I am so happy to have met Dr. Gretel Her practice is extremely professional and most importantly caring. Her staff is amazing . They are also very punctual . She treats all age groups. I have teenage daughters who love to come and do acupuncture treatments and cupping . We have noticed a significant change in their well-being. My husband also comes and receives acupuncture and massages . I personally enjoy weekly acupuncture treatments, It’s good energy for the body and soul. It’s a great stress reliever. BEWARE OF THE SCAM SHE IS RUNNING. So the day before my scheduled appt. I was on GROUPON looking for an Acupunture place to go to for my lower back with good reviews and I came across Ms.Gretel practice. I called her to let her know that the pricing on GROUPON WAS $29.95 she instructed me not to buy with GROUPON but to buy it at her practice. I get to her practice very laid back and cozy shop. When I spoke to her I told her I had some back pain. Then she asked if I was from the Miami area I told her my husband was I come every 4months. To fast forward the lil small talk. She started my acupuncture from the front for 30mins. Then the other 30 was my back using the cuping. My session was done. The next thing I know she told me my bill was 65.00 dollars. I said to her I called you yesterday about the GROUPON PRICE. She said well I added the cuping. Honey you need to let me know if you adding additional things that was on your GROUPON Wwith out my knowledge. Then she proceed to lower the price for 60.00 I said NO IM STILL NOT PAYING YOU 60. KEEP THE PRICE YOU HAD. SO THEN SHE CHANGE IT TO 30.00. I WOULDVE APPRECIATE IT IF SHE WOULDVE LET ME KNOW AHEAD OF TIME. SO NO I DONT RECOMMEND GOING THERE NOR WILL I BE BACK.

Highly recommend seeing Dr. Gretal ! The first time I went to her I was suffering from terrible back pain that limited my neck movement and my mid back was very tight. I saw a chrio a few days prior which helped but I wasn’t 100%, still had annoying back pain that made sitting down uncomfortable. I googled acupuncture because I needed more help. Luckily I found Dr. Gretal and she was able to see me the same day. I did my first treatment laying on my stomach and half way through my back pain completely disappeared. And it stayed gone!!! I was so happy. I came to her again a week later to help promote lymphatic drainage and immune support bc I just got laser tattoo removal 5 days prior. The second treatment I did laying on my back. There’s calming spa music playing and she places a warm heat lamp over you to feel extra cozy.
