Cant speak for the nursing staff, but the staff who answered the phones are pretty rude & said I was wasting their time when I was just trying to help get a delivery for 2 of their patients scheduled as quickly as possible & needed more information on when I could deliver for them. She told me no one by that name is there, which isnt true as both patients are there & that I was wasting her time. Not very helpful when Im just trying to help get a good mattress to someone who needs it. Was on the phone for 3 minutes before she hung up on me & clearly did not want to help or even believe me.

My experience with Hialeah Shores Nursing and Rehabilitation has been very good. My mother is currently staying at the facility and so far we have no complaints. The nurses, social workers and other personnel dealing with my mom have been very helpful and attentive. We appreciate everyone been mindful about my moms situation . I recommend this facility to anyone that might need help with their elderly parents.

For sure the best Rehab center. Nurses and staff were awesome and super friendly and care about patients. Leo is one of the best of this facility, he really enjoy his job and care about his patients.

The best nursing facility I could have found for my father, my dad was transferred to Hialeah shores after spending a week at palmetto hospital.I was very scared because even though I’ve lived in Hialeah all my live I had never heard of this nursing home. My father lost his mind after my mother passed on March 14th from a fall that caused her a brain injury and she died after a few hours at Jackson trauma center. My parents were married for 58 years, my father couldn’t understand why she was not around. I was referred to Adamaris for admissions the sweetest and most kind person I have ever met. My dad was a COPD patient he needed constant care, this place has the sweetest most kind nurses, assistant nurses, office staff, everyone on this place was caring for my father, everytime I would ask him how they treat you he would always respond, they are very sweet and caring my father was kept clean and always shaved and dressed up. I would call various times a day since we couldn’t be there every day because of COVID, an always was informed of any little detail , when ever my father was not feeling well we were informed and 911 Was already been called. I’m a Cuban daughter I never thought my father was going to end up in a nursing home. But if I had to do it all again this is the place I would take my love ones, please visit the place it’s incredible how they treat their patients, my father was there for a short time he passed on July 1st he was broken hearted after my mother’s death. But I thank God everyday that he spent his last months surrounded by people who cared for him and made his days a little bit easier and loving. Thank you to all the staff at Hialeah shores.

The nurses and staff provide great care! Very patient!

Though its an older building, its always clean and bright. I would visit my mother at all times, unannounced. I would stay with her all day, before shed wake up in the morning until the evening. She was very well cared. Hardworking, heartwarming staff. If would observe how they test the residents. They were respect and care towards them. Im grateful we found it. Thank you.

It is important to have nursing homes like Hialeah Shores, for many reasons, from helping people recover from injuries or surgery to providing long-term care for elderly and critically ill patients.This Facility tend to their physical, psychological, dietary, and social needs.My mom and Dad are there in a room very well care, theirs medicine, food , entertainment are top quality, I recommend this institution.You can talk to any of the staff, nurses,doctors, administrative, Social Worker, that they would do the impossible for our families.i also want to say that Hialeah Shores Nursing Home offer the most extensive care a person can get outside a hospital, they offer help with custodial care -- like bathing, getting dressed, and eating -- as well as skilled care. Skilled nursing care is given by a registered nurse and includes medical monitoring and treatments.What else can I say, go there and see for yourself, your beloved ones will thanks you.Enrique

The best nursing facility I could have found for my mom. The best and most loving staff. Residents and their relatives are treated like family. Thank you to the entire team that has made possible my mom’s recovery and for the opportunity she has to live in a safe, happy and homey environement!

Did an internship here summer of 2018 and the staff immediately make you feel at home . They care for residents And make sure all patients get what they need. Various of daily activities are conducted to keep the residents happy and enjoy their stay.

This is a nice nursing home. Nurses & CNAs are courteous.

My dad it’s been here for more than a year now and all I can said is THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF INCLUDING ADMINISTRATION FOR BEEN SOOOOO AMAZING PEOPLE, if you unfortunately need a place for one of your lovers I hope that you get an opportunity in this clinic i mean this nurses saved my daddy’s life once, they are professional, love all there patients, the have an incredible humanity, they are 100% clean take patients to activities in and out the clinic the food is delicious and I can said this cause this people are so amazing that when you are visiting your family they give lunch or dinner so you can spend quality time with them I couldn’t find a better place for my daddy than this one unfortunately I have bad experiences whit other place that’s why I can compare and give this review THANK YOU HIALEAH SHORES AND KEEP DOING THAT AMAZING EXPRESSO THAT ALL YOU GUYS DO!!!!😘😂😘

This place is a disgrace to all nursing homes in the nation! The nurse assistants on staff are the worst imaginable. Incompetent and lazy staff members is all you will find here. Its understandable you have one nurse for 5 rooms or so but the long chit chats in the halls between nurses while a patient is waiting to be changed or fed is not acceptableI have a recorded video of one of your staff members asking my grandfather, a 90 year old with no income, for money. This staff member took advantage of my grandfathers helping nature. There are no words to describe the lack of professionalism in this place. Dont trust the staff. DO NOT PLACE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS IN THIS HORRENDOUS PLACE!

My mother became very ill due to the poor care they gave her at Treasure Island rehab in Miami Beach.that my mother would not recover, since she did not even know me, she did not walk, I was very bad. when I went to visit her to hialeah shore my mother met me, she was already walking, I found her with her hair combed, her room very cleanI was impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the attention of the staff

It is a good place for the elderly, I have an aunt there for several years and they always have it very clean and neat, the home is always clean and the staff that works there maintains a very pleasant atmosphere.
