this number 3 days straight and no one picks up the phone for hours.. this was like the biggest waste of time for me, because I’m actually homeless and I needed the help and I missed out on shelter, because I was trying to find this place to see what it was about. I really hope the people running this place either update your information or just actually pick up your phones.. I literally waited 3+ hours on the phone for someone to just say hello and it never happened.

I called and first registered on July 31, 2019 it is now Nov 8th, 2019 and Im still waiting for a bed. Im a single mother with a 10yr old and 18month old child. i have called everyday to check in just to hear my case is being worked on and to keep calling. when o ask how long does this process usually take im told by them 3 days to 3 weeks. Its been over 3 months and Im still waiting.
