Loved the in-home care received from Kindred at Home. My PT was Diana and she was great! She took her time in explaining all my concerns and questions. Really recommend this service for post care and glad my surgeon uses this service.

I am not sure if this is the correct Kindred Therapy, and have never left a review tuntil now. Nonetheless, I have to commend the services my mother has received from Kindred At Home. My mother recently lost our father and has been on a slow decline with falls and we have been fortunate enough to have had services extended to us with physical therapy, and have had a young man named Joe come to the house and show compassion and patience with my mother. I cannot say enough good things about his cheerfulness and knowledge. Kindred thank you!Katie

Up front I checked if they had 24 hr coverage. We knew that catheters sometimes plug up and help is needed day or night. They were slow to call us back and my husband was in awful pain before attended to. Didnt communicate well with Urologist but they did put in some effort. I will try another service in the future.

After an injury several months ago requiring hospitalization we were assigned Kindred at Home without our knowledge, consent or understanding. No one sat down with us to tell us what to expect... there were only vague references while in the hospital of home services available. Given the shock of an unexpected medical event, to have people come into our home acting like they were in charge, treating us like idiots and basically doing nothing to advance wellness, we then learned that Kindred had eaten into our insurance benefits which we ultimately found out then robbed us of real postop/rehab coverage. After complaining to Kindred by phone, the manager at the time agreed to back out on 3 of the 6 PT home visits given that the PT sent to us did absolutely nothing, and in fact we were blasted by the orthopedic surgeon at the first 6-week postop visit as to why there wasnt more progress.In subsequent dealings with insurance, we found out that Kindred had NOT in fact backed out with insurance on those 3 appts as promised. When I then called back to complain about this the response was that of belligerence, asking me if I was calling them liars. I was actually shouted at. How does one respond to that sort of antagonistic attitude?... which seems to be par for the course in trying to resolve misunderstandings with Kindred.We will NEVER willingly use Kindred services again. Trying to resolve conflicts is a nightmare and has left us disheartened and bitter about home health care in general.
