I work with Fidelis and they work as a team but its like a family there. I am writing this review about a gentleman named Duston. I had a flat tire on 4/29/21 at a Chevron on Power Rd and couldnt get ahold of my husband. I sat there for 1 1/2 hrs. I called Fidelis to ask for one of the agents I knew there and Duston answered the phone, told him what happened and he was willing to go to my house to see if my husband was there, well he was not. Duston called me back to see if I got ahold of my husband, I did not. Duston then took the initiative to come to fix my tire and follow me to make sure I got home.It astonished me that Duston took off work went the extra mile for a customer he didnt even know. I was so blessed to have him come and help me with my car. Thank you for having caring people in your company! I am proud to have these people as my Medicare and Health Insurance agents....
