A small hidden gem nestled in the streets of Downtown Historic Mesa. The atmosphere is so neutral but inviting. Besides herbs, incense, and essential oils they also sell salves, tea, soaps, candles, and even a modest display of pendulums. A small quaint herb focused metaphysical shop if you will. They also host seminars and events ever so often. I just love coming here.

WOW. I ordered online, almost 30 items, received every single item, fresh as can be, carefully labeled, the next day. Shipping was cheap, excellent product, amazing selection - This will be my go to place for all things herbs from now on. I cant express how satisfied I am with the service and product. Excellent job. If I could give you more than 5 stars, I would. Look forward to doing more business in the future.

The shop is amazing. Theres a calming, soothing energy inside. The shop owner is an amazing woman that was happy to sit and talk to me. She showed me around the shop and explained everything they offer. My only complaint is that I didnt go sooner, I will definitely be going back, and thank you for all the help and information.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Rude staff, no personality, unfriendly atmosphere and poor customer service. The energy in that place was awful. Bulk herbs are totally overpriced by the ounce. Shop around for better prices and services. Older cashier lady with the glasses was very snappy when asked a simple question. She act as if she didn’t want to be bothered. To top it off, in the middle of a pandemic where COVID is present and constantly rising of cases, none of the staff were in mask, and many customers weren’t either. Guess it’s not a requirement for that establishment. A call will be made and this business will be reported because if I’m not mistaken, businesses are under a mask mandate here in Arizona. Maybe they assume they are in the presence of and work with all herbs making them invincible to COVID. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY in that store. I urge everyone to go elsewhere...

Nice store, only place I can find the herb I use consistently, but their prices for the self serve herbs are about 2 or 3x what Im used to paying at the store I visited in my home state.Their staff is extremely friendly and helpful, but this sometimes results in waits at the register - never a huge deal, they are always focused on helping all the customers, but its seldom an in-and-out experience.Of course, there are also the ethical issues associated with promoting homeopathy. People can be, and sometimes are, misled into forgoing science-based treatment for serious medical issues. Further, many pyramid schemes use the pseudoscience of natural remedies to take advantage of people financially. Both of these negative outcomes are direct results of promoting homeopathy and related fields as though they produce any evidence of achieving results, which they do not.SW Herb Shop ought to examine their role in the spread of anti-scientific thought, and the harm that can cause.

An absolutely amazing place. Id like to take the various courses they offer, with amazing highly certified people. There is so much joy and love put into everything done and sold in this cute little building. I was surprised how fairly priced items were. I was honestly expecting it to be high price, but its completely affordable! Great place to buy bulk herbs and spices for everything from DIY holistic remedies to smoothie mix-ins to soap! I love the self-serve option, it’s what makes me go out of my way to shop here instead of at my local herb store.

Didnt go into the actual store. I was in the back for a lecture, the backroom is massive work therapy rooms. Nice experience.

Very knowledgeable herbalist, Kathy, took time to talk to me about what Im feeling, both emotionally and physically and was very informative about several options that would help me. I also like that they have weekly classes so you can learn about things for yourself and not just really on them for everything.

There is a homeopathic remedies store as you walk in. In the back they had tables set up. Things like natural honey, Sea shell wind chimes. Dont always have the setup in the back only certain months of the year.Real nice clean place. Has bathroom facilities. Parking in the back or on the street. Have a wheelchair ramp on the l left hand side of the house.

The staff is very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Had exactly what I was looking for and then some. Great prices too!

Best herb shop in the world!

I drove 20 minutes to go to this shop because my NMD recommended specific products. When I arrived, I was handed the products, but the moment I asked whether they were GF (I have celiac disease), the owner because extremely hostile informing me that there was no way to know.I asked if I could perhaps have a guiding recipe to make at home with herbs that I knew were certified GF and she refused claiming that all her blends are proprietary.I called Desert Sage Herbal, the usual store I shop at and they were not only willing to verify each and every herb, but make a custom product from their bulk stock to make certain it was safe for me to take. I will never shop at SW herbs again.

In July I was in a life changing accident as I rolled 4 times across the 10 when someone on their phone came into my lane. I was in the hospital for a couple months while they were putting me back together and ever since getting out my days are filled with appointments, checkups, follow ups, PT, etc.A friend recommended this place to me knowing I wanted to try anything I could to heal and improve and I preferred natural methods to pharmaceuticals.I walked in and was immediately taken aback by how clean it was and the amount of things to look at. I was instantly offered a cup of tea upon entering and the place just had a very good feel and vibe to it. I was approached and asked if I needed help which was nice because one could easily get overwhelmed by the number of natural products that fill the shelves lining the walls of this house- turned- business. Cathy is so wonderful and knowledgeable, I couldve easily spoken with her for hours. I really appreciated how straight up she was. When I asked her about things I didnt necessarily need for what I was trying to achieve she didnt try and sell them to me anyway, she immediately told me no and to put whatever it was back. That both reassured me and let me further know that she was much more than just a sales person.Now, only two or three weeks out from the first time I entered her store I have been able to see improvements, some more prominent than others. There are so many things I could say but Ive gone on long enough and would be impressed if youve even made it this far lol. To sum it all up, this place is amazing and will be a store that I frequent from now on!
