Do not get any procedures done here. They lie about the infection rates, . I know this because they almost put me in the ground with two terrible infections. I found out that they can legally tell you that there is a one percent chance of an infection, because they use something called a national average. And to say the numbers are a fallacy, would be an absolute understatement. I got a terrible staph infection at this place, and then almost died from a C- difficile infection I acquired there. The nursing home they sent me to after they gave me these infections, the Citadel, was packed full of infectious patients from this facility!! They would come and get the bodies at 3:00 a.m. every night so nobody would know what was going on. but I was in so much pain I was pretty much awake 24 hours a day. I was also pretty sure if I fell asleep, I wasnt going to wake up again. And I saw everything. Please do NOT let them do this to you, or your loved ones. You might not even be able to regret it, because you might be dead. And by the way I am not insane, Im a very nice person that does not make a habit out of giving negative reviews about anything. I just care about people. Im going to pray that this post is able to help a few people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY!!

Horrible they wouldnt give me a bed pan when I needed. The nurse looked right at me and told me no so I urinated myself. This is the worst hospital Ive ever seen and Ive been to a 3rd world country. Just awful uncaring staff. Doctors dont care.

Please do not go they give random shots this place. These people abuse patients pleaae dont go this place needs to bw investigated and shut down
