One of the best massages I have had. Coco relieved all the tenseness in my neck and shoulders caused from working out and a long 16+ hour drive to the Valley. Will for sure return on my next trip to the area. Thanks so much!!!

This is my second massage with Emma at ITM Thai massage. I have painful osteoarthritis and until recently, due to the pandemic, hadnt, until the past several weeks, been able to receive regular massages for 14 long months.I met Emma about 2 weeks ago when I visited ITM Thai Massage for the first time. She gave a very careful, deep tissue massage that helped loosen up tight joints and muscles in my neck, lower back and hips. I was sore for about a day and made sure to drink plenty of fluids to help flush out my body after my massage. It was wonderful to have my muscles and joints relieved of some of the built up tightness.Today, Id scheduled a 90 minute massage with Emma and with the increased time, she was able to treat my usual, tensed areas more thoroughly. Yes, Im going to be sore for a day or so, but like physical therapy, the payoff is more strength, and range of motion and the big one, less overall pain.ITM Thai Massage is very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Im going to be a regular at this place as its close to my neighborhood here in East Mesa, priced right and is just what I need.A special thanks to my new friend Emma and her colleagues at ITM Thai Massage!

Over the past few years, I have been to multiple professional Asian massage spas in the East Valley. But none compare to the great deep tissue and reflexology sessions I have experienced with ITM in the past 2 years. All of the therapists are awesome, but they are all different. So, regardless which lady that the manager, Lucy, pairs me with, I am always relieved of my aches and pains. I cannot find a better spa with several excellent therapists, so I return at least once month. And a great massage deserves a nice tip.

I.T.M massage is amazing! They were able to take us in within an hour of us first walking in the door! This Thai massage was the best massage Ive ever had. Lucy was very professional and attended to my every need she applied the exact pressure to all the problem areas that I had previously. I will definitely being coming back next time I visit and would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

In from out of town, randomly ended up at ITM Thai Massage. I wanted an Authentic Thai Massage.. they are hard to find. Emma was really nice and did a great job! I recommend Emma! Treat yourself to a massage. Make an appointment.. she stays busy.

We have been here several times with zero complaints. These lovely ladies work hard at taking vare of your body needs. They to simple and deep tissue massages. We prefer the deep tissue walking massage. Yes you are a bit sore for a few days but afterwards like a million bucks. We highly recommend this establishment!!

Ive been to ITM several times now both before and after the global pandemic started. Their customer service is always great. The place is modern and clean. They offer different types of massage and none have disappointed. They are a real find and a local business Im happy to patronage.The one negative review I read here just does not seem like it could be about the same place. They have always adjusted pressure and/or focus areas to my request and I have never had anyone there even mention a tip. They are always super courteous, professional, and accommodating.

Just had another great massage. I started coming to ITM soon after it opened, 2 years ago. All of the therapists give a great massage. These ladies always deserve a nice tip. Lucy, the manager, is always pleasant and helpful. The spa is exceptionally clean. I feel refreshed after each 90-minute massage, especially with a walk-on-my-back. I hope that Covid restrictions will be over soon, so I can get a Traditional Thai Massage. Ill be back soon.

I stumbled upon this place in November, and as long as they are open.... I will be a customer. I have never had anything less than an exceptional massage from them. Lucy, the manager, is always really friendly and accommodating. Soft, medium, hard, really hard...they always seem to know, and I am 100% better when I leave. Thank you for doing what you do.

This is a legit place that is excellent in Asia pressure point massage. I have feet issues and left shoulder/back issues due to serious accidents years ago. I am from Chicago and loved the Asian massage techniques at King Spa. When I moved to AZ, I thought that was lost! I was lucky to find this place... I do admit I truly miss King Spa and there facilities, but at least I get a great massage.

Great massage by any of the masseuse. I have made appointments and just walked in. They have accommodated me every time and didnt wait more than 15 minutes when I walk in. I do allot of driving and a good massage for shoulders and back relieves tight muscles.

Absolutely fantastic we are all so grateful to have enjoyed the best experience ever Linda is my personal favorite but we love them all!! Cheers to our health we will be going every week for the rest of my life!

Total wasn’t worth the trip.My masseuse new nothing of reflexology and she had the pressure of a child. I asked three times for deeper pressure.I still tipped her 10% to be kind.She then demanded I give her a bigger tip. Repeating to me “I want more!”!!!I will never go here again!!

Good massage. Many different techniques available. I had a thai massage a d felt like a folded pretzel, afterwards I could tell its what my body needed. Definitely remember to drink lots of water afterwards.
